I wouldn't call it "Fighting". We've had some disagreements in the past, mainly out of having two totally different styles of RPing. XD

Well usually I would agree, but when I found Skallagrim's Roleplaygateway account I kind of figured otherwise. Because I realized just how long he's been roleplaying.

So him totally quitting roleplaying is, at least in my opinion, unlikely.

No worries kiddo, if Skalla doesn't come back... which he will... cause I'll probably poke Joe, and he'll poke Skalla... and bam! but if not, for some bizarre reason, that involves skalla getting some foreign disease and falling over dead, I'm sure we can pull something together. ;) My services are usually always available. XD

Yup, Skalla is another one of us old farts... that can't seem to leave even against his best efforts and attempts at sanity outside of RPing. XD >.> I feel like I know this all too well...

Pfft, I'm likely to become a long time roleplayer too. I don't see any reason to quit, it's a fun and efficient way of improving your writing style.

Oh, you'll find reasons.... but if you are in it for long enough... even when those reasons come around, you won't be able to. XD You'll drive yourself a bit mad. It's funny how it works. :p

I've been writing since... I don't even know. XD I started roleplaying at 11. Trust me, everyone gets to a point where they just need a nice long break. That break is usually the deciding factor. XD

All good, man. Sometimes people have a knack for this type of thing. Sometimes, they don't. At any rate, sticking to it will always make you better. Just consider yourself lucky that you are here learning and not somewhere else. When I was first learning textual based combat... everyone where I was, were complete jerks. I had a knack for it, but I also had to bust my butt in getting better. Now, I'm probably one of the most creative Arena fighters on Guild. I won't stretch to say I'm the best fighter... Skalla, and Rilla can probably give me a run for my money if I'm not on my A game, but I am def, without a doubt.. the most creative. XD

matter of fact, I've won battles based on THAT alone. XD

Well I dunno. My old group totally quit on me after 15 years of roleplaying. Most of them where around Skallagrim's age. Sometimes people just find other hobbies to invest their time in.

Here, you are surrounded by people, that although they might do a lot of trash talking, will always be willing to help you out. :)

OOooooooooooooooooo that sounds like a challenge! You seem like the type who either fights like a joke, having the most fun ever with it, or is absolutely ruthless. Im gonna go with both. I happen to pride myself on my creativity too. If you ever need something to do, you should totally join in. I'd be hella interested to see what you do.

And I feel you on being around jerks. Im friends with LeeRoy, and let me tell you, he's grade A dried beef strips.
