It was a bright shining day yet again at Angel Grover and years have passed since the signals blared danger. But it has been a while since anyone had roamed the halls of the fortress Zordon had once inhabited. The Rangers for all intents and purposes were gone as the world had no need for them. The first generation, who were known as the Aquitian Rangers, came from space and were using a different set of powers and but they're original job was to catch the criminal Rashim. They however were forced to leave before catching him and recruited the aid of six humans. Using an ancient power now forgotten the rangers gained their powers and kept their fight going against the Monster King Rashim. That was twenty years ago during the year 1993...the rangers have since long departed from their duties for one reason or another. Alpha 5 remembered the days of Zordon before he was killed by the General Hark as he managed to find an artifact that allowed him to breach the defenses of the command center. The first human power rangers sought revenge but they no longer needed Zordon themselves having completed their training went onto defeat Rashim and seal away Hark and the other generals. However those were long gone and twenty years had past. Alpha was busy, as usual, keeping the place maintained in hopes of the Rangers returning one day. However he doubted it would ever happen again. After all they had lost many of the rangers not to time but to the war. There were only one generation of rangers and when they no longer were needed they vanished. The sacrifice of the past rangers were something of note. Two of the six rangers died stalling for their friends, the pink and black ranger, and their morphers recovered by the Red Ranger and the Green Ranger later. The Yellow Ranger fought bravely but died five years later according to the green ranger of his wounds from that day. The Red Ranger was crippled in the final fight leaving him feeling powerless and guilty. The dinozords were all repaired and sent back to their hiding places for later use. Only one Ranger survived 'completely' unharmed The Green Ranger and the friend of the rangers who acted as a replacement mentor, The Phantom Ranger. The Phantom Ranger had went away with the Green Ranger after depositing the morpher and of the Green Ranger and the other morphers back in their places. Red Ranger lost his spirit but refused to give up his morpher seeing that he may end up using it again one day and went away to other parts seeking to find out if he still had the strength to be a ranger, and Yellow, before she died, vanished after the former Black Ranger and Pink Ranger were found dead. Yellow had felt guilty over his inability to help her comrades. In truth Alpha did not know where they were now nor did he know how to find them. However he did miss the Red and the Green Ranger, who were missing in action and left his morpher behind. But it was all for nothing as the General before the final battle had indeed stopped and killed Zordon in this very place they stood using some sort of black magic. His body...was hidden in a safe location. Thankfully he was stopped from destroying the rest of the things thanks to the Phantom Ranger. In Zordon's last breath he transferred what he could to the powerful Phantom Ranger, who was defending Zordon but failed to stop him, and he became protector and head of the rangers in his stead. Oh how Alpha missed those days so much if only he could have them back! Suddenly footsteps sounded from the entrance to the Rangers HQ. Alpha started to panic and rushed to the security consoles, what was going on!? He did not know because there had been no message from the Alien Rangers returning to help them or the returning of the others so it had to be an evil person! Alpha looked down the hall as the footsteps got closer and the panic really set in! "Who's there! Ay yi yi please don't com-" but before he could finish the familar sight appeared to Alpha. "You're...you're back!? Where's-" The black armored ranger raised his hand and shook his head. "Patience Alpha we must work quickly, I will explain everything later I promise. If we don’t work quickly bad things will happen. Now come with me or else the Rangers be destroyed forever. It will be just like old times." The Phantom Ranger said and then walked over to Alpha to explain what was to come...

It was another boring day in the required class of biology for Joey Hawk. The bell rang in the halls of Angel Grove Community College as Professor Dom explained that they were to study the final final chapter on how tectonic plates worked for homework. The class couldn't get out soon enough as many of the students got up to leave. Joey himself was tired and had scribbled down two pages worth of notes. Of course Joe pulled out his cellphone and text messaged all the guys and girls of his little circle to meet him outside near the football field. It'd be nice to see if he could get a group together to see if he could get done a small essay in English 102 class with the help of his mates. "Hey professor I'm going to come by tomorrow for a bit of help if you don't mind." Joe called down to the professor who was getting his stuff all together but was having a hard time due to the fact he had a hard time walking due to a birth problem that left him with a stiff left leg and he nodded and told him to come by at two o'clock. The rest of the class was already trying to get out of the class as quick as possible and in fact were almost all gone minus a few adults who had questions. He couldn't wait to get outside, it was so cold in the school thanks to all the air conditioners! He straightened up his dark green jacket and golden watch, a gift from his father for passing high school, and got his stuff together. School it had always been a bother for the young Joey Hawke but he learned to deal with it after all that was what life was about right? Growing up and being a man was something he always looked forward too. Nothing he ever did in his childhood days could compare to what he wanted to do in his adult future. To be an something big like a manager or something along those lines was something he was planning on taking pride in. He headed to the door and wondered what the day was going to be like. He liked Professor Dom a lot the guy was a cool guy in his opinion. He was fair, he helped you out, and he was one hell of a straight and honest guy. He was the sort of teacher you sat down and laughed with but he was still very mature in his own way. Joe wondered how everyone was doing and hoped they were doing alright. Joe sighed when he managed to get outside the class rom and see that he would be a bit late maybe since there were a ton of things in the hall way and the classroom itself was far away from the bio room. "God damn it..." Joe said as he shouldered his backpack and walked out into the hall way.

