Eh, you can keep the Thunder Punch if you want, as long as the TM you choose isn't particularly powerful.
@ThunderCrashDragon Claw, Hone Claws, Shadow Claw, Thunder Punch, Flame Charge, and Return are all only learned by TM. I'll let you keep one of your choice. Please change the others. You may be able to find more TMs during the RP.
Primal Form can only be activated by the Red Orb. Like the TMs, you can try to look for it later, but I don't want anyone to be too powerful at the beginning. You can keep your Primal Form description for future reference, but for now you can't use it.

Yup, Leos pretty much covered it. Also, you must choose moves that Groudon can legitimately learn. I've generally allowed one powerful TM move or perhaps two less powerful ones total for the character and its Pokemon.

Personality: Justine seems like a serious, perhaps cold woman. She doesn't talk very much. While it's difficult to move her to strong emotions, she cares deeply about her city.
Backstory: Justine is the founder and CEO of Porytech, one of the world's leading technology corporations.

"Never better!" Mayor Mayer enthused, grinning warmly at Seras. "And I dearly hope the same for you, miss. I'm pleased to see the crown jewel of Kalos here." The brown-haired man looked around, waved at some other people standing nearby who might be avatars, and turned back to Seras with an ever-so-slight frown.
"We'll have to wait a bit to see if anyone else shows up," he added. "I apologize for the inconvenience, but the last thing I want is to leave anyone out."
Meanwhile, Porygon-Z eagerly zoomed toward the three avatars it had met earlier. It turned around and gave its trainer an exasperated look, as if the woman's calm pace was much too slow for this exciting event. The Pokemon seemed to decide that spinning its head in circles would help it release its energy until its trainer arrived.
"Welcome to the avatars' dinner with the mayor," Porygon-Z droned. It turned to the thin woman, who looked at the avatars with a mildly interested expression. "I now introduce friends Wells, Germaine, and Vuduin to master Justine."
"Justine Huang," the woman elaborated in a clear, precise voice. Many residents of Hoenn would recognize that name as the founder and CEO of Porytech, one of the world's leading technology corporations. The woman extended a slim hand to Wells, who happened to be the closest.
"It's a pleasure to meet you all," Justine continued. "I hope you are pleased with this festival in your honor."

The avatars relaxed for a few hours, preparing for tomorrow's jam-packed schedule. There wasn't much of importance going on for the rest of the day. However, there was one scheduled event that might attract their attention: a private dinner at a nice restaurant, hosted by the mayor.
Said mayor arrived at the Ritzy Raichu just in time to make sure everything was in order before the avatars would show up. He had a hard time tearing himself away from all the good food, good friends, and good conversation at the festival. But he wouldn't miss this dinner with the avatars for the world! The portly man nearly bounced in anticipation.
"Is that one of them?" the mayor eagerly asked his guest, peering down the street with his warm brown eyes. "I hope it's Entei. I know it wasn't on the sign-in sheet, but a man can hope, haha."
"We'll find out the answer soon enough," the woman standing next to him replied. Unlike her cohort, this woman sounded calm, almost nonchalant about the event. Her hair, starting to lose the battle between pitch black and silvery gray, was pulled neatly into a bun. The rest of her looked just as polished, from her nice gray suit to her neutral expression. The overall impression she gave off was one of seriousness and coldness, at least in comparison to the exuberant mayor.
A Pokemon waited near the woman. It broke its watchful gaze for a moment to affectionately nuzzle its trainer's arm. The woman showed little response, and Porygon-Z resumed looking for the avatars.
