So, don't think of this as dirty or anything, but Mithias has Bob's gems absorbed inside himself. Now maybe Ozzy could still smell them and magically pull them out somehow, but you may have to edit.
He doesn't "know" anything. It's just that his culture would be more superstitious and accepting of such things. They would have their own stories handed down in light of their own beliefs. It's up to you how off base he is.
@Sheogorath Approved. Have at it.
(Sorry so short, but I want to at least keep things moving.)

Ashtar knew what the people around him were saying, that a dead man had returned to walk. It sent a chill up his spine, and he had to see for himself.

Like a piece of furniture he had gone unnoticed in the backroom of the sheriff's office, so easily could he blend in with the environment and move about without making a sound. By the time Angpetu or Cyrus realized he was there, he was already crouching over a splash of blood on the floor near the open window where Westbrook had escaped.

The shaman reached his hand down over the blood. "Good spirits are carried by the eagle to the sky, but this spirit goes to the wolf instead." He started blathering on some native, superstitious bullshit. Creepily, he touched the blood to his middle fingertip and brought it to his left eye, painting a red line straight down his cheek. He repeated the process with the other eye. "...the wolf is hungry and angry. It isn't finished eating." He got up and suprisingly silently, his soft mocassins gently padding across the wood, went over to the window and looked out cautiously into the now fairly dark outdoors. After a moment of a glassy gaze, he pulled back frowning. "Hmm. The wolf moves swift."

Ashtar looked at the others, who couldn't help but stare at him with either awe or cynicism or both. The possibility of dead people getting up and causing problems apparently wasn't new to him. He folded his arms, realizing the white people might not quite get what was going on. He blinked calmly, sighing, then shrugged. "So. Does... anyone need a drink?" It was impossible to tell if he was serious or making a joke.

Mithias looked from one side of the argument to the other, and much to his dismay, Alice was siding with Ozzy. He grit his teeth and stood frozen. One traitorous flicker of an eyelash, and he might give away that Alice was Bob's daughter, so he didn't move or say a damn thing. Briefly, he risked a glance at her, to see if she was going to react to him. How he wished he could tell her not to, not to speak a word, not to acknowledge that she knew him at all, but instead to forget him as some trash left behind on that forsaken, frozen mountain they had both left behind, to utter not his unworthy hellbound name....

But of course she was going to recognize him and say that she knew him, and then he'd have to think of a very quick lie to cover up their history. In fact, how much did she know already? How much had she heard about this daughter of Bob? That Bob had been protecting the girl? That Mithias had been there? That Drac had appeared to attack the strange, sparkly man in the red top hat....

Mithias looked between the group. Among all who were gathered here, Mithias was the only one who supposedly knew what this daughter person looked like. If anyone was going to find her, they'd need him. He began edging away from Ozzy.

@Afina
I will get a post up soon.
Looking for posts from clones re-strgwyr, baby re-reaper, and Ozzy re-hell.
@Sheogorath
Looking forward to it.
@RavenTLark

Mithias nodded. "Yes, of course." If it happened again, she could ask her questions, but if it happened again, he wouldn't be waking up.

Somber, Mithias sought out the beings he was looking for.

As Mithias and Raven were moving toward the portal threshold into Ozzy's realm, the vampire suddenly felt the pull on his soul as so eloquently described. He gasped. A chill so intense sapped his very essence and his wings were snuffed out. Mithias cried out briefly as his world was going dark. He cluthched at his chest, the pain burning him from within, and he could feel a tiny string... leading from his heart through the eather to a being far, far away. Weakness shocked his body as his soul nearly tore out of its viable confines, and dark magic emblazened the words of his contract arcross his white skin. He had signed a contract, promising never to speak of Bob's daughter, never to let anyone know of her, and to protect her with his silence, and now he had confirmed with his voice her existance. His soul was forefit. Such a fool he had been, and he knew it.

"Bob?! What? No, I... Ahhg!" The words that only Bob could hear rang from his soul across all time and space. Mithias shivered in the blue haze of Drac's realm, appearing to lose consciousness as the light in his eyes waivered out for a fraction of a second. The pull was irresistable, the mark, permanent. Mithias could not argue and gave in to defeat. "Master..." He whispered faintly, yielding, but then the pull receeded, returning his soul to him so that he may yet live a little longer. Bob knew he had him, and Mithias knew why he was not yet taken. It was because Bob still needed him to go after Alice. What Bob may not have known, was that Mithias would have gone after her even without a contract.

Awakening agian, Mithias' strength and awareness returned to him. God, Bob's reach was unbelieveable. There was no preparation, no escape, and no mercy. He blinked at Raven, righting himself again in the floating space. Then he lowered his head in shame, knowing his freedom was at an end. "So, I have failed." He said to himself. Shakily he got up and glanced behind them at the direction the string had pulled. He didn't want to explain. "Ahem... Come on, Raven. I will be alright." He crossed the portal.
