"give it a minute" the high general replies evenly as she breathes in incredibly deeply before seeming to bark, the air between her and the wall warping before the wall is destroyed. "there's a reason she's called 'mute'. anyway, i'm not surprised he was so shady, we've kept our more secretive dealings secretive until they were complete but so as to prevent catastrophic failure if someone were to get a hold of them before they were complete but... he... well" the high general replies evenly before looking over towards tide
@supertinyking

"aaall too well..." the high general replies, still massaging his temples while the female had passed out behind the table, looking rather cute despite being what some would consider a goddess of death and destruction
@supertinyking

The female raises her hand in agreement while the high governer just massages his temples and grumbles "i am surrounded by idiots..."
@supertinyking

"lobotomy is rather barbaric" the high general says evenly, massaging his temples as the sergals tended to shy away from things that stripped people of freedoms even if it was as a punishment. The female just nods, using a rib as a toothpick while she watches the festivities
@supertinyking

"you seem a bit too large for those clones... are you perhaps a mercenary?" the high general comments evenly, the female with him remaining quiet and eating at her meal slowly while the high general seems rather unimpressed with 'tide's' size
@supertinyking

"and who might they be?" the high general asks evenly, seeming to be growing towards the festive spirit surrounding him though he never seemed to be able to completely relax. The female however stands incredibly tall and would most likely require a specially made chair and was not easily dwarfed
@supertinyking

The high generals mostly don't attend aside from a large female that dwarfs the high general in charge of civil services and commerce, the female seeming to be completely mute as she responds only in nods and the occasional grunt. "hello governor, nice to see you" the high general says evenly as he sits with the governor at the head table, the female next to him eating a whole one of the boar-like creatures fresh from the kitchens
@supertinyking

"thank you. i'll direct some fuel traders towards you for some nice prices" the high general replies evenly, said traders arriving shortly after the construction of the subway while the high general politely ignores the man's oddities. After a good three years, the sergals are space fairing and have regained most of the technology that been lost from their ancients as well as quite a few new technologies gained from their experiments with mana, leaving them able to teleport using gates rather than using trams or the subway, leaving them in relative disrepair aside from some living quarters and extra blocks as well as mana based laser weaponry, their military might being multiplied by factors in the hundreds
@supertinyking

"two things, namely a technology labeled in the ancient data banks as 'optics' which is slightly less pressing than a technology labeld 'jet propulsion' as our traders have been lamenting the fact that trams don't function between towns and the 'cars' listed in the ancient data banks don't sound able to withstand the conditions outside of the cities" the high general replies evenly, listing things off as he pulls up the files, optics requiring such a delicate touch due to the lens positioning requiring such percision for the desired results while jet propulsion was mainly just... overly aggrevating
@supertinyking

"ahh, you mean that ship? that would be interesting however, i personally would prefer simply assisting us with particularly abnormal technology that requires... how should i put this?... a more delicate touch?" the high general replies evenly as even the scientists and workers stationed there would have been stumped on the particular issues he'd been having and the clones would most likely already know what sorts of things he had to offer, or at least, the general gist of things
