Also, if you're going to get that earth elemental going, here's an ability that didn't quite thematically fit with my character (plus, i had already made him quite powerful at that point), but is quite swell for a zoner overall: a ground pound, seismic shock so to say. If anybody tries to harass you back or rush in, you can just launch an earth shaker to throw them off balance and disrupt any action they're doing. And heck, it's just as useful up close for the same reason.

I think he should just lower the projectile cap from 400 fps to 100 fps, so peak human would be enough to dodge reliably. As for rushdown potential, it can be gained through the use of abilities and powers other than speed. so that doesn't really need fixing.

Mind pointing me towards that info? I've only given the rules a few cursory read and i didn't catch that vibe myself.

But hey, getting a few axes thrown at me inspired me: now i'm going for a character that harasses their opponent at a range with moderate power attacks and forces them up close, where he can end them with burst damage cqc strikes. A middle ground between being a bear trap in human skin and an accomplished rock slinger.

General Information

Muscle and skeletal structure:

Nervous system and sensory organs: the structure of the nervous system in Ludo's body closely resembles that of a vertebrae humanoid, with the CNS consisting of a brain, located within the head, and the spinal cord, which branches off into the peripheral innervation: the locomotive and sensory systems, as well as the autonomic system and a unique type of nervous network, responsible for conscious organ control.

Composed of a flexible multistrand metallic cable, the parts which only serve to transport signals are insulated with a plastic coating, whereas the fibers that actively interact with the body, creating or delivering he electric signal are bare. The points where branches of the peripheral network connect to the spinal cord are fitted with fuses, protecting the CNS from receiving lethal or debilitating electrical shock; however, upon activation, the body will experience temporary paralysis.

A few of Ludo's sensory organs are noticeably different from human: namely, those responsible for sight, pain, smell and taste; plus, an additional organ, identical to a snake's heat pits.

The eyes themselves are identical to a human's - what distinguishes his sight is a purely neurological feature, which allows him to switch from color vision to monochromatic, singling out a single range of frequencies of his choice from the visible spectrum. This enables him to distinguish the more subtle differences in intensity and saturation of light - where a human would see a perfectly uniform surface, Ludo could pick up slight variations in tone. Such an ability can be useful when trying to detect an enemy within foliage or through smoke, clearing out the sensory 'noise'.

The heat pits, which are another organ used to observe electromagnetic waves, are located on his cheeks and are used to locate heat sources, as evident from the name. The cover about the same range and scope as his eyes, but react only to the infrared wavelengths, making them ideal for hunting down other lifeforms.

Yup, i've no objections. Though after a bit of poking around medical charts in google images, it seems like the outside of the thigh is mostly veins and few arteries.

If it hits him as he's descending, the sword would probably hit impact across the thigh, as Gigue would start pulling his knees up towards his chest at that point.
