Yes, but that is pretty much it from what I know of. They don’t really get much work due to my durability and resilience.
So long as you’re sure they do work. Maybe you don’t get to use it often, but it might be like working out an underused muscle for you soon.

It takes a minute though, so that’s the embarrassing part… Zoey and the pretty Aquarius lady saw me do it twice. Well the Antique lady turned away while I did it, but all the same.
