City-state wise, only Vietnam, Cambodia, Mongolia and that other country I forget really entered China proper with the UA. The Western Communes have an awkward relationship with China because of Siberia, and the Philippines was brought in militarily.

The two Finlands and North-Western Canada comes to mind also. But I don't want to give you a shit-load of work =p

Hell yes on Florida. Even if it isn't technically canon anymore, that shit is still classic.

Also, you should probably include Persia (with a cultural emphasis), The Western Communes, The Ottomans, and Georgia. Hell, if you can get bored you can add some classic shit like The Phillipines, Katanga, and Argentina.

I think a mod might push Aaron to doing more art (of what is done now, all that is missing is Jaret Arnold). Other than that, it is a matter of personal preference I suppose. I don't think the audio is to big of a deal (you might be able to disable it and just have read messages? I dunno). But the images are definitely silly. It is your mod though, man, do whatever you want to do with it.

All the other ones work, it is just China that seems to be borked. And yes, I mean there was no name changes anywhere. It was just "Wu Zetian. China."

Regarding the US, it'd have to be something related to the difference between PoW America and real world America. At least, something that is positive. Isolationism as a jumping point is just the one I thought of, but there might be others. What ever works.

Also, how difficult would it be to swap the graphics for the leaders? Not making your own moving characters obviously, just replacing the diplomacy characters with static Aaron art or something. It isn't a big deal, but it is sort of goofy that...
