Kazuya listened to the Captain then spoke "Y-Yes sir...." Kazuya swiftly signed the papers, reading them as he did to make sure he knew what he was signing then he handed the papers to the Captain and bowed his head a little "I-I do...umm...think t-that I will b-e able t-to do m-missions...sir..." Kazuya would likely be able to do missions...not to much of a problem just sparring...it was a different case...he wasn't exactly great with hollows either but he'd try his best to get into this Squad...

Having seen the Captain sheath his own blade, blinking once and quickly realizing the situation soon sheathed Dokuga. Crimson orbs returning to their normal state of a golden hue that looked forward. Giving a small bow of her head as she heard her now Captain speak, the smallest of smiles gracing Kyoko's expression for the briefest of moments. "Thank you, Taicho." Came the simple and brief reply. Then turning her attention towards the raven haired male from previously, he seemed ever so shy to her, and yet she didn't understand just why. What was the difference between a spar and a mission, did it really matter all that much? Not to her, but everyone was different and the white haired female knew she should respect that at least. Looking back and forth as she heard that they would then be completing a mission together, how strange. Still, she knew the Captain must have his own reasons for putting them together, and right now she wasn't one to question that judgement. Even Dokuga had agreed with her on that one.

Taking the form with a small smile like before, at least trying to show she meant no harm towards the black haired Shinigami. Quickly but carefully filling it in, her attention switching between talk and filling in what was required of her. Soon handing her own back to the Captain, eyes having flashed scarlet briefly as she read the document, picking out the key points that would tell her all she needed without reading the whole thing. Waiting until both finished speaking, the white haired Shinigami then soon spoke up herself. "Taicho, may I ask what kind of mission this is?" It would be helpful to know after all.

Ryan saw her shunpo down next to him, and begin to attack. As she began swinging, he stepped back, dodging the attacks. His spiritual pressure started rising. "Now for the second part of the test." His spiritual energy returned to its normal levels, and he simply avoided the attacks as he reached his left hand to his face. He let the reiatsu build up around his face, creating his vaizard mask before shunpoing directly in front of her. He stared her down slightly, waiting to see her response, also keeping on eye on the other new recruit to see how he reacted as well.

Dammit! He was avoiding everything she was sending at him! This wasn't working, and unless she wanted another close call much like before (which she really didn't right now), she had to find another way to damage him. But what was the question? However, the question was thrown from her mind when a sudden rise of spiritual pressure stopped her thoughts dead, quite literally. Golden hues turning a bright crimson in response, her own spiritual pressure flaring around her like a shield. Her right hand automatically going and reaching for the hilt of her Zanpakuto. The mask however, caught her off guard. not good. But with Dokuga yelling at her to get a grip within her own head, within mere moments Kyoko had snapped out of her stunned gaze. Sure, it was clear this mask gave the Captain some kind of extra power, just what was yet to be seen. Whatever the case, it wasn't good. A hollow's mask, what in the heck? She thought quickly. But this wasn't the time for that, drawing her Zanpakuto in a single motion, the white haired Shinigami sliced upwards, aiming from the younger-looking male's stomach up to his left shoulder. Even if that failed, instead of punches like before, now came a barrage of swift attacks via her Zanpakuto, eyes glowing a bloody red. Looking for any sign of movement, or aura that might help her avoid any attacks coming in her direction. One thing throughout all this remained clear, despite the slight fear within her body, Kyoko remembered. She was still being tested here.

Ryan saw the kido begin building up. He reduced how much he was pushing on the other blade before jumping back when the kido shot out. His reduced spiritual pressure lead to him still being hit on his arm, but the damage wasn't serious. He watched her move higher into the air before running quickly towards the area underneath of her. "Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! On the wall of blue flame, inscribe a twin lotus. In the abyss of conflagration, wait at the far heavens." He shunpoed underneath her before aiming his left hand up towards her "Soren... Sokatsui!" He fired the ball of blue flame up towards her, then shunpoed a bit to the side so he could easily see her as well as the hado.

Glancing down as the Captain moved quickly, good, she had at least gotten a hit. And if she could hit the Captain, it meant she had the smallest of chances possible, and that alone for the white haired Shinigami was enough to push her onwards. Listening to the kido, golden orbs shot downwards, a level seventy kido against her.... oh just freaking great. Very quickly sheathing her Zanpakuto, it didn't take long before she was ready, aiming her left palm towards the rapidly oncoming assault of power. "Hado #33 Sokatsui!" The blast of blue flame fired straight towards the attack, giving Kyoko just enough time to dive to the right, flash stepping down to the ground fairly close to the Captain before her. Not letting up and loose her focus, Kyoko was quick to move forward launching a barrage of swift punches with both fists, careful not to use her feet for now. She had seen how things like that had ended before, and she didn't want to loose a leg here, spiritual pressure flaring slightly as these attacks were launched towards the younger-looking male.

Ryan shunpoed to the right of the hainawa, Her left hand had been the one using the bakudo, so her sword-hand would have to travel farther to hit him. He began to react, but noticed her using shunpo, despite being at a lower spiritual pressure, his reflexes could not be dulled manually, so he simply moved his blade around to point directly at her stomach, simply ducking slightly and running straight underneath her.

The young white haired female knew this wouldn't be easy by any stretch of the imagination, let alone against a Captain! Even with his spiritual pressure reduced, that didn't mean his skill was at the same level, far from it. Watching as he moved, golden hues became slightly wide at the sudden movement. Dokuga moved forward no longer aiming at the Captain's head but simply underneath her own body, within seconds she then spoke. "Hado #32 Ōkasen!" The sphere gathered in between the smallest of gaps between the two blades, before then exploding forward. Towards the ground and Ryan as well, despite this she wasn't quick enough to avoid the strike totally. Having received a light wound to her stomach. Even so, the force of the kido not only bought her a little time, but sent her back away from that attacking blade of his as well. This was going to be a lot harder than she thought... great.

Ryan nodded, his spiritual pressure quickly changing to be around that of an eighth seat member of the gotei thirteen. "Then the test begins." He started off with a byakurai in her direction, aiming to make sure it wouldn't hit Kazuya, but would go in her direction. Directly after this, he moved his zanpakuto to a guarding position, spread his feet slightly to make sure he could defend any attacks. He waited from there for her to move closer so that they could spar without any worries about injuring Kazuya.

As soon as that spiritual pressure was released, Kyoko's own instinctively flared against the younger's. Having mumbled Hado #11 Tsuzuri Raiden just as his spiritual pressure grew, imbuing that kido within her blade. Allowing her an extra little spark when she did draw Dokuga, for the moment with the Byakurai headed in her direction, the young female quickly shunpo'd to the right. Letting her spiritual pressure flare ever so slightly once more, the white haired Shinigami darted forward on foot, showing to many with any brain that speed was her forte here. Mid run however, the female did speak. "Bakudo #4 Hainawa!" Letting one hand rise upwards to shoot the Bakudo forward, Kyoko waited until she was within striking distance of the Captain before disappearing. Less than a second later, appearing just above and to the left of the Captain, Dokuga drawn as sparks of lightning crackled along the blade's steel. Wasting no time, the female aimed to strike straight downwards towards her target and even if she missed it would if done correctly only give her another chance.