While history could be really interesting and Professor Snyder obviously tried, he was unfortunately one of the most boring teachers working at Angel Grove Community College college.Snyder even looked boring. Despite this David still payed attention to what he was saying. After all there was a test coming up soon, and unless he got a good grade he would fail history. Something he would really rather avoid.Anyway the bell ending the class rang so the students got ready to leave the classroom. David put his textbooks in his old worn out backpack and left his desk.Just as he was about to head for the door he felt his cellphone vibrate in the pocket of his blue jeans. It was a message from Joe asking him and apparently some others to meet at the football field. While David had been planning to simply study, he hadn't really hung out with any of his friends for a while so he decided to go. He sent a message back saying he would be there.As usual for him David looked around to see if there was interesting he could capture on the camera of his phone, but the walk to the football field was completely uneventful. He wasn't too surprised to see Joe or the others hadn't arrived yet, after all the history room was pretty close to the football field. "Looks like I have some time to study after all."He said while reaching in his backpack for his history book .

Jessie class has let out about half an hours ago, "Who know a former gang member would be taking a law class," He said to himself as he looked at his books. Sitting under a free he reached in his shirt and pulled out his locket and opened it, ."I am so sorry," He said as he pulled it close to his heart. She was not only his best friend, but quite possible could have been the love of his life. He placed his head back against the tree and looked up at the blue sky, he watched the clouds float by as he thought of her. He closed his eyes but quickly opened him when he felt someone push his head, he looked up. He sneered, "What do you want now Richie?" "Come on homes, Iz that anyway to say hello to your friend? I just came to see how my favorite college student is doing?" Richie looked down at his book, "You trying to to be a cop esé?"

Jessie put his books in his backpack and stood up, "You should not even be here, don't you have a convenient store to rob or something?" He started to walk away but Richie grabbed him and spun him around, "Listen here homes, You can't pretend like this is you now. I know you, you are the same guy to almost kicked that old man to death all because he said hello to you. Your ruthless, that's your inner demon and that ain't never going away. So you can pretend like this is the new you all because your hina got wasted. What you should be doing is looking for the puto who got her, revenge fool."

Jessie looked down, then back up to Richie. "No, I'm not doing to let you suck me back in that life. I might not have pulled the trigger on her, but I gave them a target for them to get to me. I am out that life, don't come back around here. And if i see you even go near my little sisters again. I will end you," He said looking Richie in the eyes, "Is that a threat?" Jessie shook his head, "No, its a promise." Jessie walked off. Richie looked at his back before he walked away as well.

Not knowing where to go, and feeling upset he wanted to go somewhere anyway. He wondered around the school for a while and ended up at the football field. Walking down the Bleachers, he picked one at random. He took a seat and looked at the field. He looked around to see some guy with a camera phone showed up, wanting to talk to someone he spoke out, "You think our football team will make the playoffs this year? Or will it be another uneventful season for us?"

As Joey forced his way out of the busy school crowd he couldn't help but wonder why the damn hallways were so packed all the time. They needed to make another building so all these classes did not exit all at once leaving a massive clog in the halls. Regardless it was not nearly as bad as high school which for him was just a game of musical chairs and get to class everyday. As he quickly bought a bottle of coca cola from an nearby vending machine he exited to the school courtyard into the nice cool windy breeze he so enjoyed in Angel Grove. As he ran down through the walkway out towards the football field he stopped to say hello to a few passing friends of his who told him that they didn't have the time to go chat with him. Feeling slightly crestfallen he decided he may as well wait to see if anyone else got there. But luckily for him his old friend David was there. Quickly he jogged over and past by the co-captain of the football team who waved over at Joe before jogging off to see a few perspective members of the team over in the corner. He climbed up the bleachers and sat down next to David smiling he and chuckling. "Looks like it's just us man!" Joey said quickly not realizing Jessie had already asked his friend a question. He fixed his green jacket quickly and noticed he had to tie his shoe and thanked his guardian angel he didn't trip.

