I didn't even know Life is Strange had a prequel before Fabricant mentioned it. Going to have to pull some money out of somewhere.

@Fabricant, I think I understand what you're saying, but it still made no sense.

Ruomahl/Rowan Mullen

@Aisling

"The other two seem to have gotten shy," Ruomahl. "I suppose the two of us will be getting to it immediately. I might as well get used to it."
Ruomahl wondered how much he could learn about this world in only a couple of weeks. Whatever the case, he was also being watched. Could he really have a meaningful experience like this. It's not like he had a choice. He'd have to get over that he was now in a box. Now he was Rowan.
Aaron seemed to be alone for now. The others had paired up with the someone, but he was still by himself. It was alright, as he enjoyed the quiet.

@Aisling
Ruomahl wondered what name he should be using. Human names were of an interesting sort, but Ruomahl did not know very many? What sounded like Ruomahl, but wasn't. Keeping his name was out of the question, because humans didn't deserve a hint of his origin.

Ruomahl didn't like this woman's confrontational words, but he didn't care for his brothers responses. They were acting rather dim, but at least Ruomahl didn't have to worry about them if they kept falling on their faces. Their insults weren't very clever either. He could surely do much better, he was sure.

"Well, since that's over, I didn't get your name. Did you say it already? I didn't catch it if you did," Ruomahl said. "I'm not really in the mood today after being thrown in here, so just do what you were going to do and I can suffer less."
I'll be gone for a few days.
I'll be gone for a few days.
Aaron followed the housekeeper, still having Mystique near him.
Ruomahl

Before he left, he would have to get everything sorted out. He couldn't very well have his things go and fall into disrepair while he was away. He couldn't have his brothers having one above him, which would happened if he came home and happened to see his He would have his good friend, Naberius, manage his estates. He'd have one last meetup with that fool Agares, and they'd have a nice chat before he left and he was left back to his conniving ways. He'd play one last game with Paimon before he left as well. Of course he'd give one last kiss to Inanna, and then he would-

What? Where was he know?

Where in Hades' name was he now? Everything around him seemed so damned foreign. Nothing around him looked familiar. He couldn't handle it. Ruomahl was too confused to think properly. What had happened? Just then, a thought went through his mind.

That unmatchable bastard!

If there was one thing that was good about the mortals, it was how they took care of their young. Ruomahl, on the other hand, felt like he had been taken out with the trash. His father probably would have liked the comparison. His parents, both of them, apparently did not think his social ties were very important things. Ruomahl felt a pang of some emotion. Why should his father have so much power over him, and for what reason did he see it fit for Ruomahl to be deprived of such power?

Ruomahl thought he might as well look around. After all, now that he was here for sure it wouldn't hurt. Someone came to his door. This must have been that annoying advisor that his father had talked about. Ruomahl really didn't want to listen to him, but as of right now he didn't much of a choice. He'd have a schedule, attend school, and do chores. Surely back-breaking work. Whatever it was, it'd probably be as painful as heaven, considering how badly everything else had already gone. Ruomahl sighed. He might as well get used to the situation.
Elizabeth saw the Lady pulled down four charts, and all except the last were skeletal pictures of a common animal. There was one of an avian, a bird, a canine, a dog, and a feline, a cat. They were unlikely to arouse any excitement. The fourth, however, was that of a number of different types of dragons, and detailed both the skeletal, muscular, and outer physical appearance. Elizabeth's attention was on that of the dragon chart, and she assumed the same was true of her peers.

Looking at a picture of the type of dragon eggs, Elizabeth looked down at her own egg, and it seemed to be a type of dragon known as the "Ancient Ones." To Elizabeth, that sounded impressive. Elizabeth opened up her PLT and found the folder that the Lady had pointed out, the Creature Independent Study Log, and filled out her log.
Ruomahl

Ruomahl didn't really care about any such box, although its not like he had any choice in the matter. It wouldn't be important for some time, so it wasn't like Ruomahl could find any reason to care about something. As this box wouldn't be open for some time, it was useless to him. He picked up some pretty blue box, and took it back with him.

"Well, father," Ruomahl said with a hint of disdain, "I suppose I will be on my way then."
Ruomahl

Being summoned by his father, Ruomahl nonchalantly ran his fingers through his hair coarse, slightly long hair, looking at everything in front of him except his parents. Ruomahl didn't really care about being summoned. He'd just wait until this was all over, then go back to his things. After all, his father never did much of anything, and that was fine with him. He seemed to be angry, but what Ruomahl cared about was what his brothers were up to, and he definitely had to make it sure they wouldn't surpass him.

What he said made Ruomahl very angry, yes very angry indeed. He was going to take away their powers? Was that even possible? What arrogance the king possessed to think that he was deserving to take away his powers. Ruomahl was not merely exasperated or incensed, or even choleric or maddened. He was feeling turbulently splenetic, he had been so inflamed. His father continued, which only fueled Ruomahl's vehemence. Perhaps the food bill was a bit large and maybe they did buy a few things, but that obviously wasn't Ruomahl's fault. Except for the jewels, and the elaborate clothes, and maybe that crown he had ordered was a bit excessive, but his brother's had all done the same thing! Ruomahl couldn't rightfully let them surpass him. But to be stripped of his birthright was an unfathomable usurpation of himself that Ruomahl felt like doing nothing but screaming.

The King continued, and he made it worse. It seemed to Ruomahl that he intended for them to go to the human world, which was always called the surface. Ruomahl wasn't sure what to make of this, and was mostly just ambivalent on it. It might not be so bad in itself, at least for Ruomahl. Ruomahl assumed his father knew this, and so he had done everything to make it miserable. Ruomahl would have to follow so many rules that he would likely go insane. This was too much, too much indeed! Ruomahl did not want a jailer, or an "advisor" as his father called him, and he did especially not want one when he got back.

At least he'd get a woman, although Ruomahl had heard that mortal women were a bit difficult to woo. Maybe if he was lucky, he wouldn't have to go as far as wooing. Unfortunately, Ruomahl knew that he wasn't lucky, and that this would be as hard as heaven.

"I suppose that's it, then," Ruomahl said.
