Hello! Nice to see you, eh?

I'm Yami, a college student and sometimes decent artist heavily influenced by anime/manga styles. Um...I'm not that interesting, really. I do some cosplay stuff and can get really into anything that interests me enough, but that's about it.

I might be in a bit of a slump right now, actually. I'm looking for something really fascinating to pique my interest once again, help me get back into the swing of things. I'm into crazy fantasy situations, especially.

After a bit more discussion with the two, Soreth finally approached the cell himself. As the guard nearby moved back slightly, the younger demon leaned forward and reached for something in his pocket. "Can you hear me? Do you understand why you're here?" His voice felt a little different in his throat, though it didn't sound very different to him. "It's rather unfortunate that you've ended up in this position here. I'm afraid you may be here for a while. Still, if you're willing to help us a little, we might be willing to go easy on you for your transgressions." Holding up the cloth in his free hand to where there was a little more light, he continued. "There was an odd piece of fabric on you when you were captured, wasn't there? Tell me, what is it?"

After over a half hour of questioning and discussion, the tired demon finally found himself heading back down the hall he had come through before. He could hardly wait to get back to his room, though he tried not to stop too often on the way. When he eventually did make it back to the living quarters, he dismissed the guard before walking the rest of he way back to his door on his own.
No problem! Take your time if you need to.
Felice didn't even bother responding; he knew that this couldn't possibly end well. Still, if there was a way to get anything out of this, perhaps it would be a good idea to listen carefully to the instructions. This could be his chance to change things at least a little.

Not that he trusted the man to actually give them that much of a 'reward', but maybe there was still a possibility somewhere in there. He just had to try.
Kyo walked around the halls for a bit after leaving the gym, just focusing on calming down a bit. He didn't like it at all when he lost control, both because of what it did to him and what it could do to others. He only hoped that he hadn't made too much of a scene in the gym.

As he walked, he eventually made it close to the back of the building, where he could hear some voices. He wasn't entirely sure what they were saying, however, as they were coming from outside. Curious, he turned in the direction of the door, wondering who would be out there.

Felice grabbed his bag and stood up promptly when the teacher announced that it was time to move on. Hopefully the next class would prove to be interesting and taken a little more seriously. Before he left, though, he made sure to stop near his half brother. "I probably shouldn't even have to say this, but I hope you know what you're doing here." He nodded toward the two rabbits on the floor. "It's already bad enough when a chaos god is the one who ends up cleaning up after others and keeping order, but at least I know that you're more responsible than some. Would it be a good idea to keep an eye on them for a while or something? I don't know how being a badger in a previous life affects rabbits, so..."

Despite scowling about the same amount as usual, Felice found himself oddly concerned with the fate of these two animals. He supposed maybe it was because it had been altered so much without any of their say, he wanted to at least know that they'd be alright in the end.

"That early, huh?" Devon gave a yawn, pushing the covers off and swinging both feet over the side of the bed to stand up. "Not the worst time, I guess. And yeah, pancakes sound awesome right about now. I wonder if they'll actually have stuff like that at a camp...I guess it's not that strange if they do. There are camps that do that."

After stretching out a bit, the young dragon made its way over to the dresser to pick out some clothes. Something simple like a plain blue T-shirt and grey shorts that went to the knees. There was a moment of consideration for yesterday's hoodie and cap before they were added as well. It may have been summer, but it could still be cold in the morning for all they knew. "Hey, Ivy, d'ya think your brother might want to eat with us or something? Didn't get much chance to talk with him yesterday."
I just realized that I didn't put up an image for the castle. I'll find one.

EDIT: It's up in the IC.
As he continued down the mostly empty hall, the young sorcerer kept wracking his brain for some kind of idea of what to do next. So this didn't quite go as I planned. No big deal! Not the best start, but there's still something I can do, I'm sure. What else did those books say... Stopping for a second, he thought back to one of the latest novels he had read. The main character in that one had dealt with having to explain why his love interest was suddenly in his home when she woke up. But how did he start...

"Ah! He brought her breakfast, that's right! It's a little late in the day for breakfast, but maybe a light meal of some sort would help lighten the mood a bit so I can explain properly?"

With that decision in mind, he made his way to the kitchen as quickly as possible, figuring that he probably didn't have a lot of time before the girl he believed to still be in the guest room woke up. He wanted to be able to talk to her before she started wandering around and getting lost; this place was pretty large, after all. Not as large as the castle she had come from, but still pretty big in his opinion. It was bit dark in some places as well, but the hallway with the guest room was in the lighter part, near another garden, coincidentally.

Unfortunately for him, he managed to drop his journal while he was walking. It lay there unnoticed, opened to one of the pages he had written about a month ago.

Day XX Month X Year XXXX

I really don't get what my family was thinking when they built this place sometimes. Secret passages are fun, but why are half of them in such randomly inconvenient spots? Honestly, I'm sure I almost broke my leg today falling into one by the stairs...

In other news, I finally managed to find a better way to make the knockout powder I ran out of a few days ago! Finally, this should make going out a lot easier again. Not that I've been able to since the full moon is tonight. There's been a lot of stirring in the past few days, like there always is leading up to the full moon...I could go out, but not without the right precautions prepared. This being one of them...

I also had a weird dream about that girl again...
@KatherinWinter
"Have you really?" The rabbit-eared girl looked toward Zack in slight surprise. "That's kind of amazing. I guess the invitation to come here was a good lead, then, huh? Though, I can imagine why others would be so secretive. It's pretty dangerous here on Earth, isn't it? I'd like to do some traveling myself, though, to be honest."
Well, now. How unfortunate. The hybrid listened carefully as the loud one was carried away. A test? Hmm... You aren't wrong, but sadly, you did fail it. You should have been far more careful.

Letting out another groan, Acht moved a hand to the side of its head. It ached, but not as much as his arm or side, since they had hit the wall much harder. Still, that was the price she paid for quality. It had been a hard-learned lesson that one shouldn't cut corners on believable detail, and he would never forget that.

Moving the hand back to the floor and using her good arm to slowly push himself into a sitting position, the redhead turned to inspect the injured shoulder. Blotchy. Not too incredibly so, but enough to tell that some sort of large bruise was forming at the very least. "Hmm...curious..." Acht poked at the oddly colored skin only to wince and pull its hand back.

Still half-expecting to find that the arm had been sprained or worse later on, she looked back up toward those who were still in the hallway. "...Miss, it may have not been entirely intentional, but did we actually manage to find the good doctor just now?"
