Personality: Nexus' personality is quite bland due to security measures which have been taken which suppresses his emotions, flattening out him to be a bland and smooth slate. Appearing stoic most of the time due to his helmet covering his head most of the time with his eyes unsuspectingly staring at everyone one-sidedly through the pitch black visor. Appearing calm and collected on the surface of his silent and fierce presence, it makes it hard to determine anything about him through the helmet he wears. Stacking along with the fact that he rarely talks makes it even more eerie and strange to talk to him due to him communicating simply with body motions. Being a very curious soul, he prefers to be in his own company for whatever reasons as he stares aimlessly somewhere.
Power/Weakness:
Nexus has the ability to control electricity and manipulate for his own needs and uses it for a variety of purposes. Being practically embedded with the element of electricity, he has the power to generate large amounts of electricity as well when his powers aren't being suppressed but can also be absorbed from other sources. He is able to regenerate faster when he has the element within himself and basically empower himself with electricity. Also with this electricity that he controls, he can use for a wide range of uses which makes his powers potent in any application or output. From orbs of electricity to lightning streaks or thunderbolts, his powers has a variety of ways to manifest itself. Capable of manipulating any properties of electricity that he is controlling which allows him to do many other things with it as long as he knows what he's doing. He has more difficulty controlling large masses of electricity on the other hand which can have side-effects for doing so.
After exerting a large portion of his powers, he needs to recharge after by either resting or consuming electricity from other sources. Once he runs out of 'juice' basically, he simply loses all of his powers until he does one of the above. Depending on how much electricity that he tries to grasp beyond his skill, he may become simply become fatigued and nauseous or in more extreme cases the loss of conscious along with the loss of control on whatever he is doing as well.
Internal and external electricity control are all that he is capable of doing right now, nothing more so I'll just post my character, hopefully its fine if I post my character.
I'm thinking of leaning more into the finer control of electricity, which can branch me out into various other skill sets, so electromagnetism is one of (the many) branching powers that I will take in the long run. So I'll leave it with loose ends on what kind of powers he can develop whenever I get home to edit it.

He does, however, clearly respond to music for some reason which is the only stimulus which would create a reaction from Nexus. Showing him that he still has something inside that helmet still but how much is the question.
His rare inclusion into a conversation where he does voice his opinion is mostly neutral to the topic, inputting little to the discussion. Talking with a voice is always still and even which is hard to get any sort of tone or opinion from him. On a rare occasion for him to really tip to one side of a topic is one of the few moments he actually inputs anything but he is easily swayed from one side to another should one force their opinion on him which he simply agrees on. So, it's actually quite unreliable to have him in a conversation unless you count his original opinion as his input with the topic. Being surprising capable of comprehending advance conversation that scientists discuss to each other which would be just useless jargon to other people, which most people don't take notice of it as they're unsure if he's just giving out a real answer or not.
However, the real question is that is he really following orders or is he only putting on a show to look for a moment to escape? Underneath that helmet, who knows what really is going on in that head of his as underneath the calm surface and deep beneath the water. Making his actions confusing for everyone as he gives no confirmation on what is going inside him.

With this electricity that he controls, he can use for a wide range of uses which makes his powers potent in any application or output. Capable of manipulating any properties of electricity that controls which allows him to do many other things with it as long as he knows what he's doing.
Due to Nexus' previous nature and the context of his powers, he is unfortunately given a unique device to suppress the majority of his powers from being used. Being given a special fiber woven straight jacket that is unbreakable by any normal means, it comes equipped with two power-suppressing collars and a black helmet which covers his head with a visor to look through. The helmet also suppresses the further use of his powers by placing him in a more 'placid' state. At this point, his external output of power and control are severely hindered by these suppressors and is considered cautious of but not actively dangerous.
