Hey there, I'm Wolvena!
So, after being away from the roleplay world for a while, I'm ready to jump back in. I don't do many 1 on 1's because I tend to struggle to keep it going after a little bit. I normally go with group rps on the smaller side, just because I tend to get a bit lost in larger ones. My go-to genres are animal(mostly wolves), anime, sci-fi, and fantasy, though I'm always up to give something new a try.

Esme Stirling

Esme slept peacefully, even with Cason popping in and Sarah growling at him and him griping at her. At Sarah’s growling at Cason, she had unconsciously curled up into herself and into Sarah’s side. When Sarah curled her head more around her, she had sighed softly in her sleep, unaware of anything going on in the room. She slept peacefully the rest of the night with Sarah at her side, keeping watch over her. When it was clear that Cason wouldn’t be coming back again that night, Sarah relaxed and placed her head on the pillow above Esme’s head, but still kept herself pressed up against the woman she was told to protect.

During the night, Sarah noticed Esme looked cold and pulled some of the blanket over Esme to keep her warm. It wasn’t a simple task to do while trying not to wake her and move too much, but she got the job done and laid back down.

Next day

The sun rose and shone through a crack in the curtains, hitting Sarah in the face. She huffed and lifted her head, looking down at Esme, who was still sleeping. She lowered her hand closer to Esme’s, listening to see if she was still breathing. She was, but seemed, very soft, as if she was in a deep sleep still. Sarah lifted her head and tilted it to the side, a bit confused on why she was still asleep. Lowering her head back to the pillows, she decided to let Esme sleep a little longer even if she felt she should be awake. Some time passed, and the sun came through the curtains now shown on the back of Esme’s head, but she still hadn’t stirred from her sleep.

Sarah lifted her head again from the pillows and looked down at Esme, her head tilting to the side again as she watched her sleep. She should definitely be awake by now, or that’s what Sarah thought. Sarah put her nose on Esme’s cheek and gave it a gentle nudge, but nothing happened. With a whine, she tried it again. Nothing happened. Getting up and jumping off the bed, she walked over and hit the light switch with her nose and then pulled the curtains open a bit more, thinking the light would wake Esme. It didn’t. Walking back to the bed, she barked at Esme. Nothing, not even a flinch. Sarah growled a little, then nosed Esme in the ribs. Still nothing. She then jumped back on the bed and laid down next to Esme with a huff.

Esme smiled when Dean spoke to Madison about learning to control her powers and even possibly helping on hunts. She was happy to see that he was trying to be nice to the girl. She knew that if she could keep things relatively calm, it would more than likely work out for the best for all of them. Though she knew that if she kept this up the entire time, she’d be worthless in any kind of fight, but maybe, just maybe, she could do small amounts at a time. When Dean wrapped his arm around her a little tighter, she was thankful knowing he’d keep her from falling if her legs gave out or she passed out.

She could also feel his eyes on her and his worry, but she kept going, only pulling back a little as she saw Madison calming. Esme could see that Madison’s eyes no longer flickered gold and that her face had softened, and she didn’t seem so afraid anymore. She continued to watch Madison as her position changed to one that looked more relaxed, Madison had let go of Sam’s shirt and now held onto his hand. Esme pulled back more on her projection, feeling herself fading as her hand slipped from Dean’s stomach and to her side. She had just stopped projecting when Madison told her not to make herself too tired.

It was a little late for that, but she smiled tiredly. “Too late.” she mumbled as she watched Madison pull away from Sam. Her eyes never left Madison as she slowly made her way toward her and Dean, but when Dean stepped back, she stumbled a little but kept her one arm around him. At Madison’s hands on her cheeks, Esme looked into her eyes to read her. As Madison projected her powers to her, she closed her eyes as she felt the energy going into her mind. Esme closed her eyes tighter when Madison’s fingertips lit up. She could feel her exhaustion fading to a more tolerable level, which nothing but food or chocolate wouldn’t fix.

