Lose Anyone? And How?
She lost her parents and twin sister. The parents were infected first and Orion took Estelle and her twin and ran. However, Estelle's twin got sick shortly after and died. Estelle stopped talking altogether after that.

Question One: Where was the virus found? 
~ Siberian permafrost

Question Two: Who is patient zero? 
~ The scientist who activated the virus 

Question Three: How long for the infection to set in? 
~ 4 weeks after initial contact

Question Four: How large is the blisters and what happens to them?
~ The blisters grow to baseball size proportions and are painful to the touch. The areas not containing the blisters are said emit a burning feelings. After a time, the blisters expel a red fluid all over the place which burns through material and can cause infection.

Question Five: Who caused the infection, patient zero or the nurse?
~ The nurse, because she went home without treatment and infected her family.

~ The actual virus yes but not the part where it harms humans.
