Daniyal’s stony face cracked into a smile as Margaret laughed too. What were they laughing at again? He didn’t remember or care, his mind was spinning too fast to properly pay attention to what was going on. He didn’t even notice how hard he was gripping onto his arm as his mind wandered until the mystery girl snapped him out of his dream state with her words. "Are you-", the girl stopped herself as Daniyal flicked his gaze back at her, that twinkle in his eye gone as he arched his eyebrow at the girl. "I'm scared too."

Daniyal’s eyes widened to the size of dinner plates as he finally let his arm go, a nervous chuckle escaped him as he stared at Margaret with confusion. ”Scared? I’m not scared, I’m fine. Really.” Though he tried to look as natural and laid back as possible, he was almost certain he looked like a nervous wreck in front of everyone. Or maybe he didn’t.

”A-are you a mind-” he was going to finish before catching himself, would it be considered rude to ask about someone’s mutations? Mini-cultures can form almost instantly in prisons. And no sugar coating it, this is a prison. But could symbols, and lingo develop here this fast? But he so desperately wanted to ask her what was so weird about her.

A sudden whistle finally distracted everyone. Even Daniyal turned to see who was making that noise and why. He felt his cheeks already burn as he stared at a shirtless boy standing within a circle of ogling girls. He immediately averted his gaze as he faded to obscurity again, Margaret seeming to have already forgotten about their conversation. Daniyal immediately embraced the sudden loneliness, comforted by knowing no one was paying attention to him.

He draped his thin blanket over his thin frame, surprised that no guards threatened to shoot them over the growing noise. As he forced his line of sight into staring at a blank corner, he started wishing for all of this to just end. Daniyal didn’t want to be here, and granted no one else did, but Daniyal’s pain was a bit more special in ways he couldn’t describe. A wave of nothingness washed over him as his mind wandered again, trying to pretend as if he was trying to sleep when he couldn’t be even more awake and alert.

His mind was a wreck and as awake as ever, the night long train rides standing up did nothing to tire him but only made him forget what life outside these walls were. He possibly was being a bit too dramatic, but who cared anyway?

Daniyal finally laid down, covering himself head to toe in the so-thin-it’s-nearly-translucent-blanket and trying to remain still. Hopefully he’ll be confused for a corpse and thrown out.

@Witch cat I was just using Daniyal and Drei as my main examples. I'm sure there are other characters that I'd have concerns about regarding their abilities, too, but I haven't thoroughly read all of the CS's and @JunkMail had already mentioned your character.

Mostly, I was just saying we should all agree that our characters are new as fuck to their powers, and that Henry should be too as far as his size and reptilian features. But, if we're gonna nitpick powers that are too OP or advanced right now, we should make sure we do it to everyone and not just new profiles to make sure things are fair. c:

Eh I'm sure my char's, and possibly someone else's, abilities still do have some wrinkles that need smoothing out, I'm sure we all can (respectably) point them out if needed. I'm also always open to suggestions and criticisms about my choices!

Anyway, yah, everyone is new to their powers and know diddlysquat about how to use them, for now (which is also a reason I believe the "Untrained" weakness seem pretty redundant), I'm sure everyone can agree to that.

Ok, so. I'll just make a bunch of bullet points to try to deal with everyone's concerns.

• Eldricth! I am (now) aware that that word is mostly used in a magical context, and isn't really used to describe any "sciency" things, but I didn't know that at the time I made my CS. I simply wanted to convey the idea that Daniyal's power source comes from an unknown and weird place, and I never intended it to be akin to something like mana. Besides, calling some eldritch is much cooler than calling it a Chutulu or weird fifty times over.
• Warping reality is a subset of Daniyal's powers, not the main focus. What Daniyal is proficient in is warping molecules. For example, speeding them up to make something hotter, increasing their density, etc. Warping reality involves stuff like slowing an area's perception of time, teleportation, etc. While I understand that people may think this is unfair, and that Daniyal is too OP. I did try to set in limitations that will limit, such as the wonderful possibility that Daniyal might accidently kill himself at any second if he misuses his powers too much, or the fact that warping organic matter is incredibly taxing on him as to ensure he never just liquifies you or something. I'm going to make sure warping reality is set to an absolute minimum, and that warping molecules will be the main focus.
• Daniyal's mind warping is not mind control, Daniyal is not able and will never be able to simply take over your mind and tell you what to do. No, what Daniyal can do however is warp your perception of reality. Some examples include inducing auditory and/or visual hallucinations, slowing down or speeding up your perception of times, inducing vivid visions, giving you false sensations, etc. Mind control will never be a part of his powers.
• All those examples I listed in the Powers tab, Daniyal is capable of doing. But, he isn't capable of doing them now. Daniyal's powers will obviously grow as he practices, but right now he is very weak. Stuff like warping your mind, teleportation, time displacement, etc. will kill him if he attempts them now. Maybe having a "skill tree" for all the characters will ensure that everyone will get a clear understanding of what a character can do at the moment, but that's a discussion for another time. So in short, right now you don't have to worry about Daniyal ripping a hole in the universe to summon a Lovecraftian beast.

I hope that cleared up any questions! Feel free to ask any questions and/or concerns you have! I'll just go tweak my CS a bit and start work on an IC post.