A soft sigh escaped Esme’s nose when Madison pulled her hands away and she opened her eyes to see Madison smiling at her and smiled back. Esme’s smile grew when Madison threw her arms around her neck, held her close, and buried her face into her shoulder. Esme wrapped her free arm around Madison in a one armed hug, holding her close. “Thank you.” she whispered to her. “But how did you know how to do that?”

Sam Winchester

Sam watched Madison as Dean and Esme spoke to her, seeing the smirk come to her lips as Dean spoke to her about her powers and going on hunts if she could learn to control them. “Three humans, an angel, and a Nephilim. What could go wrong?” he whispered softly to himself with a small laugh. He was glad that Dean was trying, though he couldn’t be sure if it was just because Esme was there or not. What he knew was that Esme had some sort of effect on him and somehow on the room as well. After she had gone pale, he noticed a change in the room and in himself. The room didn’t hold as much tension, and he felt quite a bit calmer.

His eyes darted back and forth between Esme and Madison, watching as the two watched each other and didn’t look away. The longer the two looked at each other, the paler Esme seemed to get, but he felt Madison become calmer to the point where she released the back of his shirt and took his hand. Sam looked down at Madison seeing her gaze was still on Esme. He looked over at her as her hand dropped from Dean’s stomach to her side. The woman looked as if she would pass out at any moment. He looked back down at Madison when she spoke to Esme about not making herself too tired, what did she know he didn’t? He then heard Esme mumble a response about it being too late, which was easy to tell.

When Madison pulled away from him to go to Esme, he let her hand slip from his but took a few steps after her. He saw Dean take half a step back as soon as Madison reached her hands out to Esme. Sam noticed that Esme didn’t move and seemed to be trusting of Madison, even closing her eyes as Madison put her hands on her face. Sam slowly closed the gap, but kept a bit of distance to not disturb what Madison was trying to do. His eyebrows went up in surprise when her fingertips slightly lit up. When the two hugged, he looked at Esme, he could see color already returning to her face. Then he looked at Dean to see his reaction to Madison healing Esme and their hug.

Esme watched Dean for a moment to see if he’d accept her half answer. When he did, with a smile and a nod, she smiled a little more, thankful he didn’t push for more of an answer. Once she was well rested, she would be more than willing to sit down and talk to him more about everything. When Mika apologized to everyone, she looked over at her, noting Mika’s look to her. Esme sighed in relief with a warm smile to her, then she placed her right hand on her chest and dipped her head deeply to the woman. This was her way of showing Mika that she truly accepted her apology and held nothing against her.

It was a great relief to hear Mika apologize for everything. It would definitely make getting a good night’s sleep easier. She knew that she needed to apologize herself, but she would do that when she was rested and had a clearer mind. Letting her hand drop back to her side, she looked over at Natalia at her offer. Esme shook her head softly. “No, it’s alright. You go ahead and get yourself comfortable for the night. I pretty much know where it is.” she said in a kind tone. She looked back at Dean and Mika and lightly laughed at the words between them. It was easy to see that they were both good and that Dean’s injuries would be well taken care of.

Esme then walked to the door, running her hand along Sarah’s side to have her follow. At the door, she turned to everyone in the room with a small and tired smile. “Goodnight everyone. Rest well.” She gave them a small wave, then walked out the door and onto the porch with Sarah in tow. Pulling her jacket around her, she walked across the porch and down the stairs, then to her car. After unlocking her car, she got in with a sigh and sat there for a moment. Being outside and in her car, she felt as if someone had lifted a weight off her chest and shoulders. After taking her moment, Esme told Sarah to follow her, shut her door, started the car and drove out of Bobby’s place.

