It's been a while, and It's good to be back. Let's see if I can get back into the swing of things.
We begin at a crime scene at night, the camera showing the pained face of a police officer, then panning down to show the charred textbook in his hand. Then, we pan out, revealing the remains of the school, which had been blown to pieces. We then cut to several hours earlier, and tell the story of the last few hours of the lives of several students. Edit:Oh, and we start on Friday the 13th.
You have to think anyway, so why not think big? ~ Donald "The Big D" Trumpsky
What is your real name? Samuel N. Childers. Just call me Sam.
Are you male or female? I'm a guy, no question about it.
What is your age? I'm 16.
When is your birthday? August 8th.
What grade are you in? Eleventh.
What are some of your hobbies and interests? I've been into writing for a while, and I'm pretty sure I want to write a book, eventually. I also run two blogs. One's a review blog, where I review just about anything. Books, movies, music, you name it, I review it. The other is a politics blog, basically. On it, I talk about anything centered around politics or social issues that I feel like mentioning.
How would you describe your personality? The person you know the least is the one you are with the most; yourself. It's basically impossible for me to truthfully answer this question, but I'll try.
I consider myself to be rather boring and mundane, considering that my interests and hobbies are politics and criticism, though it almost seems as if i'm completely different around different groups of people. I think I'll keep to the most simple differences that I've noticed. If I don't like you from the first impression, I'm the cold, sarcastic, and cruel asshole who will tell you what he thinks to your face. If I respect you, I'm just the respectful kid who's always quiet and a bit slow to answer questions. If I'm your friend, I'm that hyperactive, almost annoyingly talkative kid who needs to learn to shut up some times.
I'm pretty sure I love talking. I'll debate just about anything, and I actually derive joy from explaining things to people. Though, I am pretty bad at explaining things, and can get pretty long winded. Ok, I think i'm getting a bit too specific about myself.
What has your life been like so far? A series of missed oportunites and stupid mistakes. I don't really recall a lot of the good moments in my life, just all of the dumb stuff I've done. Though, if we're talking family life here, I guess fine would be the correct answer.
My family has never been rich, or even that poor. We are the definition of middle class. We live in a decent home, and get by fine. My childhood was nothing special. I was a stupid kid, who did stupid things, just like everyone else. My love life is nonexisted, I haven't had any feelings towards anyone, and I haven't dated anyone. I have a few friends, but most of them are pretty awkward people. I never considered myself part of the cool crowd, and never really liked most of the people that you could call "cool".
What will you pick as your screen name (and alias if asked)? NonA will be my SN, and my alias will be Carmen.
What are your thoughts on the project? I'm not exactly sure how I feel about it. I mean, sure, it's a pretty interesting idea, and I'll at least try to take it seriously, but I doubt that most people will. I mean, we are talking about putting high school students into a program where they talk to someone else anonymously. Most people will think this is stupid, and it will ultimately mean nothing due to no one taking it seriously.
Anything else you'd like to add? No.
Abigail Childers
What is your real name? Abigail B. Childers.
Are you male or female? Female
What is your age? 17
When is your birthday? December 12th
What grade are you in? 12th
What are some of your hobbies and interests? I dabble in just about everything, I guess, or I want to, at least. I'm a bit of an artist, I guess. I draw and paint and stuff. I just sort of throw whatever comes to mind on a canvas. I think people are sometimes shocked by my style, because it doesn't match my personality, or something. I'm also rather active, I mean, a good run really helps get the creative juices flowing, you know? I've also kind of wanted to learn an instrument or something, but I'm a bit apprehensive. Other than that, I just do whatever I feel like doing, I guess. Whatever's fun.
How would you describe your personality? I've been told that I'm "a sarcastic ass who never takes anything seriously." I'm not sure how true that is, since I have at least tried to take one or two things seriously in my life. I guess I have a sort of happy-go-lucky, overly-peppy personality, or something. I also second guess myself a lot, and end my sentences with "I guess" and "Or something". It's a bad habit. I guess I'm not too good at describing myself.
What has your life been like so far? My dad is a fucking asshole who's on his 4th marriage, and my mom is a drunken mess. I guess you could say that I've had a pretty ok life. My dad may be a terrible guy, but he has decent choice in women. Let's just say that they were the only reason I was willing to stay with my dad. Well, that was until he started dating Laura. Laura was as much of a bitch as my father was an asshole. A match made in hell. They got hitched last year, and I needed to get out there, so I pleaded with my dad to let me stay with his brother for a year, and go finish high school there. Well, considering it gave those two more time to, uh, you know, my dad gladly sent me off to Uncle Max's place.
