When within a place such as this, and being as relaxed as she was. Canaan rarely paid all too much attention to her surroundings, sure she did normally. But she wasn't on any kind of mission or task, so there wasn't all that much need to worry, was there? Still, the fact that there were so few people around did somewhat worry the young graduate. Even so, it really had nothing to do with her. If that was the case then why was she thinking about it so much, honestly! Dammit! Her zanpakuto spirit- Dokuga chimed mentally, in a far too happy tone for her liking. He could be such an ass when he wanted to be, like right now for instance. Canaan mumbled in a low tone, even aloud she knew this could be heard by her spirit, and to be honest she didn't really care either way. Her insistent thoughts were soon cut short at the sudden lack of sunlight, which for one wasn't normal. Removing the arm that covered her eyes, golden orbs looked up, just past the sun's harsh gaze. It was only then did the female's gaze become slightly taken a back, eyes changing size into something slightly larger than before. A crimson haired male was headed straight for her! What in the hell was going on!? With little time to react, the white haired Shinigami scrambled to her feet, darting to the right just in time to avoid the hit and the body that would have fallen on top of her. Meanwhile her left arm reached out from her side, grabbing the male from the back of his uniform to make sure he didn't go flying at least, before letting out shortly after. Simply to make sure that he didn't fall flat on his face, right? Of course it was, but that didn't stop the young female from hearing Dokuga's laughter inside her mind about the whole situation. , she thought mentally then turning towards the rather unexpected arrival of a Shinigami.

Hasayo was relieved to see the girl scramble out of his cash path. At least until he remembered that this fall would really hurt. Unconsciously, he turned his body and angled his right shoulder which had the one piece of armor on his person. "Ugh!" Smashing into the roof, he shattered quite a few tiles and tumbled across the slanted structure. He managed to get to a seated position but couldn't stop from sliding and was headed for the edge of the roof. To his relief he came to a sudden halt. He looked out over the edge with a nervous smile. It was a small drop but he still could have seriously injured himself. "Note to self: let the stupid bird have the dumpling next time..." Hasayo looked back to see the girl he nearly pancaked holding onto his collar. "Thanks for the save." He said before she let go of him and it was his turn to scramble away from the edge of the roof. "Beware of falling objects right? Hehe...um, you okay?" He asked the woman running the back of his head.
Zane, i was asking cause don't want to use the point system.
So one, do we have to have points to gain newe techniques or can we just train 'em? Two, what's the census on creating neww techniques?

The truth behind every person was always complex, even if they didn't want to admit such a thing. Did it really matter? Of course not. Still the amount of time this young woman had given herself to even begin to think of an answer, well, to be honest it had been far too long. For one thing, the female in question idly wondered why she even starting thinking of the last question put to her before she left. Left the academy anyhow. Now normally one would say 'oh yes, she graduated with the rest of her class', but no. For this white haired Shinigami, yet again she remains different from the rest. She swears she's cursed no thanks to days long passed. Still there was a lighter side to those times, one being her name. Only the teachers at the academy knew her real name, and even then they never used it at her own request. Canaan. Was that her real name? No, but it was one that this young Shinigami had used for far too long to give up now.Canaan had graduated the academy only a few weeks prior, and many would already be within squads of the Gotei 13, but not her. As many before her had said, she always had to be the different one. The one who took a different path. Letting out a sigh as the female proceeded forward, Zanpakuto safely attached to her back hip, within ease of her own reach. True, she didn't need to be carrying hers, but for the moment she had no Squad she needed to listen to, therefore logically it didn't matter did it? Golden orbs scanned the road ahead, looking the same as just the rest. She wasn't lost (she really wasn't), having almost gotten where everything was in her head, well around each Squad barracks anyhow. But that didn't really help her now, without a Squad she was used to now sneaking back into the academy dorms just to get a good night's sleep (c'mon who does that?), all because she had stupidly chosen to wait. Jumping as she so often did recently up onto one of the nearby rooftops, making sure she wasn't within a Squad and thus might get thrown out (she didn't want that), before then finally stretching slightly. Maybe she could rest around here for a little while before carrying onwards (what else was there to do after all?), at least she wouldn't have others looking her way due to her hair colour, or her modification she had made to her uniform. Did it really matter that much, honestly? Shaking her head, Canaan allowed her body to slowly lay down, one arm covering golden orbs from the bright light above (she hated that), the female let herself close her eyes for just a moment. To others it would appear that she was sleeping, and little did anyone know, she really wasn't. Still wide awake and reactive to what others did around her, as always. That was just Canaan.... or rather Kyoko for you.