The drive to the motel seemed to take a bit of time, only because of how tired she felt. She would occasionally look out at Sarah running alongside her car. Once at the motel, she got her a room, then quickly got into it after grabbing her bag from the trunk. “Make yourself comfortable. I’m going to get cleaned up.” she told Sarah as she dropped her bag on the end of the bed. Opening her bag, she grabbed some comfortable clothes and went into the bathroom to shower. Once she was clean, dressed, and had her hair dry, she walked out of the bathroom and to the bed with her dirty clothes in hand, noticing Sarah had made herself comfortable on it.

Pulling a bag from her bag, she put her dirty clothes in it, then dropped broth bags on the floor at the foot of the bed. Esme then crawled up on the bed, not bothering to pull down the covers, turned off the light and laid down on her side almost in the middle of it. Before she had dozed off, Sarah slowly made her way up the bed and curled up next to her, bringing a smile to Esme’s lips. She then reached up and pulled the pillow closer and nuzzled into it. “If Cason decides to pop in please keep him at a distance. I really need some uninterrupted sleep.” she said to Sarah tiredly.

Sarah responded with a soft nuzzle to let her know she’d do as asked, then watched Esme finally drift off to sleep. When Esme was in a deep sleep, Sarah laid her head above Esme’s and scooted as close as she could to her in a protective manner. She was determined to keep anyone and anything from disturbing Esme while she slept.

Esme opened her eyes and lifted her head when she heard Dean’s footsteps reach the bottom of the stairs. She then looked over at Cason as he stood from the couch. It was easy to see he didn’t want to be around Dean. At his words, she gave a small nod. “Alright.” she said simply. She watched as Violet followed him to the front door, then turned her attention back to Dean and Mika. Dean looked rough, to say the least. As Dean and Sam interacted, Esme gently pushed Sarah’s head from her lap and took to her feet from the floor with Sarah’s help. From the corner of her eye, she saw Cason and Violet walk out the front, also catching Dean’s shudder at the ruffling papers from Violet walking on them.

She was thankful that none of the hellhounds had jumped in to break up the fight between Dean and Cason. That was something she knew she wouldn’t have been able to handle seeing and knew that she would have really lost it. Dean’s voice pulled her from her thoughts of the fight, a slight smile coming to her lips at his words. As Bobby spoke, she could stop herself from giving a slight nod in agreement at his statement. She was happy to hear that Dean’s head injury wasn’t too bad, but she had to agree with Bobby that Dean’s outbursts needed to be snuffed before they got too far out of hand.

She could lend a hand with that, but she wasn’t sure just how Mika would take to that after what had happened tonight. Only time would tell how that would play out. When Dean replied to Bobby, Esme focused back on him, listening to what he said and feeling the same as he did. When he turned to her and waved his hand at her, she sighed heavily. He knew her better than anyone in the room, almost better than she knew herself. When he asked how she was, she gave him a warm yet tired smile. “I’m fine. Nothing a good night's sleep shouldn’t remedy.” The tiredness from the night showed in her tone, but you could see that she was truthful in what she said. She knew after a night of uninterrupted sleep she would be ready to face whatever they ran into the next day.

As talk went on Esme dropped her head again and closed her eyes, feeling that everything had pretty much calmed down and she didn’t have to worry about too much happening while she sat there with Sarah. She couldn’t help but let herself sink more into Sarah as she curled around her more and nuzzled her head into Esme’s stomach. Esme gave Sarah’s head a rub before she crossed her arms over her chest once again and sighed softly. When Cason brought up Annabeth, she almost opened her eyes but heard the warning tap and Cason added more to what he said. She could hear the sarcasm in his words, but apparently Sam didn’t catch it as he responded, which she saw as a good thing.

They didn’t need anymore trouble tonight, they had all been through enough. She listened quietly as the pillows were given, a small smile coming to her lips at how fatherly Bobby was to Sam and Natalia. It almost made her sad at that moment, because she missed that for herself. She pushed the emotion down, she didn’t need to dwell on that. She had already done enough of that over the years, though she still wasn’t over the loss. When Cason came and sat next to her and Sarah, she kept her eyes closed, then a smirk came to her lips at Bobby’s comment about the hellhounds in his house.