So, I'm stuck in this boring town for a year, but it definitely beats being in Detroit with my dad. Oh, and as a plus, I get to annoy the hell out of my cousin Sammy (He hates when I call him that). He's a boring wad of jaded criticism that needs to get out a bit more. I mean, he's in high school, but he spends all day writing for his stupid blog. He introduced me to some of his friends over the summer, but that was mostly due to me following him around, rather than him volunteering to introduce me.
What will you pick as your screen name (and alias if asked)? I think I'll go with something fun. How about G0DD? I'll go with Steve as an Alias. No one ever expects Steve.
What are your thoughts on the project? I think it's a cool concept. If I'm being honest, it'll probably crash and burn. Though, might as well enjoy it while it lasts.
Anything else you'd like to add? Not really.
Darius Blake Moggs - Disliked All I know about him is that he's trouble. I'll keep my distance. Ashley Hart - Moderately Disliked She's Wil's girlfriend. I don't like her too much, but I don't hate her. I mean, I can tell she's well intentioned, but her ego is the size of a house, no, the size of a mansion. Julian David Edmund Ashton Harper Hall - Friend Wil dragged me out to meet his Girlfiend, Ashley, who was being tutored by Ashton. Ashton turned out to be pretty cool. We discussed a few things, and have stayed in contact with each other. Jordan Noire-Welsh - Acquaintance, but almost a friend. Celeste's brother. Celeste introduced him to me recently. He's an interesting guy, and he even reads my review blog. He seems to love horror, which I also enjoy to an extent. I guess he's alright. Celeste Welsh-Noire - Friend An unfortunate target of bullying, this one. I've known her for a while. She didn't seem to have many friends, so I decided to start talking to her. She recently introduced her brother to me. Apparently, they had been apart due to their parents splitting up, and had met over the summer. Allen Cheshire Cross Danera Rojas - Moderately Liked I actually think Danera is enjoyable to talk to and be around, I mean, we differ on some subjects, and we can find each other annoying at times, but I don't hate her. The problem is, she hangs around some pretty shitty people. One of these days, she's going to get herself into trouble, and realize how much she's messed up. Jacob Rojas - Friend Jacob is a cool guy. I feel bad that he has to deal with such a handful of a sister, though. I definitely consider him one of my better friends. Wilson Fuchs - Best Friend I generally don't like the popular kids, they have egos bigger than their brains, and tend to be surrounded by more morons of a similar variety. Wil is the only exception. I've known him since elementary, and we became friends pretty fast. He's one of the only people I can trust with personal shit, and I'm pretty sure he trusts me to a similar degree. Ava Johnson - Friend Have you ever known that one person who was in all of your classes? Well, for me, that's Ava. For just about as long as I can remember, Ava has been in all of my classes in each and every year, which is some sort of mystical circumstance that somehow happened. Of course, after some time, we became friends, and I found Ava to be the only person more boring then myself. Abigail Childers - Cousin Our dads are brothers. She's staying with my family for a year to get away from her dad, apparently. I can't stand her in any capacity. Mackenzie Juniper Hemlock Quentin Micheal Rosso IV Ivan Komolov Gay Communist
Things escalated quickly. Eclipse Princess had severely damaged Abyss Walker within a short period of time, and several Strykers had begun to scatter around. Even her orders had changed. She needed to destroy as many of those vehicles as possible, but couldn't risk her HP dropping any lower. From two of Eclipse Princess' attacks, Abyss Walker's HP had reduced to 40%. Given the surrounding chaos, Abyss would be unable to survive if she stood around and stabbed at passing vehicles like an idiot. The only option was to get out of there as fast as possible, and attempt to complete her mission on the way. With her plan decided upon, Abyss Walker drew her attention back to reality.
The force of Eclipse Princess' attacks hit Abyss Walker like a truck, and the brute suddenly found herself flying through the air, landing on top of a group of strykers. She so desperately wanted to kill Eclipse Princess, and inflict revenge upon the other player for throwing her around so mindlessly. Sadly, she could not. Her orders were to destroy the vehicles, and she could not risk dying.
