Current And maybe most people don't like getting a single line back in response to a few paragraphs? Like whatever floats your boat, but there's a reason Free exists.

Hey now, he's becoming self-aware. Don't take that from him.

If the man's is asking for a ban, might as well give it to him. Good riddance.

Then you'd just be crying about why it's permanent instead.

Watching as the two walked away Rian finally let out a sigh though he tried to keep any emotion from mixing in with the act. Glancing at Winnifred, who had yet to head off, he nodded in the direction Haruka had gone and said, "Guess I'll see you at the room." With that he followed in the same direction as Ryouta, having dropped off his belongings at the armoury the day before. He joined the others in the teleporter room a few minutes later, having not taken long to pick out and don his chosen gear. Gone was the flowing robe of soft fabric, and in its place was something that would have looked far more at home on an infantryman rather than a Cleric. There were some differences though such as the attire's coloration remaining beige, and the vest being for purely defensive purposes; no pouches or the like for storage. Armored plating was also woven onto the fabric in certain areas and while it did make the entire set heavier, it provided a good measure of defence and didn't hinder movement in the slightest. His footwear had also been swapped out for a pair of heavy boots that seemed to have seen a good amount of use given all the scuffs and markings on the material. In his right hand he held a plain and standard looking staff, this one ending with a two-pronged head. Nodding to the two he took up a position, leaning against the wall as he planted the butt of the staff against the floor, to wait for Winnifred's arrival.
Resisting the urge to sigh as more participants appeared, one of them being the older student he'd tried to avoid, Rian kept whatever thoughts he had on the matter to himself as he accepted the handshake. Keeping the contact brief, he turned to the newest black-haired arrival and shrugged, seeing as Winnifred seemed to welcome the additional teammates. It would be annoying trying to juggle the wants of three others when looting the Beast's corpse if they were successful, and he did not look forward to it in the slightest. For the moment he gave the others his interest as the introductions seemed to be happening. "Rian, debuffs and healing," he chipped in from the side before either of the two had introduced himself. Given their appearances, and from what he remembered of yesterday, the older student was likely a Magi despite the weapon at his side and the girl looked to be a Martial Class, probably a Shade given how she'd appeared next to the senior of their group.
Giving the blonde a nod while grinning happily, Rian was glad to already have one willing participant. Thinking on it, he figured it might even be possible for the two of them to handle the mission themselves given their skill sets. He could debilitate the ExBeast and cripple is movement while Winnifred piled away at it. **"A pleasure,"** he said softly, bowing somewhat before, **"I'm Rian."** He frowned a bit at Hayato's response but didn't really choose to otherwise comment. If that was the Assignment the boy wanted, Rian saw no reason to try and convince him otherwise. Before he could propose his idea to Winnifred though, several things happened in rather rapid succession. For some reason the older student decided to pick a bone with Hazel, though for what reason he personally couldn’t see. Despite not knowing the language Hayato and their senior shared, it wasn’t too hard to tell that it likely hadn’t been friendly. While he had been largely neutral over yesterday’s happenings, chalking it up to a senior being concerned for his juniors, but now this… And things only spiralled downwards from there on. As expected from what little he had seen of her, Hazel refused to back down while the, questionably now, older student simply continued to egg her on. Stepping away from the brewing confrontation, he shook his head slowly in disbelief before turning towards the blonde-haired gunner; the shit storm already pushed aside from his mind and its participants ignored. **“Don’t quite know,”** he admitted as he caught her looking towards him before he nodded away from the assignment board. **“Personally, one enemy is where I do my best and I think we could take the creature down ourselves if you’re willing. It’ll mean more rewards between ourselves, but we’ll have to get ready quick. Others no doubt will want to tag along if we dilly dally.”**
> > > Considering Hazel is A-rank in-story, Sin doesn't really get to come in on a high horse. That aside considering he's only 2 years older at most, he also just really comes off as a twat who's butting his head into a situation simply because. > > > > > > So many dislikeable characters, yeah!!! > > > > Why do I think that you seem to simply hate Shin because he exists. He is trying to stop things from going further in his own way. He's not the type to just say 'hey calm down' and deal with it...... so yeah..... I just get that feeling. And he's not on a high horse at all, he's merely stating both suggestions and for hazel to calm down. He's not shoving an ego in her face, it's just how he works as a person >.> > "And you, kiddo. **Ought to learn proper respect**, but that's not likely to happen judging from that mouth of yours. Now is it?" "Now if you don't like someone here then bloody well keep away from 'em. **Unless o'course you want to get kicked out, then by all means go ahead and fight it out.** An' you kid (Hazel) if ya wanna take on any missions** I'd suggest cooling that mouth of yours first.** None of us wanna see people dyin' or gettin' badly hurt because of someone else's over-inflated ego 'bout if Magi are better than people like us or not. **Ya understand me?**" Riiiight. Totally not on a high horse at any point in there. Also, yeah Shin works like that as a person. Just happens to be a bit of a twat. > "Alright you've had your fun, now if your not here for somethin' productive then scram already, ain' nothing here ya need to poke yer noses into!" But remember if you say something it totally makes it alright!
> I'm planning to do that cockatrice hunt. So anyone that seems down for that, represent. > > Edit: Oh, I've also decided to make Joe a counter fighter. Can I make 'Follow the leader' a counter punch? Too late, Rian's going to hijack and he's only sharing with two others at most. Probably one if he can convince Winnifred to do with him since kite for days. EDIT: Damn, dishonor on my family and cow for this double post.

Or yeah that can happen. Strawberry, you up to try doing the mission? Rian's not going to be up to working with either Hazel or Ryuota atm.
> > You guys are all so anti-drama, I'm going to let Joe slip in and stir shit up even more. > > Ya know Shin would love to do the same, but he doesn't want to deal with stupid shit early in the morning. *You can just tell he's not a morning person >.>* It's already in the afternoon after class are over.
Not if Rian does something about it.
Not gonna be able to reply for another 10 hours or so since I'm out of the house at the moment.