It was very clear Bobby didn’t like them being there, she didn’t need to be an empath to know that. At Cason’s next words, she began to have thoughts run through her mind. If he didn’t sleep and was going to go for a walk, then there was probably going to be a point where he’d want to pop in on her if he got bored. She was thankful that Sarah was going to be with her in the motel room. She knew that Sarah would keep him at a safe distance if he popped in while she was sleeping. Being in thought, she almost missed the sound of Dean’s footsteps coming down the stairs, but she didn’t look up like she had before, not even at Bobby’s words.

She would wait until him and Mika were in the room with everyone and she knew that all was fine before she lifted her head to look at them both to see how everything was between them.

Bella let Prince Gil lead her to the dance floor to join the others already dancing. At his words, a true smile did grace her lips followed by a small laugh, it was something she wasn’t really expecting to come to her. She had a feeling he had noticed her forced smile and was trying to get a genuine smile upon her lips. As they danced she took note of how he danced, seeing that he was clumsy, but not clumsy enough to where she worried about her feet or toes being stepped on. She had danced with far worse noblemen, who actually did step on her toes or feet. “For our dances being forign to you, you’re doing rather well.” she said warmly, a true smile still on her lips. “I think you may be thinking about it too hard. Just relax and feel the music.” she told him. Just being out on the dance floor and dancing was helping calm her and somewhat keeping her from thinking about what was bothering her at the moment. She needed to push them back and focus on what was going on in the now.

Esme watched Dean’s face as she worked her magic to calm his anxiety. She took in the look in his eyes and his gentle smile while she kept a small soft smile on her lips. She could see and feel that he almost instantly relaxed when she pulled him closer to herself. She could see all that he tried to carry on his shoulders, and she wanted to help him lift some of that off his shoulders, but knowing him, he wouldn’t let her without putting up a struggle. So this was the best she could do for now. Ease his stress and anxiety with her gifts that sometimes felt like a curse.

The moment she felt his heartbeat slow under her hand, her smile grew a bit, relieved that she was able to calm him more. At his joke, she gently shook her head as she laughed with him. “Yeah, sure you're not.” she joked back with a smirk. “But I’m glad I’m able to calm you…… You carry so much more than you used to. Someone needs to be around to help you through it.” She sighed a bit sadly as she felt it, but she didn’t let her smile fade. She wanted him in a better mood, not anything else. At his next words, she smiled warmly. “I know, and I’ll never get over how it surprises you.”

Once she knew he was good, she stopped projecting her calmness to him, but didn’t let go of him, she could feel how safe he felt and she wanted him to keep feeling that. When Sam and Madison entered the room, she didn’t turn her head to them until Madison spoke. Esme let her hand slide down from Dean’s chest and rest on his stomach as she turned her body a bit to look at them better. She smiled warmly at Madison feeling how nervous she was, but that changed as Dean spoke to Madison with a smirk, she could feel her calm at his smirk. It was a start in the right direction. Baby steps. she said to herself as Madison responded to Dean.

When Dean sighed, Esme pulled him into a side hug, knowing how he felt about Madison being so scared of him. She also understood why he was keeping his distance from her, she couldn’t blame him for doing so in case the worst were to happen. At that moment she wished she had the ability of telepathy, just so she could talk to Dean without the others hearing. “So, you’re learning to control your powers? Sounds like you’re making some progress.” she said warmly to Madison with a smile as she took in how she clung to Sam. She then decided to try something she hadn’t done in some time, a distance projection of her calm.

The last time she tried it took a bit out of her, but she had to try and calm Madison just to make sure nothing happened. Yes, Esme could feel she was calming, but she just wanted to help it along. They all needed to be calm for this to work between them all. Esme could feel that Sam was a bit nervous even if it didn’t show on his face. Taking a deep breath, she slowly let it out as she projected her calm to the two of them, mostly focusing on Madison. She knew doing this was more than likely going to kick her ass but she didn’t care. If she was close or had a hand on the person she was trying to calm, it took less effort, but at a distance, it took quite a bit more effort.