Hasayo say under a shady tree enjoying small box of dumpling sticks. He opened wide and inhaled another dumpling. "Man, I could eat a thousand of these~" He sat back making the sick dance in with his mouth as he posted at the rays of sunlight streaming though the leaves. Well, I somehow managed to make it out of the academy...despite the onslaught of written tests. But even without the paperwork, it's still supposed to get harder from here on. That sounds a little daunting but...I've got the drive for it don't I? Hasayo took a deep breath. "Let's not think about that for now. I've got celebrating to do~" Hasayo reached down to grab another dumpling stick only to feel a sharp pain in his hand. "Ow! What in the-?" Shaking his hand he looked down and saw a crow sitting there. The bird started at him and they to be entranced by each other. Finally, the bird started to move slowly then quickly snatched the stick from the box and flew off. "H-Hey that was my last one you dirty thief!"
Hasayo jumped to his feet and chased after the bird.

Running after the crow would usually seen like a future effort. That is for people who couldn't use shunpo. The black feathered thief looked back to, in a sense, laugh at his crimson haired victim only to locked shocked as the boy was not too far behind. "That's right bird brain! Never steal a shinigami's favorite snack!" The bird flew bigger into the air a little panicked. "Oh no you don't!" Hasayo shunpoed to the rooftops in pursuit. The chase continued for a while as the bird climbed higher and Hasayo proceeded up taller and taller buildings. He was close now but unfortunately the bird took a bite dive and he could see that there weren't anymore roofs for a good distance. "Dammit, I somehow knew dumplings would kill me...nice try you beaked bastard!" Hasayo leaped down after the crow. He practically had the thing in the palm of his hand until the bird pulled up and left him falling. "Why do I think with my stomach...?" As he dropped he shunpoed closer to the ground. When he reappeared he saw someone sleeping on a rooftop. Still make and unable to control his trajectory he was headed straight for her. "Crap...hey watch out! Man, this is gonna hurt..."

*sighs* No one replying then huh?

Your post was just so beautifully intimidating I've been trying to think up a good one. Also I was sure if zanr was supposed to show up first or me. Anyway I'm working on a Hasayo post right now. Takes me forever though cause my phone sucks and freezes on more constantly.

OOC: I just realized I missed a critical part of that statement, I left out the word Hope lol.Shusuke was confused, not as to the directions, those were very clear but more so, how he would ascertain his worth just based off a slash. "Is this mystical captain voodoo?" he asked himself, unsure of his methods but knew not to question him. If he wanted him to strike his tonfa than he would. Shusuke nodded, "Yes sir." he said softly. He withdrew his zanpakuto slowly, allowing it's blade to brush against the sheath every inch of the way and then holding it out in front of him, perfectly aligned with his body. His left hand now positioned itself below his right, assuming a two handed posture, that of the kendo way. Perhaps he wasn't able to do what Captain You Xang asked of him, his experience was but a pebble in a pond compared to the captains. Getting this right was critical. "Alright Tsukurite Yasuragi, flow into my blade. Be one with me, let us show the captain our strength!" he yelled to himself. He made one movement with his body, a lunge to close the gap between them. Shusuke's feet planted firmly in front of his notional opponent, his blade raised, looking no different than usual. He swung down hard, perhaps not with his full strength but pretty close. In the milliseconds before contact with Captain Yu Xang's tonfa, Shusuke reflected on this moment in time.

Daishin awaited Shusuke's attack. He smiled watching him really himself and his sword. "Now, don't hold back." He told him. Finally Shusuke charged and set his foot, relating his swing. Daishin merely raised his tonfa and let the blade fall upon it. He closed eyes as the sound of the clashing metal echoed for a couple moments. "We often mistake fighting as brutal conflict to get what we want. But the truth is it is another we try to understand each other. That is why when words fail we try and use force. The feeling of wanting to prove one's self when battling is you trying to make the opponent understand you. Every punch, every kick, every swing of the sword conveys more of what makes a person who they are. Their past, their experience, and reasons why they fight can all be pulled from a single strike." Daishin lowered his tonfa. "Always keep that strong spirit of hope. It'll serve to well in this squad."
