She has scientific knowledge?

-Ma'at- Yeah; apparently she took to studying the sciences as a hobby while looking for that sometimes-burn flame, or something like that.
Dynamics said
And why is she the one doing it instead of Bradley? Or Alice? Or Gregory?

-Ma'at- I never said it was just her. She's running multiple tests to get through them quicker, so Bradley and some others are examining the results that she isn't.

That's crapy. Ohh, that one. She can't figure it out even with all the equipment?

She says that the readings have shown nothing useful at all. She's taken to some odd tests by now, like trying to see if the artefact has any connection with any of the Systems.

There isn't evil friendship.

That was really good for a first time, actually. The dialogue was realistic, which shows that you definitely aren't a naive new writer. The actions are well-described, too. There's one or two sentences that could be improved, for example:
"Lucas picked up his blade and walked over to Graveny, and just as he was about to raise the blade and bring it down onto his opponent, a streak of red soared through the air above him, which he saw with his peripheral vision."
That last part sounds a bit weird. You could say: "...opponent, a streak of red soared through the air above him through his peripheral vision."

XD I heard about this!

He says in an interview that his goal is to "exercise complete sovereignty over our country without annoying the United States Government too much, and to have a good time doing it."
And in response to this question: "Legally, can Molossia be considered an independent nation?" he says:
"Honestly, no. It takes a great deal of effort, time, money and especially legal wrangling to become fully independent, and we are nowhere near that point yet. No, we exist in a limbo state, at the good will of the US, and we are fine with that right now. After all, becoming independent can such a messy affair, and that would conflict with our relaxed lifestyle. We are happy to be the "country just down the road, on the left"!"

So he is completely serious about this. Maybe eventually it'll actually be sovereign. There's one city in Wales that was actually established as a sovereign state in 1296 when a Welsh prince declared it a "free borough". It has never since been reclaimed.

What?

Apparently this exists. And the government hasn't done anything about it.
