shinji: i hurt someone she was close to while under the effects of vampirism, and she has every right to hate me for it, so i dont blame her. thats why i eradicated the vampiric cells within me. ive used my remaining military forces still under my command to effectively wipe out an evil race of vampiric creatures called chiropterans, and have rebuilt anything damaged from their attacked, and i am currently working my way through the government in waternaux city, in an attempt to make the standards of living mush better than they currently are.*smiles*
