Half Life Combine, yes. The citadel actually is a ship, hence why in the game you find it in a massive crater. It's landed on the planet.

I'm torn between making an app for a Space Station 13 ship, or a Combine citadel ship.

Which would you prefer, SS13 in all it's flatulent and space wizardly glory, or the multi-race alien empire?
