I'll eventually get a real bio in here.

If you didn't like something you would basically say no to it, without Darkwoof or Keyguy ever actually responding.

And Keyguy, maybe Duck can be an enforcer- making sure people follow rules- and Darkwoof can be an editor- making sure that something interesting and at least slightly original is going on from time to time.

I've been saying Darkwoof. Oh well, it sounds kinda cool.
HEY
UNGODLY-SMART PEOPLE

If you're aware of the crises rapidly approaching in the arid areas of the US, especially Texas, about water shortage, then I thank you for not leaving it out.

But Rogue is going into 4-H Congress [against his will] and asked me to ask you guys (more like me asking you guys so I can sound smarter) about what would sound good.

Some of his ideas for such are:
A water grid similar to the power grid, not exact, where water is monitored and controlled, and is allocated to agriculture and cities based on need. 'Credit' can be built up by a water-to-production ratio, especially in agriculture, where if someone has a large amount of farming land, but isn't producing very much, then water will be steadily lowered to force water efficiency and better production, while those with better production to water will receive more water based on whether or not production rises with it.

In addition, people, especially the richer spectrum of people, can have property and items seized from them by a sort of secondary government specifically for resource allocation and control to heavily discourage one from simply buying up all the water rights, and then draining everything from the area, similar to what Las Vegas did to a community. They bought up all the water, pumped it all out, and instead of returning unused water to the original owners, as per the contract, they pumped it into the sea and left the farming community to starve and die without their water.

Plus, the use of a very communistic system to re-allocate water from water-rich areas to areas that are in heavy drought or Stage 6 (I think) areas where water is a major problem, such as present day Fort Worth. Water collection through both recycling used water and by rain collection in the form of a secondary system similar to a sewer under cities to collect rainwater, instead of it all running into the sewers and into the sea or some other area where water can't be easily collected.

Basically, efficient water conservation.
So you see Duck, your opinion and thoughts are not law.

And yes, it really sucks when glasses get broken....

even though mine have never broken. Just scratched or lost a lense or somesuch. Not broken.
Which makes large active fleets extremely difficult to maintain, and makes energy storage or fuel efficiency a major research area.

It would be costly to keep a large or even medium number of ships active, while more primitive technology makes it more realistic. No more power cores that can keep a ship running for years without end. Better to be more realistic, rather than just poop out ships as fast as possible, and not having to worry about ammunition, fuel, crew, or anything. It's just production of ships, and there ya go.

Now what about the basic labeling system? The ship can be anything, but just put it in a category.
twelve year olds with machetes?

Kill a rich guy and contact the APIRCA to buy some weapons!
It's story, and I'm asking Darkwolf and Keyguy, not you. Please stop interfering. I thought this would be good for roleplay, so that there would be a limited time and some danger for prolonged or large battles.

Darkwolf, thoughts?
Hello Thanatos, God of Death.

I am male, and likes roleplaying, Science Fiction, food, drink, candy, food, candy, drink, sugar, strawberries, and food.
And with the 'storms'

Perhaps there can be what are labelled 'Ion Storms', which is yes, Command and Conquer, that show up any time there is large space movement. For example, a shipyard in orbit will have to send the newly-built ships elsewhere to prevent the 'Ion Static' from building up, connecting to other ships, and making a storm. This makes the problem of prolonged conflicts: Short battles will be priority, and wreckage or ships that are too slow will be picked up by scavengers and salvagers after the storm passes.
I was thinking of thought influence [like nudging thoughts to a certain direction]
1) k

2) Exactly. Rogue WANTED out, and he liked forcing people, and blowing everything up. My people run away before any forces even show up, hide in a sort of safe zone, and are cowardly unless they feel that they must fight. Quite different.

3) Faust didn't do anything anyways. If you wanted subtle manipulation, try a bodyguard-diplomat with more subtleness, and if you're using an omnipresent extradimensional being, such as Faust and the Goddess, then actually have them with power, not just squeak out of power at the sight of a biological creature gone godly.
