I am not being controlled by a mind flayer. I just used my own healthy brain to come to that conclusion. Because I'm saying it, it must be true.

I edited my post with a suggestion if you wanna take a looke.
@KoL hemodialysis is for kidney failure, not sure what that has to do with bone marrow.

I think think the medical term you could use is Allogeneic Bone Marrow transplant. From a donor(you victim), you receive blood that has the stem cells removed from the white blood cells. Stem cells help regenerate healthy bone marrow as well as give rise to all other blood cells.

Instead of a machine to separate stem cells from white blood cells, you could use your alchemy. For the sake of the roleplay (and anime), you could just have some very abnormal kind of marrow because of the human transmutation that allows your genes to be compatible with some others.
The material of the of the train wouldn't really matter, William can create quicksand from Anything as long as he can determine the chemical compound.

It makes sense that it would create a hole in the train . Steam powered trains have quite a bit of bulk underneath the floor though. The quicksand would lead to a bunch of pipes and bars, but you could probably see the tracks through those.

If you were wondering whats holding the quicksand up, well, I have no explanation. You could say its part of my alchemy to slightly manipulate the quicksand.

So basically you'd sink until your feet touch one of the bars or pipes that connect the wheels and stuff.
Roarz felt the weight of his armor as he raised his hand to meet Aegis'. With a pleasant, toothy smile he shook his hand and spoke, "Yeah, nice meeting you too." He said. Roars lowered his hand back to his side and perked up when he heard his friend speak. It was a classic Kixod move, leaving before he could finish his thanks, but it still made Roarz worry. He watched as his friend left, it was obvious to Roarz how he was feeling, but he wasn't sure if the others knew. He felt like he needed to clear the air, even if it wasn't necessary. "Please forgive him, he isn't a very social person when it comes to strangers. Don't take it personally.. Anyways, yeah, thanks for taking the hit, i probably would be back at the town spawn right now and would've missed out on everything." When he said 'miss out on everything' he reminded himself that he didn't claim his reward yet. So he did that quickly.

He opened a small message window that read 'congratulations!' followed by some reward info. He only gotten experience, not enough to level though, so he accepted it and closed the window. "If I heard correctly, you guys are going to make your way to the jungle area right? That's just the next area map over, or whatever. Kixod and I were planning on doing the same thing, but we were planning on raising his lvl to match mine. I'm pretty sure he leveled from Mega Gator, but he still hasn't completed the quests I had." Roarz said, he spoke quickly, but still slow enough to be understood. He looked back over in the direction Kixod walked off in, then back at the three players before him. "If we go into grind mode we'll be in the Jungle map in no time. I'm sorry again about my friend, but it doesn't seem like he wants to party.... Maybe, if we meet again, he'll change his mind... For now, I'll add y'all to my friends list."

Roarz went into his menu and added the three into his friends list. He knew the name of the tank, Aegis, but he just learned the other two;Salazarkit and Yashatatsu. Roarz Smiled and started to walk off, giving them a wave as he turned his back. As he walked away he thought about what just happened. He realized he didn't really give them a chance to speak, it crossed his mind to go back and apologize but he didn't want to come off as weird or whatever. He eventually met back up with Kixod, he didn't mention anything to him, he just stood by him and said, "You ready?"
William was sitting in a booth in the train, waiting to arrive at the destination. It had been a while since he last been on a train for so long, but as he waited he remembered just how boring it was. He recalled the last time he needed to travel on a train this long, he was heading west to visit an old friend of his. Unlike his last trip, however, he didn't exactly want to go east. This was just one of the many downsides of being a state alchemist, and the more he thought about it the more he accepted it. William leaned his head back and closed his eyes, hoping that he would fall asleep and wake up when they arrived. It took very little time before he started floating in and out of consciousness. Every time William fell asleep, a bump in the train made it self apparent and woke him back up.

He decided falling asleep was never going to happen, so he pulled out a cigarette and lit it up. He opened the window closest to him to let the air vent out as he enjoyed his smoke. This satisfying feeling didn't last long. Barely half way through his cigarette and explosion interrupted the peace. It sent him flying out of his booth and into the next one across the aisle. He looked up at the massive hole in the train, but so much smoke made it hard to see. His vision was blurred and his ears were ringing, making it all that much harder to comprehend what was happening.

William tried to stand up, but his hand slipped of the table his was using for support and he fell back down, making the head trauma hurt more. William didn't want to feel completely useless so he drew a transmutation circle on his chalkboard to the best of his abilities. he slammed his hand down on it and preformed his quicksand alchemy. A ring of quicksand formed around the helpless William, in the case that something or someone came to him, they would be stuck and unable to do anything.

All he could do was wait until he came to his senses, and came up with a strategy.
Anybody gunna post IC?
One thing I noticed with some of the alchemy ideas, is that there's little to no regard for Equivalent Exchange.

Most of the alchemy is more or less manipulation and not as much giving up something and creating something new. Just something to think about.

Gosh, how many mistakes I had to correct here. That's what you get for being careless while posting from your phone.

I know exactly how you feel.
My advise; Always proof read.
William listened tentatively to the other alchemist introduce themselves. Out of the four others who stood before him, only one stood out, naturally. Emilia B. Krowitz, the Blood Rose Alchemist. From what William knew about her she is a researcher (researching what, william couldn't say), she is a higher ranked officer than he was, she has skill in medical alchemy (which is rare) and she wields a very dangerous Alchemy. William's interest was peaked by her, but he wasn't sure if it was in a good way. Even though she was a higher ranked officer, William didn't feel like she should be treated any differently than how he would treat another state alchemist. William observed her for a moment. She looked young, almost to young to be a colonel, but her looks didn't necessarily mean anything. The more William thought about it, the more he started to stress, he decided to just leave it and get on with this trip.

thoughts and speculations were flowing through his head as he processed the information given to him by his fellow alchemists. He took into account the Corrosive Alchemist, thinking of how deadly of a team they could make. But he didn't leave out Gresham or Valorie, each person he thought about gave him ideas. Sadly, however, the wave of information about his peers stopped and it was his turn to introduce himself. William had almost forgot that that's what they were doing in the first place, introducing each other. William didn't wast anytime introducing himself to the other. He erased his chalkboard and wrote on it. In bold, thick letters, so everyone could see, he wrote,"My name is William Campbell" he watched closely at everyone eyes, making sure to lower the board at the appropriate time. William decided he wanted to change things up a little bit. Seeing as William was the only person who could safely use his alchemy on the train, he did. The air shrieked as he preformed his alchemy, turning the plate in his hand half into water and half into sand. The water instantly saturated the sand, leaving a small glob of goopy, runny sand dripping between his scrawny fingers. After a few seconds he scribbled on his board again,"I make quicksand. Anywhere." William left it at that. A feeling of satisfaction hit him like a wave when he came to the realization that all this introductory stuff was over with. Now, he could finally sit down and relax till the east.
Alright then, I'll start my characters introductory.