"You think our football team will make the playoffs this year? Or will it be another uneventful season for us?" David was surprised by the sudden question and looked around to see who asked it. It turned out to be someone sitting on the Bleachers he was standing next to. "I don't know and to be honest I'm not all that into football. I'm just here to meet up with some people."Since this would be as good a place as any to wait for Joe and the others he sat down next to the guy. Not wanting to seem rude he put his history book back in his backpack.David then spent a while trying to think of something to say. After all he had never been great at talking to new people. "So are you a fan or a member of the team?" He asked obviously feeling a bit awkward. "Well at least it's better then talking about the weather." David thought to himself. Luckily for him Joe showed up before the conservation could get anymore ungainly. "Oh hey Joe. Yeah I just came from Snyder's class so I got here quickly." David explained, wondering why his friend had asked him over.

As Jessie watched this guy come jogging up to where he and David was, he figured this is the friend he was meeting, He looked over to David and replied; "Naw, not a fan or member; I'm just a simple guy trying to spark up some conversation. The one I had earlier kinda let me bitter so I am trying to brighten up my day," He smiled at David, his observation of David waiting for Joe confirmed when he called him by his name. Jessie first observation of him was that the way he moved liked like he know some form of fighting skill. He had been in enough fight to know when he looked at someone if they were a push over and this guy didn't look like one.

Jessie just sat there as he looked on at the football team run their drills, "Please don't mind me at all," He said loud enough to make sure Joe acknowledge the fact that he was there and was talking to his friend. Not that Jessie cared it just that most people tend to introduce themselves when see someone new. And that was when Jessie got his a hunch that this guy was probably a jerk. Nevertheless he continued to watch the football team, then he thought about what this guy said. He would have loved to join the football team but he mind was focus on becoming a Cop or something, then he started to think about why he was a little upset, but he had not introduce himself either, but was because he was interrupted. Then he just got more annoyed.

His emotions were like a ticking time bomb, but he could not blame Joe, he didn't even know that guy. It was all Richies fault, if he had not shown up at his place of learning and muck things up; all would be just fine. The more he thought about it the madder he got. But he didn't let his facial expression show it, he just smiled and nodded his head as he looked at the football team practice.

"Synder? Oh man I hate that class man I really prefer that bio class I'm taking it's really interesting once you get in depth about it and besides the teacher may have a limp but he's as cool as Ice man." Joey commented as he looked at the people running around the field. "Sorry man did I interrupt you or something? I didn't mean any offense. No really I didn't." Joey said sincerely as he wasn't sure what to do. He never really liked hurting people's feelings but what could he do to really fix it? Besides it wasn't that big of a deal in his own opinion. "Well sup man again sorry for interrupting you but my name is Joey Hawk, you know like the bird, and it's nice to meet you." Joey said as he offered out his hand. Regardless if Jessie took it or not he turned to David afterward. "Well man as long as the dork twins don't show up I'm fine. They look like something out of a nineties TV sitcom. So I called you here because I want to get some work done but I'm going to need some help. You interested? I'll help you with something afterward if you do man. Besides I HATE working with the kids in bio class they make me want to go live in Siberia." Joey said nonchalantly as he talked to David.

David could tell the guy he had been talking to, wasn't happy about Joey showing up. He wasn't sure why though. or maybe the guy was still angry about that earlier conversation he mentioned. David agreed with Joey that his class was probably more interesting, but hating Snyder? Sure the man was boring, but that was the worst thing about him. He didn't say anything though. When Joey introduced himself to the guy sitting next to him, he realized he hadn't done so yet. "Oops I completely forgot to tell you my name too. Anyway I'm David Cranston." When he had gotten that out of the way. He turned to face Joey who asked if he wanted him out with something. And since it was almost certain to be more interesting then studying he decided to accept. "The dork twins? Oh you mean those two. Anyway think I can help you out but what exactly do you need help with?"

Jessie took Joey hand and shook it, and gave a nod to David. "My name is Jessie Hernandez, Didn't mean to some of rude or too strong, just that someone earlier i didn't want to see showed up unexpectedly is all. By the way, its non of my business but who are the dork twins?" He was curious to who they could be talking about, not like he wanted to ease drop of their conversation but he felt like he made him apart of it cause he was talking so freely. Joey also said he needed help with something, and again not wanting to be in the conversation or be nosy but when someone talks so openly; how can one not be.