Esme could feel that it was working on Sam, he had calmed quite a bit and she could feel his confusion about it. She saw the look gave her too before he looked back down at Madison. The effort it was taking must be showing on her face, she knew it more than likely would. The longer she kept it up, the more her hug loosened around Dean.

Sam Winchester

Sam kept his arm around Madison, resting his hand on her back to give her some comfort, but he could see her fear as her eyes lit up. He rubbed her back in a comforting way, but noticed her calm when she laid eyes on Esme and how close she was standing to Dean. Did she know something he didn't know about the woman? He pushed the thought back as her eyes flicked and she gripped the back of his shirt and almost hid behind him when they stopped, which made him move his hand to her shoulder. His eyes went back and forth between Dean and Madison as they spoke, feeling her relax little by little as Dean spoke calmly to her and even gave her a smirk, the action calmed him a little bit.

Sam looked over at Esme and how close she stood to Dean, and also took note of how calm Dean seemed to be. He couldn’t help but wonder again what it was about her that calmed him so much. If she was able to keep him so calm, then maybe it wouldn’t be so bad having her around, but it still didn’t calm his nerves completely. His eyes went to Dean when Madison mentioned about being able to move the money, his sigh didn’t go unnoticed and he was sure he knew what was going through his brother's mind. The thought caused him to sigh inwardly, but he didn’t want to think about that.

Sam looked at Esme when she spoke to Madison in such a warm tone and he nodded to her words. “She is.” he responded. “She gave me a small demonstration earlier to show me what she and Cas have been doing. She’s making good progress.” He spoke looking at Esme, but he also said it for Dean to hear to try and calm him and himself. After a few moments, he could feel his nervousness fading, not really understanding it. He knew it couldn’t be just because he had told Dean and Esme of Madison’s progress in controlling her powers, but it was strange how his nerves were calming all of a sudden.

He watched Esme for a moment longer, she was starting to look a bit pale and the rosiness in her cheeks was fading some. He looked back down at Madison to see how she was doing and to see if she was experiencing the same thing he was at that moment.
Esme Stirling

Esme watched Cason after she spoke, seeing that her turning him down hurt him a bit. She couldn't really feel how much it hurt him with Sarah curled around her, but she could definitely see it in his eyes and how he didn’t know how to take her turning him down. When he agreed to actually let her go on her own and take Sarah, it surprised her, but she didn’t let it show. At his comment about Sarah, she gave a little laugh of her own. “I don’t doubt that myself.” she said with a laugh in her tone. She didn’t doubt Sarah would protect her from Cason if he tried to do anything to her, her and the hound had gotten pretty close in such a short time.

Esme watched as Cason gave her another sad look, looking as if this would be the last time he saw her, making her wonder why. Did he still think that Dean would try and kill him at some point while she was gone? When Cason reached down and picked up her hand and brought it to his lips, she could only sit there, watch him and listen to what he had to say, then gave a small nod. The way he spoke it was as if she was leaving right at that minute, but she wasn’t, she wanted to make sure that Dean and Mika were good first. Once she knew they were good and she saw it with her own eyes, she would leave and try to get some sleep.

Esme’s attention went to Annabeth as she spoke to Cason, then watched her as she went back down the stairs to the vault. She felt sorry for her having to sleep down there, it didn’t sound like the most comfortable place to be. She sighed a bit as she looked down at Sarah’s head on her lap as Cason spoke once again and gave a small smirk at his words. She herself didn’t think anything would happen while she wasn’t there, but with his group you could never be too sure. Esme placed a hand on Sarah’s head and gave it a scratch before she heard Sam coming down the stairs from checking on Dean and Mika, she lifted her head to look at him, keeping her hand on the hounds head.

