Graiai, while nibbling on her candies, finally heard the first sound of attention from another student. She was a fair, silver-haired maiden, with a rather stylish speech to complement her fine style.
The girl took another glance on the pack of chocolates. It was an unlabeled pack of malt-ball candy with the luscious taste of chocolate on the inside and the crispiness of the malt that has been refined by methods of whatever the hell did they do.
"M-malt balls, s-silver girl... I don't know what brand."
Then suddenly, weird guy out of nowhere! He was rather touchy and probably might have been trying to get her attention and possibly her heart too, but Graiai isn't just going to get along with this overly defensive man.
"Fucking whiteknights," she muttered.

to this very hour, in the very same bench. The empty packet of jerky is now long gone, sadly; Graiai moved on to giving her own Eye a staring contest. Legend has it that this staring contest against her ornament (which was what all people who have passed by mistook the Eye for) has lasted for ten minutes already. And to this very minute, not even a single blink was done.
To wallow herself in pride, Graiai made the Eye blink and then won the game, which for the whole time was actually controlled by her. As people were barely noticing the girl in the bench, they didn't notice the fishy blink that the ornament did. In celebration of her victory, the 16 year-old girl took out another packet, this time of chocolate candies, nibbling small bites on her snack.
Graiai barely noticed the party that was right in front of her. She only minded her own meals and games.
