Shorebirds chirped outside as a pack of them flew past the open window. Mithias stood looking out at the lowering orange sun. He always did like to watch the horizon. Mithias was cleaned from his previous coating of flesh-colored makeup. His skin once again appearing as its natural alabaster. Waves kept crashing in the distance lazily. The thought to never go back to the real world crossed his mind as he looked back at Hank.

Hank was on a table. Several blood bag were hooked up, emptying through plastic lines into his veins. He had really put the poor fledgling out.

Finally, consciousness began to return to Hank and his dreams faded from memory.

"Good morning, Hank." Mithias said from the window, familiar golden eyes finding his son's. "You've been out for 3 days (fudge the time continuum for me, k thanks.). How are you feeling?"

Plot, mainly. Gabriel won't mindwipe Hank because it wouldn't be fun for you, which is a bad thing. IC, he won't do it because he likes Mithias, and as such is prepared to help him with this issue.

That's not to say Gabriel isn't prepared to screw with Hank's head though. He might rig the memories to explosively return the moment Hank tastes peanut butter, or something like that.

As you can see, Mithias is ONLY doing this because it's the ONLY way Hank can be made any kind of stable... an unstable Hank would probably kill himself or need to be killed. :/

And as far as OC goes, you haven still play him however you like.

"Thank you." The vampire found a place to lay Hank on the ground and waited for the airlift.

The others did their thing. The bomb was confiscated and returned to the proper authorities. Somebody found Tony and took him home, wherever that was. Mithias and Hank were flown off to Hawaii, to an airport that on the outside seemed typical for tourists etc. Everyone who came here left with good memories of the place.

Hank was still out by the time they arrived, and Mithias had him basically boxed and moved "handle with care" to a single-unit rental home on the beach. It was fairly remote, for a small island, surrounded by tropical wilderness, the ideal place for a crazy person to get away and recover, but Mithias had more planned than just a relaxing vacation.

Hawaii was one of Gabriel's favorite places on Earth. If he wasn't there then, he would come back, and between now and then, at least Hank would be under Mithias' watch and free from anything familiar. he'd watch over him until he could find his own sire.

Mithias walked over to Hank, but rather than slap him or reprimand him, he embraced him. He held his wayward son for some time, giving Hank the opportunity to momentarily forget everything around him. All there was, was his maker's arms, quieting the strom, holding him steady while the boat rocked in the waves of pain and self loathing. "You're going to sleep for a while, Hank. I'm not going to let this keep happening to you. Take your needed rest."

Whether or not Hank resisted, Mithias bit him and drained Hank into unconsciousness. he then picked him up and turned toward the others. Katya, Freelance soldiers, please help me take Hank Hawaii. He will cause no more trouble for you there. I will see to it.

I suggest Legion pull Grey in on the European vampire stuff. I need Purge to start "giving us something to do," and we need somebody to learn about Adam's world domination plan to inform the rest of us so we can stop it. Ved, why don't you spy on Adam and decide if you want to join him or not?

well we have several tings going on.

Adam is about to convert half the population into his obedient fledglings and attempt to take over the world.

Purge is about to hunt each and every one of us down personally and kill us.

PF, is trying to prevent wacko vampires from blowing shit up.

Two insanely powerful oldbloods are about to get on a plane and cause mayhem "for funsies."

hive really isn't doing anything, but I assume they will help the purge once adam enacts his sinister plan.

Adam is also trying to kill some vampires lords to resurrect Alucard as the new vampire king.

Bedivere is also stepping up after a decade of brooding to take the same throne, but he might not even know about Alucard.

We got Silver making out with Blood in the PF barracks.

and then there's Ved, who seems to fly around not really knowing who or what he is fighting for.

You know if you speak to @thewizardguy, maybe you can work out an arrangement where Ved does stuff for the Purge. I mean, he is a half human who throws balls of explosive light... or something. That could be fun for them. The only thing is, I would expect Ved to be somewhat brainwashed, super religious, or at least overly righteous to think he's doing good by killing monsters.
