It's the nonsense poem.
Amoris' apparent inconsiderateness of her daughter's feelings is her way of teaching. I'm planning on it going something like this after Luna storms out:
Fluttershy: "How could you do something like that to your own daughter? Look at her!"
A bit of scolding from the others later: "You don't understand: It's my way of teaching them, see? It's a bit unorthodox, I must say, but it worked before. It always took them some time to figure out what was happening. She'll be back right... about... now." Then a tearful reunion like it should be.
