Then saying that you have 20 Million should mean that at least 5 of those would more than likely have some kind of resistance, from flat-out refusal to help with conflicts that have nothing to do with themselves, to just making it difficult to get organized and moved out.

Saying 20 Million would be like saying you have an organization that has 20 million members. Will everyone work together, and do what the leader tells them to?
Duck, be reminded of the resourcefulness and hardiness of humans. During the civil war, weapons and vehicles that were never developed elsewhere were created, and after the Civil War, all the US had was growth, growth, growth.

And while there may be so many worlds, I don't think it would be plausible for them to all be united under a single banner, government, or alliance. There are always opposing groups; while it may be likely they'll say they're part of a particular treaty, I don't think they'll be united. On at least a dozen worlds in a thousand, there would be a different social system, whether socialist, communist, fascist, etc.
There is no way to keep hold of that many planets, for anyone. Where there are creatures that have opinions and ideas that oppose someone else's, there will be division, and there will be separation. The only reason my nation is united is because they're all half-sentient, dreamy and slow to respond, mainly controlled as a hivemind type of entity.

Summary: I don't think it reasonable that all conflicts would be between nation/group vs. nation/group. I think the majority of conflicts would be just keeping the entire nation in one entity, rather than a fracture or something.
That's true, though one cannot really say good or evil; all sides commit some kind of goodness, and all sides commit some kind of badness. Right or wrong is not something humans should debate about, because both sides are imperfect, and have little true 'good.' Democracy has a single class ruling everyone else and taking advantage of them, through exploits, while a government-ruling class simply just rules outright, and takes everything.

The Seeders don't think themselves superior, because they don't have a relationship to their victims. For them, it's just Ant & Boot. The Boot doesn't care, as long as the Ants are all removed and can take their land.
AIF-Related Seeder Attacks
With the first wave of Seeder ships having only taken a dozen planets or so, and the rest falling back under the command of the Overmind.

And so they launched the second wave, and a couple thousand ships flooded through to a single AIF planet, ship after ship folding in, in every direction, cutting communications with their shockwave-communications, and gassing the planet in record time with dozens of ships firing dozens of Seeds to the planet. From there, they took a new approach: 2 Seeder Ships landed, and unloaded an ocean of mutated, grotesque alien lifeforms that had been adapted and forcefully mutated into servants, and flooded any major population center with them to try and make more mutants, and to try and find something to learn the locations of other planets.
Colonies 700+
The 'Colonies' labelled above the numbers '700' had systematically been invaded by 1 or 2 Seeder Ships, under heavy Mine Layer escort.
because they are everywhere, and they don't care :3 And just because they weren't in the roleplay doesn't mean they didn't exist before.

They will find people who never thought to be found, simply because they're just looking at activity reports and saying "Oh there's something there!" and then going over there, finding any planets that have a good gravitational pull, a couple choice gases, and then they terraform it into a lush, hostile, unbreathable-to-all-but-the-terraformers world.

Hitler had a reason for trying to wipe out the Jewish; whether he just didn't like them (emotional reason), he thought them imperfect, a blight on society (Logical reason [to him]), or something else.
These are much worse. They are not killing you off for any other reason that you are living, and you are on planets that they could live on instead of you. And that's enough reason to exterminate you, because you're competing for real estate.
Meh, looks like new scanners will have to be grown to find the entrance and the exit of these drives, then. Then I can gas everyone's planets!
((Nope))

Above that world they call OPPlanet just cause they're party crashers and they're tailing them...

3 Seeder Ships fold in behind the alien's fleetships, and once more, it is apparent that they are pissed and ready to steal any planet they possibly can from those who had killed their brood-brothers. They accelerated as fast as they can (which is quite fast for a ship that size) and aimed only to wreak havoc by ramming through any ships they can on their way to orbit, and then by the speediest gassing of the planet as possible.
I think it's kinda unfair to accept oneself. Obviously if you're the GM, but if you're just one of his 'helpers,' I think the GM should accept or not. But oh well.

And, Ooh! Another empire without inter-dimensional travel! You know what that means!! :DD
I wouldn't of listened to him anyways, since he just appears focused on hating all things Rogue. And he thinks I'm Rogue, so o.0
Rogue gave me the link to the picture because I liked it -.-

And Keyguy, duck won't let it go because he wants to see Rogue banned, and is very glad and happy that the Draconian nation was torn apart.
