Fate can have basic knowledge of his/her/both abilities. He would be new to heroing however, he can have some prior adventures but remember our age limit and make sure he doesn't have full control of his powers yet.

Ok guys, quick update! The first event post is currently being worked on. Not sure what time tomorrow I'll have it up but it is under construction.

So if @Gowi no longer wants the Martian Manhunter, @Skull's sheet is accepted. Gowi just give a confirmation of you releasing the character and Skull can move the sheet over to the character section.
Making his powers unstable is a good fix. That's basically what I did with Kal. Oh and guys, Saturday we all meet up for our first world event! Hope everybody is ready, I'm going to throw some pretty crazy stuff at our fledgling heroes!
@Skull very nice character sheet and I like J'onn's Oreo obbsession! He seems a little powerful for the beginning but that doesn't really matter for a character sheet.
@Gowi also expressed interest in the Martian so I'll wait 24 hours before I accept your sheet starting now. This gives Gowi a chance to get a sheet up. If no other Manhunter sheet is put up in the next 24 hours then Skull has a character!
