I didn't even know Life is Strange had a prequel before Fabricant mentioned it. Going to have to pull some money out of somewhere.

@Fabricant, I think I understand what you're saying, but it still made no sense.

Elizabeth sat alone save for her arcane hound Hesiod, at was the student lounge. All she did was sit at a table, where she took small bites of bread. She pet Hesiod a little, and he made small sounds. He was still but a puppy. Here it was quiet, and she was in the mood for simply sitting there to contemplate.
Ruomahl/Rowan

Rowan was able to follow instructions well enough, but this was quite boring. What was the purpose of setting up this e-mail? What was it, anyway? Some kind of transcendental post office? He had no use for this. Everyone he knew in this world was in walking distance, which was unfortunate by the way. Nonetheless, he did the steps to set up an e-mail just like he was instructed.

"What does it mean, anyway?" Rowan asked. "What does e-mail mean?"
Ruomahl/Rowan

Strangely, Rowan was sure he had told her he knew how to read and write. He put that hulking box back to where it had came from. Then he took a look at this "laptop." He pressed down the button that was to the button. When he touched things, it felt odd. He felt nothing, not the burst of life-force he was used to feeling, as if he was dead. The thing made an odd sound after he had pressed that button.

A little bit later, the girl was telling to type. The symbols on this...thing were familiar. There was the alphabet and the numbers that the English language used, the something alphabet and something numbers. When he pressed down the q, a q appeared. What was the meaning of this? How was it possible that such a thing was possible without magic, something humans were never very good at. Ruomahl then realized it must have been that cold field of knowledge, that discipline known as science, revealed through epistemology and logic, made such a achievements possible. Well, whatever.

He was not aware of any technique that would help him go any faster, so he just typed slowly with two of his fingers. He typed out the simple sentence "I am here."

Aaron wasn't sure if Kyo would prefer to be with the other person, a girl that Aaron wasn't to familiar with. He hoped he wouldn't be to much of a bother.

"I don't really have a partner," Aaron said to Kyo. "I can understand if you'd rather be with another, though.
As Ayaka was distracted by Mystique, Elizabeth disappeared from the classroom. She held her dragon egg in her hand, and Hesiod traveled beside her. First and foremost, she returned to her room. When she arrived there, she laid her egg back to its proper resting place. "Wei," Elizabeth thought. "I must give the dragon a name, but what shall it be? Perhaps it could be named after you, but I feel that would be a grievous error." She shall think of it another time, or perhaps she might think of it now, as she walked.

"Come, Hesiod, my boy," Elizabeth said. The hound was most obedient.

Then she went with her hound to look around the Academy. She might not be back but for dinner, or even simply for sleep.

She was free now, it seemed, but for the first time it seemed that her thoughts had strayed. Wei, her dear friend, was what Elizabeth thought of. "Wei", Elizabeth thought, "I can bear all things, yet without you they feel heavy." No other things were worth missing. The only thing that made this one worth it was a sense that Elizabeth maybe could be thrust into power, without barriers inhibiting her rise. "Wei," Elizabeth thought, "Watch me as I ascend from student to prince."

There had been moments before this one that she had made conscious decisions, but this moment was greater than those. It was when Elizabeth felt some kind of spark. She was unsure why of all moments, but Elizabeth only assumed it was because, as the Lady said school would start tomorrow, she would also start in earnest.

"Thank you, Lady Violetta," Elizabeth said, her mind half in another place. "Ayaka, you may always explore, should you wish to find something."

In regards to those around her, she held certain opinions. The Lady Violetta was a strong individual, if not seeming particularly inspired or inspiring, but she was the greatest other person in this room. Ayaka was not interesting, and of no concern of Elizabeth, and she had no reason at this time to concern herself with her. Of Mystique, the same could be said.

"I will look around, if I may," Elizabeth said. "We might find each other, should you wish to do the same."
Ruomahl/Rowan

@Aisling

"Deal," Rowan said.

Anything would do if she ignored the embarrassing fall. To think that he, a royal among demons, would do something so pitiful. At least this incident would be forgotten. It must have been that weak body he was held in that kept him back. Rowan went to Bessy's side and he would follow her into his room.
"My dragon egg is right here, and I am ready," Elizabeth said. "I do not mind if study hall is taken away."
I am present.

As far as I am aware, I am in room 1. That's what it says in the first IC post, and that is what is in my character sheet.
So she knew he didn't have any knowledge on computers. He was so embarrassed he could scream.

Ruomahl didn't want to share his tutor. He probably didn't have a choice in that regard. He went to his room, less than satisfied. He looked around, looking at many unusual things. There were his bed and the desk, Ruomahl assumed it was a desk, but also an unfamiliar thing. This great, bulky things, with many tentacles springing forth, was the computer? He would have to be careful.

He put his hand on it, and it did not move. Were he not aware it was something mundane, his reaction would be quite different. So he took with him what would be the computer, and all its parts. He exited his room with everything in his hands. It was all going fine, just fine, but then he felt his legs fall. Rowan couldn't let this happen. He tried to stop himself, but nothing he did worked quite right. He fell over, and felt embarrassment, an intense repugnant flame that he could not put out. Why was he such a failure, why? And to do it in front of the girl as well. Now of all times, he made a fool of himself.
