David spent the rest of the schoolday avoiding Jakki and her no doubt many questions. On the other hand he also didn't get the chance to talk to Daisuke, but there was always the next day. As soon as school ended he rushed to his bike and rode straight to home. The ride home was slightly longer then the ride to the pizzeria he took during lunch, but since David was going as fast it took him less time.When he got home he was completely out of breath, but at least he could be reasonably sure Jakki wouldn't bother him here. After catching his breath David put his bike in the shed in the backyard and entered the house through the back door.

As always the first thing David did once inside was letting his mother know he was home. "Hey mom I'm home!" There were actually two reasons for this, the obvious one was to tell his mother, but the other one was that this way he could immediately check if she was there or not. Since he didn't get an answer it meant that at least for now he was home alone and thus could basically do whatever he wanted.Whatever he wanted in this case was use the computer and see what he could discover about time travel.

I was planning to post yesterday but the site was down again. Also sorry for the rather short/not that great post, but I really couldn't think of anything better/longer. One more question can you see my signature or not? All I get on my comp is the word "figure"

When the teacher showed up and quickly left on his own David wondered where "Daisuke" was. But before he could say anything about that, Jakki asked how he just seemd to turn invisible. Of course he had been expecting the question, but that didn't mean he had already figured out how to answer it. He really wondered if he should just tell her everything. Sure she was asking for a single hint now, but since that wouldn't actually explain anything she probably would keep bothering him about it.After a while he decided to just tell her. "Don't tell anyone else. You remember how I said that I was willing to believe Mr Swimtrunks was a future Daisuke because I have seen some crazy things myself? What I was talking about is the fact that I can somehow create Illusions, just now rather then turn invisible I simply made it seem like my hiding spot was empty."

David hoped this simple explanation that made it seem like he didn't really understand it himself was enough.Just to be sure though and avoid any more questions he left the room as soon as he finished talking and headed to the nearest boys bathroom knowing Jakki probably wouldn't follow him there. As he passed the nurse's office he saw Cyrus or whatever his name heading that way while carrying the fifteen year old Daisuke on his shoulder. Once again David's curiosity got the better of him, so he decided to wait and ask Daisuke what was going on.

David didn't like it that Jakki didn't seem sure about the hiding spots as before.However he had no choice but to go with her suggestions. At first he tried to join her under the desk, but it was just barely too small for both of them. With no other options, he switched to the door frame. However since there was still a chance of him getting discovered, David decided to do something that he knew was stupid. It was just that his curiosity was stronger then his common sense. After confirming that it was possible for Jakki to see him, he warned her. "Don't freak out,okay." Immediately after saying that he created the illusion of the door frame being empty, essentially becoming invisible

Creatures and Caverns.

This does seem interesting. However I have to ask, how much is this based on d&d? Seeing as it isn't in tabletop probably not that much, but I'm just making sure

David was glad that Jakki didn't ask anything about the crazy things he had seen before seeing as he wasn't in the mood to explain. As the two of them headed towards the in a different direction to avoid detection,he noticed some pale white haired girl sleeping in one of the trees. While he wondered why she didn't pick a more comfortable spot, they arrived at the entrance of the main building. Thanks to his partner's directions, they quickly arrived at the gym teacher's office.

After looking inside through a window David was surprised to see the room was empty. That's odd, they should be here by now especially seeing they took the faster more direct route" He thought to himself, before reaching the conclusion that "Daisuke" probably slowed down Bologna by struggling or something.He opened the door and as soon as they were in the office he turned to face Jakki. " Lets get to your hiding place quickly, before anyone shows up."

David was surprised to hear that Caden used to play football, though it did explain why some members of the current team sometimes hung out with him.He listened as Joey went into more depth about what he wanted help with, while still not fully explaining everything. He probably wanted to keep it a surprise for some reason.While both the extra credit and the fact that Joey would handle the gas money did help, David for one had already decided to help Joey out. "You already know I'm in. Whatever you're planning it bound to more interesting than spending the afternoon studying." David Could barely hear what the man in swim trunks was saying to the girl he was talking too. Something about being from the future. While he wanted to write it as him either being crazy or just messing with her, he knew from experience that just because something sounds impossible it doesn't mean it is.After all who'd believe him if he talked about his illusions. However before he could walk up and ask the man, Mr Bologna showed up and dragged him away.Having gotten curious David quickly finished eating, and put his knife back in the backpack. After waiting for a while in order to not make sure Mr Bologna wouldn't suspect anything, he got up and walked in the same direction he was dragging the possible Daisuke. David hadn't thought about how he would figure out if the guy was telling the truth, or what he would do in that case. At the last moment he decided to ask the girl if she wanted to come along. "Jacki right? What I heard the two of talking about made me curious, so I'm going to follow them and see if the guy was actually telling the truth. And yeah I know how it sounds, but I've seen some crazy things already. You wanna come along?"
