Morven's response about Dagda was less than warm. Apparently, her sire had failed at any semblance of family as well. Mithias didn't need to answer the child vampire's question, as it was more a statement about "that deadbeat's" failure of responsibility. Mithias had learned enough, that Blackmoore was just another name to be ashamed of. Fading again into the background, he decided it was his time to depart as well. This big city on the new side of the world was only so very young, as were the vampires who bothered to claim it. Children's games were not of interest to him. He was nothing more than a lone wolf, and it was time he returned to his silent stalking. Mithias stepped back and turned toward the backdoor.
I am depressed.
Does Becca still think Mith is worth killing?
Dagda Blackmoore. Mithias remembered the name, as it was one of the last few vampires his sire had made. Mithias had asked once, long ago out of curiosity. He had been told that all his bloodline siblings were pretty much dead. Their father wasn't really counting on his children to make much longer than a millennia anymore and had made a habit of detaching himself from them... hence why Mithias had been abandoned to his own devices for so long and was nothing more than a loner, practically a bastard child, like so many fledglings nowadays. Never did he think he'd ever encounter a close relation. Mithias was a bit taken with his own realization when he answered, "He was one of my brothers."
The strange familiarity the girl emminated became a burning curiosity, and while they were on the topic, Mithias had to ask. "Who was he? ...Morven." The heretofore silent black-haired vampire seemed to appear spontaneously out of the shadows. "Your sire. I wish to know."
On for a few minutes to post this, using neighbors spotty asf wifi. Internet should be fixed the 23rd I.E tommorrow, I hope. I'll see if I can get a post up before going to sleep too.
Alright. Thanks for the update Shikaru. It's good to know what to expect. I hope we hear from you soon on what you want to do with this rp.
Mithias nodded to Mira and followed, noting the tension between Klaus and Praetor. He wouldn't speak until he had something valuable to add.
I'm wracking my brain to find meaning and to tie us all back together. I think Mithias should go study politics with Bedivere for a while. The poor boy nearly died. He has a lot to reflect on. I wonder if any Purge scientists would be willing to take a couple of female vampire volunteers to transform them into holy immortal crusaders... or capture them and do torturous experiments on them... whichever. I think there should be a vampire revolt in the USA due to SOLDIER failing to properly route the Purge in Tennessee. How are Rhyss and James going to react to being ordered to hunt and kill their own kind who are merely protesting for equal rights? I think the Purge and Kami should start hunting down individual oldbloods, who can then seek aid from each other. Mo? Magnus? and what about Hunter?
You yankin' mah crank Wizard? <.< Cause that's exactly what I intended for her. XD Funny you mentioned Noir, cause that's pretty much the inspiration for the two characters.
Rusalka, are you still around?
Mithias took a few steps, revealing himself from around the corner as he looked at Morven. She was somehow vaguely familiar. He listened to theconversation about Maria being captured and how Morven said Mira might be next.