Thinking back to earlier that day got him thinking, he had stopped talking to Richie along time ago, how did he find out what school he was going to. Last time he checked, his former gang hung out on the other side of angel groove, whats he doing on this side? Could it be that Richie was spying on him? Or was it more? Who know, Jessie knew that he was going something positive with his life now and was not going to let anyone ruin his focus.

"Jessie? Alright nice to meet you but you looked more of a James to me man but regardless it's nice to meet you." Joe said as he shrugged noncommittally at his own comment thinking it may be rude but friends came in all shapes and sizes. Or at least that's what he believed in to a certain extent. However just as Jessie got done saying something about the two came along the jerk-offs united. Two kids one with messy brown chestnut hair and a metal t-shirt along with a slim build named Carlos. Like his name was so commonly associated with he came from Hispanic ethnicity. His friend's name was Casey but went by the name of Caden. He had light yellowish but leaning towards brown hair and he wore a pair of ripped up jeans and had a plain white t-shirt. He had a leather coat around him, which he almost always wore, and decided that this was the perfect time to come mess with they're favorite chew toy. Cade went up the bottom of the bleachers and smiled widely at the three of them, "So you got yourself another little pal there Joe-Joe? Figured you attract people to you like stinky cheese to baby mice. I guess it comes with being a tool who just helps people all day. We all know you're just an attention hog." Caden said sarcastically...or not considering he was a jackass he could just be mocking him. "And what do I owe the visit by the future box stackers?" Joey said with heavy annoyance in his voice. Cade only was here because his parents wanted him to be here and Carlos was here because Cade was here. The two were apparently best buddies since middle school. Joey always wondered if the two had a thing or not. "You know we just figured we'd come to laugh at our favorite loser. Scratch that I mean losers with a capital s!" Carlos said with a heavy accent which was actually fake. Carlos despite his ancestry was born and raised here in the western hemisphere. He just liked to act European for the people because he liked the attention; Joey thought that was the truth at least.

David listened to Jessie introduce himself and couldn't help but smile a bit at what he assumed was a Team Rocket joke from Joe. It seemed like things were okay between them now. Unfortunately that was when Carlos and Caden showed up. Needless to say he wasn't a big fan of Dumb and Dumber. Joe might be their favorite target, but they went after him often enough. As always the two began insulting David and the others. Since he didn't believe Carlos and Caden would start with this many people around,David decided to insult them back. "You know Carlos, it really isn't healthy to call yourself and your best friend losers." Sure this wasn't the greatest insult ever, but the dork twins weren't worth the time it would take him to think up something better.

Jessie cared not for these two dorks that showed up, clearly they were borderline gay which is not a problem. You like what you like, but still these guys just rubbed him the wrong way. "So let me get this right," Jessie stood up and turned towards the Duo, "Your calling me a baby mice?" Jessie had a very intimidating looking to him and you can hear it in his voice. Already annoyed from earlier he was really letting his get to him. "You boys just made my day, I was thinking I could just chill out and cool off, Met two cool people and now two more comes up and insult me? Well I Suppose I can set off some steam." Jessie dropped his backpack and a book of pre-law fell out, He walked out from the bleachers and stood in Carlos face.

"You want to do something bro? Please say something else, I am just itching for a reason." Jessie did not know if he would be intimidated by this, But Jessie was ready to let loose. Some people started to look over, people were gathering a bit, some of the activity on the football field looked over but did not stop working. Jessie stood his ground, what would happen?

Before Carlos could respond to David's quip he was face to face with the big black guy. However credit had to be given to Carlos he didn't back up an inch. "One it's mouse not mice. Mice is plural not singular. Two I'm not really in the mood to fight just now ok man? You don't know me and I don't know you and I'm sure you got better things to do than to go punching me in the face besides I got Cade here who's more than just a football jockey." Carlos said shrugging it off more or less as Caden put his hands between the two and shook his head, "Hey there big mouse care to call your friend off? Last thing I need is being called down to the Dean's office because I got into a fight with goody two shoes because I KNOW for a fact that if I get involved you will." Caden said plainly glaring at Carlos as if to say "calm down dumbass this is only going to get us into more trouble than it's worth." and Carlos backed down more or less immediately, "Hey hey man I'm not a guy to hold grudges. I'll forgive you for getting all up in my face and You forgive me for relating you to a small little furry rodent. Sound fair? Besides do you really want to get sent to the Dean's office and take all the blame big fella? This isn't high school you get into a fight you get burnt here." Carlos said but Joey walked down and shoved Carlos back and Caden glared at him angrily. "Why don't you put an egg in your shoe and beat it and then go eat it together because I'm sure meat heads like you got nothing better to do than to act like jerkoffs. Look Jessie man I know I just met you and all but I've seen Cade fight and he's a lot better scrapper than Carlos and even though I'm sure your good I'm sure Cade isn't afraid to beat some ass either he put the last guy who mugged him in a hospital for ten months in a coma for god sakes. If you want to beat bronze boy Carley than wait and you'll get your chance." Joey said the first part out loud and then whispered the rest to Jessie quickly and quietly so the other two couldn't hear him. "Alright big guy we'll go and pick a fight with you some other day but until then I still intend on getting you back for that little event last summer." Cade said as he and Carlos backed off walking back towards the school house.