Abyss Walker jumped up from the pile of nobodies around her, and reached her hands behind her head, activating Crown of Thorns. From behind her face-plate she pulled two massive glowing blades, staring silently at the group of Strykers who were just starting to stand back up. One of them aimed their weapon at Abyss Walker, and before they could fire, she dived headfirst into their ranks, and quickly sliced through their numbers. She was attacking at 210% speed with high base damage. Only an absolute miracle would allow them to smite the rampaging brute before she could mow them down. Well, that would be if killing them was her goal. Luckily, all they got were several stab wounds as Abyss Walker strode past them, blades out at her side.
As she sprinted away, Abyss Walker was sure that she could here someone asking her something, but decided to ignore it in favor of making her escape. Her escape, however, was also dealing her damage. As she ran through the streets of the black city, she made sure to attack every vehicle she saw, and avoid as many attacks as possible. Every attack had a chance to deal her damage, and if she didn't take damage, Crown of Thorns would dissipate.
When her ability finally ran out, Abyss Walker found herself at 20% health, chasing down a vehicle that seemed to be heading nowhere in particular. She was eventually able to catch up to it, and strike down the driver. Luckily, she was already on the outskirts of the city, and the few Strykers who were still attempting to attack her meant very little to the brute. And so, as her health crept to 10%, Abyss Walker jumped into the vehicle and drove off into the distance, hoping to find anyone with a healing skill that didn't want her dead. Certainly, it was a terrible day to have forgotten health potions.
Honestly, I'm probably bringing this up too late, but I might as well voice my issues. I've been talking with some people about the recent interactions between Abyss Walker and Eclipse Princess, and someone mentioned how it didn't make a lot of sense. Abyss had snuck off, and then all of a sudden Eclipse is there just in time to attack. KoL then proceeds to have Eclipse Princess auto-attack Abyss without waiting for a response. I won't get into the logical inconsistency of being able to attack a character like AW twice without response, but I will instead mention that it's kind of a dick move. I get it, I take a while to post, and you really wanted to post, but couldn't you just be patient? And isn't auto-attacking like that kind of Godmodding? You are taking control of the opposing characters actions in the sense that you are assigning them no action, disallowing the opponent from acting.
I might as well mention that your character seems a tad OP, KoL. In my personal opinion at least, but feel free to disregard that. You may be a Co-GM, but rules apply to everyone, right?
I guess you can just disregard all of this, KoL. It's just me complaining about technical rule-breaking, but I'm sure there are other people who agree with me. You don't really have to change your posts, since it's not the biggest issue to me, and given how long it's been since you made them. I'm just airing my pointless grievances.
Archibald's true form. He maintains the same relative stature as his human form, standing at around 6 feet. His feet never touch the ground in this form, as he doesn't seem to even have them. Instead, his legs each end in a point, and float slightly off of the ground. His fingers also end in similar points. Instead of a face, a series of purplish lines of energy make up a seven pointed star on the front of his head. His chin ends in a point as well, seemingly mimicking facial hair. From the back of his head sprout four long, curving horns. The longer two lie above where a human's ears would be. These horns go out a short distance, and curve under themselves, curving outwards and forming a point several inches past where the curve began. The smaller horns lie where a human's ears would. These stretch a short distance before ending. Archibald's entire body glows with a deep blue hue, surrounding by a wispy energy of a lighter blue color.
Name Archon of Mind's Woe (Officially Archibald Fault, or just Archie) (Archon of Identity)
Age Officially 28. Actual age is classified information.
Gender Male
Species
A race of elemental-like beings that feed off of knowledge and ideas. Each Archon latches onto a specific topic or concept, essentially becoming the embodiment of that idea. They feed off of ideas and knowledge related to that topic. Physically, Archon are humanoid, but do not have any facial features. Instead, they have odd facial markings. As well, they have horns, which grow based on the knowledge, and an odd, wispy energy which surrounds them, coating their forms. The wispy energy's color is based on the Archon's focus concept and general mood. That energy can be manipulated in ways derived from the Archon's focus. The Archon's form is extremely malleable due to this wispy energy, causing the appearance of Archons to be extremely varied.
