What should I do with Kyuuten?
Posted. So I was thinking the sound of Reina's voice might help everyone break free from their illusions what do ya think?
Kyuuten
Before Kyuuten could rush out the door to head to Augustine Town with everyone else Mamba reappeared and dragged him and Trisana on a separate mission. "You're not very acquainted with the concept of a heads up are you?" Pyrrha asked with slight annoyance in her voice.
"While a little warning would be nice one in a while let's forget about that. Why are we meeting up with Lamia Scale?" Kyuuten asked curiously though also with a notion that Mamba had a lot more to tell than just fighting tips. "What does the timing of my attacks have to do with resisting slee magic?" As fast as he could tell nothing.
Reina
"What's going on? I thought this town was supposed to be in trouble." This was wrong. The man that ran into the guild on the verge of death wasn't in no way lying yet as Reina looked around at Augustine Town there was not one thing amiss let alone a demon invasion. "Um, is this the right place-" Reina gasped seeing the dark power emanating from Xavier. Not only that but others seemed to be elsewhere mentally. She didn't know what was happening. All she wanted to do was stop anymore death and destruction on behalf of those demons but now site was wondering if she had gotten in over her head. She was a proficient fighter but she had never fight on an official guild level. Anxiety started to creep it's way into her as she started to hum a song to try and calm herself.
"Huh?" Suddenly her sense of smell were overwhelmed by thescent of cinnamon. "Cinnamon? But there's something odd about it..." Before she could figure out way was happening the serene Augustine Town disappeared before her. Reina's eyes widened terror as she saw a familiar face, her twin brother, trying to speak to her only to have his throat ripped out by a beast that seemed like a demon but was much more terrifying to her than it should be. "No!! Leave him alone-" Her voice was muted buy the creature's hand over her mouth. She didn't see it coming and worse, she didn't hear it move. Not a sound, not a single vibration. What kind of creature was this? Reina felt utterly helpless as the monster prepared to do to her what it has done to her brother. 'No, nononono!! You can't take it away from me!! Please!!!'
"YOU CAN'T TAKE IT!! AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!" Outside her illusion Reina cried out in desperation her voice being amplified tremendously by her magic and cracking the street beneath her and the rest of the group. Anyone within the vicinity would hear it loud and cleat beginning a beacon inside whatever terrible nightmare they were having.

With Trisana's recap of the last minute or so in mind Kyuuten briefly used Meteor to lift himself to his feet. "Yeah, he's not an easy one to figure out. Then again that's what makes him fun~" He said resting his hands on the back of his head. "I have no objections to being on a team with you. Actually I haven't had a chance to spend some quality time with and of Vyper~" He nodded in agreement to taking on a job.
"You're too restless for your own good." Pyrrha said with a sigh. "Even after three straight days of training you're raring to go on a job. You sure you're up for it?" Pyrrha gave Kyuuten a worried look that only he'd recognize. She noticed something while he was sleeping.
Kyuuten grinned trying ease her concerns...as well as his own. "I'm in the best shape I've ever been. I could use some real action." He wasn't the only one. Bristlebane uttered a drowsy request to join them that reminded Kyuuten of Roll. "You think you can stay awake long enough~?" Suddenly the mood shifted drastically as an old man staggered into the guildhall hurt pretty badly. "Pyrrha, Trisana, looks like we got our job." He saWith Trisana's recap of the last minute or so in mind Kyuuten briefly used Meteor to lift himself to his feet. "Yeah, he's not an easy one to figure out. Then again that's what makes him fun~" He said resting his hands on the back of his head. "I have no objections to being on a team with you. Actually I haven't had a chance to spend some quality time with and of Vyper~" He nodded in agreement to taking on a job.

Xavier offered to show her around the guild and tell her what it's like. "Actually, I wanted too all about-" Reina's voice fell silent in shock as a man staggered in covered in injuries. The elder gave what little explanation he could before collapsing. Xavier apologized to get ready to rush off to the fight. "Wait, I saw what happened to Clover Town. I fought done of those monsters. If they're back I want to help!" Her voice had become quite bold compared to a few moments ago.

"Let's go~" Kyuuten readied himself for another round with Mamba only for the mysterious wizard to vanish. "Huh? Okay, this is a challenge..." Before he knew what hit him Kyuuten was fast asleep.
It may have been a short nap but during it he dreamt of his town. He stood in the center of the empty village, not a soul in sight. 'Why? Why is this happening?' As he spoke his body reverted to what our was for years ago. He looked up to see a figure art the edge of the town. He snapped his fingers and the world Kyuuten began to crumble. 'No stop! You don't have to do this, everyone's already gone! Because of you they're all gone!!' Glowing with Meteor the younger Celestial mage rushed towards the figure pleading for it to knock take anything more from him.
Kyuuten awoke thanks to Trisana's card. Sitting up he didn't feel completely awake. As the dream started to haze over Kyuuten wondered why he even had iit. He hasn't dreamt about his village since he joined Harpie's Wing. Kyuuten wasn't much for signs and preferred to let things come as they may so he tried shake off the uneasy feeling the dream left him wwith. "Hey, what just happened?" He asked looking around for Mamba.
Reina
Reina tried to gain someone's attention over the noise but her soft voice didn't carry well. Though to her surprise she did manage to catch someone's ear. It was a red haired boy smoking a cigarette. Reina didn't care much for smoking but she didn't let it make her jump to any assumptions about him. He introduced himself and held out his for her to shake which she did ssheepishly. The bit looked like he was on the verge of falling over. "I'm Reina Grand-Arc. Umm, well I don't know if I want join a guild...umm are you okay?" She asked and before he could answer she started to whistle a soft melody that resonated throughout the guildhall and Xavier's fatigue would begin to dissipate.
Kyuuten
Training with Mamba was certainly an experience. Kyuuten was very good at reading others when he really wanted to but during the whole three days their sparred and refined spells and techniques he couldn't pick up on anything significant from the material wizard. Even so the results of their training were nothing scoff at. "Hehe, sorry I got a little excited. I'm ready to go again~"
Pyrrha say of to the side reviewing the events of the past few days that Akira transferred to her Archive. She looked up and frowned at her partner. "Don't overdue it Kyuu. Between this and your other training..."
Kyuuten just smiled. "I'm fine Pyrrha. Besides thanks this my other training had been going better than ever. I'm finally back on track and I'm not ready to lose the momentum just yet~" His ess done with determination. Pyrrha couldn't help but smile and give a supportive nod. "Whenever you wanna go Mamba~"
Reina
Reina finally managed to find one of the guilds she saw back in Clover Town. Entering the Vyper Bolt guildhall she was better by a boisterous party. "Umm hello?"