David was worried when it seemed Jessie was gonna challenge Carlos to a fight. He was surprised though to hear Jessie say that he thought of Joe and him as cool.Luckily Joe was trying to calm things down. Since if it came down to a fight between those two, Caden was definitely gonna help his bud out. And knowing Joe he wouldn't just watch that two on one from the sidelines. And even though David would be almost no help, in that case he would have to get involved as well. Sure he wasn't totally helpless.On a good day he might give Carlos some trouble, but he was absolutely no match for Caden.

So he was relieved when the two left.After waiting until they were out of earshot he turned to Joe and Jessie. "Well that could have easily gone a lot worse. Nicely handled Joe." It was then he remembered that Joe asked for help with something a. "Anyway you said you needed help with something?"

Jessie looked at him, feeling stupid about this mix up of mouse and mice he was just in the heat of the moment. He was a hot head and he knew it. He has been trying to work on that but certain people gets him to worked up. When Joey jumped in it, "Trust me, Nothing they can do can ever be worst then what I've been threw." Jessie backed off after they walked away and took a seat, He shook his head, his blood was boiling. "Not trying to cause trouble here, just things have a way of getting under my skin you know?"

He looked over to David, "Naw man guy like them might do one thing like Joey said and then make it seems like their bad asses and untouchable in the truth of the matter is their not. And i suppose i can give credit to where it is due." He looked up at Joey then back to the football field. What was he even doing here with these two anyway? Both of them are far from the people he use to hang out with. He is use to thugs and all around bad people. He pulled out his locket from around his neck. Then he remembered.

Joey shrugged and looked at David, "Hey man want to go and head out I've got things I need to take care of for those classes I was talking about. I got some points for it if you want to come to Jessie. The more the merrier I suppose." Joey commented plainly as he went to grab his bag trying to get his mind off the goon squad if that was possible in the least. They were nothing but a constant pain to most people but they avoided fights so often they got away with picking on people. It goes with being a star athlete like Cade." Joey stated as he stuffed a phone from his pants into his backpack and then turned back to Jessie while shouldering his backpack. "But before you answer I suppose you really do need a answer for the dork twins that just left. Cade is friends with half the football team despite not having played for over four years. He was a linebacker or at least that's what I remember hearing about him it could be false maybe this school is just full of people to be picked on in Cade's mind. Carlos....not sure and don't care he's not very publicly well known outside of being Cade's wingman." Joey finished as he waited for David to get his things in order. "So how about it you interested in some extra credit for a teacher or just helping a bro out? I'm driving so it's not like you're going to get in gas money trouble." Joey added as he waited for Jessie's answer. He bounced on the heels of his shoes back and forth wanting to get moving as fast as possible.

David was surprised to hear that Caden used to play football, though it did explain why some members of the current team sometimes hung out with him.He listened as Joey went into more depth about what he wanted help with, while still not fully explaining everything. He probably wanted to keep it a surprise for some reason.While both the extra credit and the fact that Joey would handle the gas money did help, David for one had already decided to help Joey out. "You already know I'm in. Whatever you're planning it bound to more interesting than spending the afternoon studying." Seeing that Joey was getting impatient, David grabbed his bag from the bleachers and soon was ready to go as well."You coming along?" He asked Jessie

Jessie listen, he didn't care of the duo history about playing football and the other being a lackey or something. Maybe he was telling him this cause he would get the football team on his case? Who cares, if he needed to he would take them all down, that just the type of person he is. He is also smart he knows when to pick his battles. He would not fight them all at once of course, Battle is a play, and War is a book. When asked to join up with them he was going to turn him down, But then David asked him as well, "Sure why not, I don't have anything else better to do." He stood up. "Lead the way fearless leader," He poked fun at Joey. Doing extra work for school was not this thing, but in light maybe he could fall in a new crowed of people.
