Orean girls ain't shit but maids and magic
@Unfortunately Though I highly doubt Orean Cause will ever be fully combat-oriented at any time, I'd like to give some input on the most recent CS. - Put the abilities within the Powers category into its own category (ie. Abilities category). Powers do not = what someone can do with their own strengths. Powers = their strengths. - You should directly state that Samael can't be killed. There's not point in explaining that it's possible to kill her by "turning her into ashes only to have her come back anyway." From what I understand, she can't die at all. Removing Odd Injury would clarify some misunderstandings. - The severe lack of any kind of weakness is something to consider, especially after seeing the scale of the characters' powers (even after they are sealed). They have perfect defense and offense, so there's literally no point in having anyone challenge them in the first place; this also emphasizes the fact that Orean Cause is really not combat-oriented at the moment. The seals on the characters are weak too, which basically means that if they take it off, one side will win by a landslide. I mean, the characters themselves are really good, but I'm mostly wondering whether the Abilities will actually see the light in the IC. And they outshine many other characters in so many ways, it really is something to look over. My recommendation is to give them equally significant Weaknesses or simply tone the scale of the powers. There's no strategy at all against them in combat, they can shut anyone up at any time, and they're somehow looking way stronger than the overpowered villains I made for combat-specific roleplays. Either way, something needs to change.
1. Aye. 2. Aye. 3. Regarding seals: Is it only on Samael or does Sariel count too? If Sariel counts, then why? Is there a god character that can remove it? There is quite... fewer changes than i expected. I was expecting an entire Charles Dickens novel.
Anyone's got complaints on the non-sealed abilities? That's what i expected when i said "ancient".
You didn't see anything!
Evelyn + Quin = Also, expect hype soon. And uhh, @Scallop, where's the fix?
You dun goof'd, @Scallop! Ren Aoi is the name of my character's roommate. Roanesca is the name of my actual character. You dun goof'd!
Ren Aoi continued to sleep peacefully. After minutes of contemplation has passed, she assumed that the girl on the upper bunk bed does not look like she'll be waking up soon. Not wanting to waste anymore time with watching her roommate sleep deeply as if she had a very busy schedule yesterday, Roanesca set her priorities on checking more of the school, two hours before the first day of a possibly mundane, hectic college life starts. That's what many people say. For Roanesca, she's afraid to make any assumptions. Not forgetting her trademark black hat with a sleeping salamander inside, and the Angelic Peach that has regrown over the hours, Roanesca left her room to set a few meetings with new people. Mostly for social reasons. Probably sometimes to borrow things off them and hoard. "Roanesca's out and all set! Anyone in ze halls, ja?"
The sun beat its warm, yellowish-white rays right on Roanesca's drool-drenched face. A surprise bitch-slap it was, this caused her to rise but not shine, thanks to the lack of sleep brought on by hours of unpacking hoarded items and other luggage (but mostly hoarded items). The bandage around her head, which was put on as a result of banging her head on the upper bunk bed right in the middle of lunging towards the bed to take a good night's rest, has become slightly unraveled. It hurts, but as with most other injuries, not so much anymore. But it's still a bad feeling to wake up to, alongside being forced to cut a natural and peaceful sleep short. Damn it, 7 AM. Classes are still at nine o'clock. Roanesca set her foot to the floor. And this drool. Luckily, my hair doesn't need a fix. ..and set her steps to the bathroom's sink, taking her toothbrush with her. After a few minutes of minor personal hygiene, the girl stopped to take a short, impressed look at this impressively neat and spacious dormitory room.Whoever owns this must've been an incredibly rich bastard. They've got everything: a flatscreen TV, the kitchen, everything. This isn't Orean Cause. This is the Orean Hotel. All this personal space for myself, all for fr- Roanesca suddenly remembered she has a roommate. Ren... Ren... Ren Aoi. Let me take a little peek at her face, I'll judge. Roanesca shot a glance on the upper bunk bed. She saw the Ren Aoi with an energetic attitude, a girl who has the talent of athleticism and an orientation on optimism and positivity. And since Ren Aoi is a girl, she might (least likely assumption ahead!) have no obsession over salamanders. Might.
