Yeah, the memories of the primal lord of order would be sealed. I don't know her name. Maybe if the next incarnation knew him? No, Svár was sealed before the first reincarnation of order was born. That's what my first reincarnation just told me. I also just realised how odd it feels to have multiple voices in your head pitching in at once. I usually only have Rubala, and sometimes Melawe. But at least they all have the good sense to wait their turns.