Abilities/Powers Archibald is the Archon of identity, and therefore, he has a complex understanding of the human mind and the nature of identity. He can figure out and understand someone by talking to and watching them for roughly 10 minutes. Archibald can manipulate his form to copy those who's identity he understands. This is not only a physical mimicking, but also a mental one. Archibald can act, think, and respond in a manner that is likely how the person he copied would have. This ability is strengthened based on how long he has studied that person. Archibald requires no food or water to survive. He survives off of understanding and learning about identity, and who people are. He can fulfill this need simply by talking to others.
Weakness/Control Subject #376552 has been outfitted with the following experimental control method:
Takes the form of a typical wristwatch, and functions as such. ECM702 is fitted around the subject's wrist, and cannot be removed except by careful deconstruction. Any unauthorized attempt to remove ECM702 will activate contingencies 1, 2, and 3. ECM702 is outfitted with the following tracking implementations: GPS locator - In the event that the subject acts out of line or escapes, ECM702 is capable of the following options:
Contingency 1: The underside of ECM702 pushes several metal pins into the subject's skin, firing bolts of electricity into the subject's body. This electric pulse will last for approximately 1.5 hours unless cancelled by the subject's handler. This electric pulse is typically enough to kill a normal human subject. If battery requires recharging, the device must be dismantled.
Contingency 2: The underside of ECM702 pushes several small needles into the subject's skin, injecting the subject with several chemicals. These chemicals are as follows: [REDACTED] If this option does not harm or incapacitate the subject, other chemicals can be requested.
Contingency 3: two small chambers within ECM702 which are filled with certain chemical agents are released into a third chamber. The mixing of these agents will result in a sizable explosion. The exact agents are as follows: [REDACTED]
ECM702 is designed for subjects with currently unstudied physiologies, and therefore must be monitored by an active handler at all times outside of confinement. Handler is to be decided based on known information on the subject. The handler will be equipped with a control mechanism for ECM702, which includes manual switches for contingencies 1, 2, and 3. The activation of contingency 3 must be authorized by a higher official before the handler may commit to the action. The activation of contingencies 1 and 2 require no authorization.
Subject #376552 has been assigned the following handler:
Handler D558 is to refrain from speaking to the subject at all times, and will be disallowed from removing any clothing assigned to them. If the subject is ever able to view D558's face, or hear their voice, they will be decommissioned and replaced. D558 is to be [REDACTED]. D558 is authorized to dispose of the subject if the subject escapes the handler's visible range, or becomes actively hostile. If subject is under assault from a hostile entity, D558 is recommended to fire on that hostile entity with any assigned weapons. Weapons assigned to D558 will change based on assignment.
Personality Archibald can most easily described as calm and collected, as well as highly inquisitive. Like most of his species, Archibald is obsessed with understanding all that he can, given that he needs to do so to survive. He is quite serious, and prefers to focus on getting things done, as wasting time is not an option. Archibald could also be described as a kind and caring pacifist, but he typically states that is the result of the nature of his race, and not his personality.
Archibald's personality, much like his physical form, is quite flexible, and changes to mimic that of those he copies. So, if he manipulated his form to copy Mr. Johnson, he would also be able to think and act like Mr. Johnson. Though, this does not mean that the copied personality overtakes Archibald's. He is still in control of his own body and mind.
History Before an Archon could go into human society, they would have to be able to disguise themselves as human, even if they were able to copy the appearances of humans, like Archon of Mind's Woes. So, he had to learn how to change his physical form to look human, keeping a single consistent appearance. From there, he had to create an identity, and assume a role in society. And so, Archibald Fault was born. Someone who did not really exist, at least not as a human, anyway.
Archibald worked as a psychologist for several years. He had found this job to be immensely rewarding. His research would help people, as well as allowing him to survive. Eventually, Archibald had become an extremely popular psychologist due to his strange insight into people's identities and insecurities. He always knew exactly what people needed to hear. Of course, when you are an oddly successful individual with suspicious talents, the government wants to check whether or not you're a monster of some sort.
Archibald eventually found himself admitting his status as a supernatural individual, and was taken to an internment camp. He was lucky enough to be able to survive off of small talk with the dying prisoners around him. Though, eventually, he was asked to join a glorified supernatural hit squad in exchange for his freedom in four years. All that Archibald asked was whether or not he would be forced into situations where he had to cause the death of others. The answer was no, but Archibald stayed wary. He wasn't really willing to trust a government that was willing to lock up and kill several hundred people. Though, considering his freedom was possibly on the other side of this deal, Archibald decided to accept the deal.

Finally just about finished this. Sorry for the delay.
