yes but he is a insane individual who has committed every crime in the world. he also happens to have screens and mics in all your rooms. hes the bottom of the pecking order but top of the food chain.

Charles see's a girl fireing a flare, he sees the flare hit the light and bounce back at her. he sees her dive into a classroom. "well i guess its time to start redeeming myself in my lord." Charles pulls out the M9, checks the mag and puts the stinger up his sleeve. all this while running with the M9 pointed forwards into the room, when he gets in he sees the women is standing up. "ON THE FLOOR WOMEN!"
