Kyo stayed out of the way as the girl who was being shouted at walked out looking upset, one of the boys attempting to pacify the situation following her out. Even though it seemed to be over, he still felt very hesitant about entering now. The air was tainted with such negative feelings, it made him not even want breakfast anymore. Eventually, though, he ducked his head and made his way into the room, doing his best to avoid the entire group he had seen involved as he walked to the table. Yelling had always mad him nervous, and he really did not want to have another attack after finally having a nightmare-free night. At least the housekeeper hadn't needed to get involved, he supposed.

Still avoiding gazes to the best of his ability, he found an empty seat and sat down, looking straight at the table and getting ready to just space out until breakfast was served.

He had always been able to feel that when he switched to this form. It used to be really strange - scary, even - how powerful it was, but he had long since gotten used to it.

Chibi-Kido was a bit confused when green-eyed the girl trailed off, and turned to see what it was that had distracted her. His eyes widened as he saw the fire from the other girl...Ivy, wasn't it? It had gotten a lot bigger and wilder, seeming to reach in their direction now. He found himself captivated by it, its bright warmth and ever-changing shape...

His trance broke when Kyle's voice sounded through the air and the flames were quickly extinguished. The tiny boy blinked and stood still for a moment before clapping his hands. "That was impressive!" He watched the steam from what used to be the fire puff up into the air and start to curl away. "I bet you could do all kinds of things with combinations like that! Right? Isn't it-- ah!" brown eyes widened once again as he saw Raven look a little strange before losing consciousness. "Ah, um, hey! Are you alright? I-I think we need help! She just fell!"

One Last Time (No Longer Accepting)

"Getting some time for yourself? Yeah, I can't blame you. I'd probably go crazy if I stuck around my house too much, personally. That's why I'm not back there right now, actually." He probably would have to go back soon, of course. He had a set that night and he needed to get an assignment out of the way before he could prepare for that, but the day was still fairly young. Besides, he really didn't want to just leave now. "Well...there are a couple of places. The downtown mall is said to be popular with the younger crowd, of course..." He gave a slight smirk as he gazed over At the nearby skateboard. "...but that's a ways away and the stores are always overpriced. Besides, that's boring. One thing I like about this place is that if you wanna have fun, especially on a reasonable budget, you gotta be willing to take the back doors and check the side routes."

Jumping off the wall, he kicked up the board and stowed it under his arm, grabbing his bag and hoisting it over his shoulder. "There's a cute cafe not too far away if you wanna start there. I'm thinking that it's time to refresh a bit after losing that much blood, anyway."

The doll-like creature reached out both tiny hands and used the offered hand to pull himself to his feet, dusting off the poofy skirt of his dress once again once he was standing. "Thank you! I'm Kido, by the way. It's nice to meet you!" Even fully standing, he wasn't very far from the ground, and he had to look pretty far up to see the girl's face properly. From here, there were probably a lot of people he couldn't see very well unless they spread out a bit, but he was used to that kind of perspective.

Although, the thought did cross his mind that he should probably try to find Kyle again before he got mixed up in the group. He would still be able to find him if he did, but it might take a bit longer without the advantages of a different height.