When Sam said that both were good, but still needed some time with things, she was happy to hear it. At his next words and his look to her, she was relieved to say the least. She gave a nod in acknowledgment and thanks. As talk went on, she kept quiet as she listened to them. She really didn’t know what to say or add to anything at that moment, but she was glad that everyone knew where they were going to be for the night for the most part.
Esme Stirling

Esme finally pulled her gaze from the kitchen and looked to the floor as Dean spoke. His words caused her to sigh softly and shake her head a bit, letting him know that wasn’t the case. She knew they all had to be thinking it, but just didn’t want to voice it or have it come down to that. She was about to say something when he glanced at the door. Being so close to him, she could feel his anxiety over everything. She followed his gaze when he called out to Sam, asking about Madison. She, too, hoped all was going well in the room and that Sam had been able to keep Madison calm after waking her up.

She was almost tempted to walk into the room and check herself. When Dean wrapped his arm around her, she put her own arm around him as he pulled her into him for a side hug, then rested her hand on his waist. She looked up at him with a slight smile on her lips as she pulled him close to her. Esme quietly sighed as she ran her free hand through her hair. “We'll get through this together.” she told him softly. She then turned slightly to him and placed her hand on his chest, and focused on projecting her calm to him. “Whatever happens, we’ll do what we have to, but let’s not worry too much about it now.”

As she spoke to him softly, she looked up into his eyes, letting him know she’d be there no matter what happened with Madison. She hated seeing him so anxious about the situation with Madison and what they might have to do. If she had to, she’d make him sit down, and she’d do what she had done in the car at the drive thru to mellow him out.

Sam Winchester

Sam had given a nod to Madison at her words of not letting her hurt him if she got upset before he got off the bed. “I won’t, but I’ll still try to help you get through it.” he told her. When she stood from the bed and held herself close to his side, he had to admit he was glad he got her that far. At Dean’s voice, he looked from her to the door, then back to her as she put herself behind him. He turned slightly so he could see her better as she spoke about Esme. “I’m pretty sure she’s out there.” he said warmly. He then put an arm around her, letting his hand rest on the middle of her back.

“With what I saw earlier, I don’t see her leaving anytime soon. It’s clear they have missed each other and could use each other’s company.” he told her. He then slowly led the way to the door. He was trying to take it easy since he knew she feared Dean and what he might do to her. When they reached the door, he pulled the door open and stopped for a moment to look down at her. He gave her a warm smile to let her know it would be alright, then stepped out of the room, his eyes meeting Dean’s. Sam gave him a look to say, ‘she’s doing okay’ before looking at Esme, who seemed to be trying to calm him.

Then looked back down at Madison as she saw Dean and Esme. Sam could only hope she would stay calm as long as she was at his side and not too close to Dean. Which right now, there was a suitable distance between them. It would take several steps to reach the other.

Bella continued to look over in the directions of the outburst, her eyes falling on the prince that was angered and yelling at his sister. She sighed heavily, as she thought about some of the arguments she and her sisters have had, but nothing to this magnitude in public. She pulled her attention away from the two when she heard footsteps behind her and those around her moving away. She turned just as the prince made it to her side. She looked up at him with a warm smile as he spoke to her and gave a curtsy. She was about to answer his dance request when he spoke again, her smile slightly faded at his next words.

“Yes, and for that I’m truly sorry.” she said, trying to keep some warmth in tone, but it showed that the situation she had been in left its mark. Breathing in deeply, she forced the smile back on her lips, even though it hurt her bruised cheek a bit, and pushed what was bothering her from her mind. She couldn’t let herself think back on what had happened, otherwise she’d want to run and hide herself away from everyone. The one place she wanted to be right now was in the garden. It was her safe place and always made her calm. Pulling herself out of her thoughts, she focused back on Prince Gil. “I’d be delighted to dance with you.” She spoke warmly as she lifted her right hand and gently placed it in his hand.
