Although I am slightly worried, its been happening more frequently and sometimes without reason. I could be as happy as possible then just drop all emotion. If it happens worse than now then I'll contact someone.

Best way to describe this feeling is the song by blue October called Hate Me. Its got what seems like an upbeat sound but the lyrics are rather dark. But the song itself is smooth, much like silk.
