Name: Sithis Nocturne (goes by Seth)

Gender: Male (though is known to walk around as female)

Age: 286

Main Appearances: Despite him being a shapeshifter, like all Fearlings are, Seth is most commonly seen in one of two forms. The first is that of a teenaged boy. While in this form Seth has a lanky frame, standing about 6'2 in height and weighing about 120 pounds. He also has very pale skin, nearly snow white, and messy jet black hair that normally covers his eyes. He wears a long sleeve black shirt, which roll over his hands, a pair of slightly ripped black jeans and no shoes. His eyes are a deep crimson red, though he'll shift them to a dull black when he is around humans he is not feeding on. His second form is that of a large, shaggy hound. While dawning this form Seth is covered in black matted fur. He also has a large jaw racked with razor sharp teeth. His eyes are a bright blood red and he is know to grow multiple eyes while in this form.

Personality: If someone were to ever look for a poster boy for the Fearlings as a whole they wouldn't have to look any further once they found Seth. Words such as insane, monster, sadistic, and ruthless could be used to describe him but as he puts it he is a "bit eccentric". Seth is what happens when you give a child real power, a big mess. He loves what most Fearlings love, scaring people, lying, pulling pranks, watching old people fall down stairs, etc. He has as wide of a attention span as a fly, he is often seen running place to place because he saw something shinny. He is also very childish, he hates to lose and is known to throw large temper tantrums. His lack of a conscience means he can do some of the most despicable acts imaginable and still come away with a grin and laughing. He also has a very large sweet tooth that tends to get in his own way.

Favorite Fear: Nyctophobia, fear of the dark

Other: His theme song

Not bad! Added. We need one more person now.

EDIT: While I'm at it I might as well post my own CS.

Name: Roger Faulkner
Gender: Male
Age: 30
Hybrid Y/N and if so with what: His grandmother was a human, but it barely effects him.
Clan Rank: Alpha

Human Appearance (Description or Picture):

A badly disheveled humanoid creature, decaying wounds covering most of his body. His appearance is frightening, with jagged nails and long, severely matted light brown hair. His left eye is slashed by festering claw marks and totally blind, while the right eye is his natural brown. Although he is fairly tall, his back has grown crooked from the weight of the deer antlers on his head which become larger and more elaborate with each passing year. As a result he always walks slightly hunched over, menacingly dragging his hands close to the ground.

Animal (RL pictures are nice here): Red-Tailed Hawk

Powers from animal: Tree climbing, excellent long-distance vision and acute hearing.

Personality: Skinwalker alphas and skinwalkers in general are not known for being genial, but Roger in particular is an angry being, tormented by a savage temper which has been present since his youth. Even when not angry, he has difficulty interacting appropriately with others, leading to a complete inability to connect with humans and social awkwardness even among his own kind. Every action he takes can easily be interpreted as a threat. He can come off as cruel when trying to be playful, and aggressive when trying to pursue information. However, although he leads the clan with an iron fist, he is not a needlessly cruel or vindictive leader, and instead instills his own powerful sense of loyalty and fear in his subjects. He will die to protect those under his protection, and gladly make sacrifices to keep the clan united.

Do they want to reveal themselves: No, and thanks to some in his family who oppose him he'll do whatever he can to preserve Disbelief.

Well your character should fall under an established race. Unless you want to submit a race. If that's the case, just submit what you got and the GM can help you figure out where the race best fits.

...Alright, do you want to be my Co-GM? I have to admit I'm not very good at this sort of thing so having help will be great and you've already done a lot to point people around when I'm not here.

It depends a good deal on the species in question. Can your creature be considered a cryptid and/or a creature that is popular among tales of a certain region or tribe? If so then it can be considered an urban legend [i.e. Were-creatures, skin walkers, sasquatches, yetis, vampires*, or, wendigos] if it's a creature that is frequently depicted as a bastion for some cultures due to it's incredible powers, strength, cunning, or prowess, something that would be regularly prayed to or depicted on or in say, ships, armor/clothing, fantasy literature, or weapons, then it can be considered a higher power creature [i.e. Dragons, demons, angels, djinns*, spirits*, or minotaurs.], if its a human that boasts superhuman abilities through either magical or technological augmentation to the body, then it's an augmented human [i.e. paladins/shades* or humans with cybernetic augmentations to the body]. As kidd said earlier, you can also create your own race so long as you can make it balanced and justify which category you've placed it in.

**Vampires vary between cultures, as do their appearances, abilities, and tolerance to sunlight

**Djinn's can be considered higher power do to their conjuration abilities, their balance comes from the fact that they are bound to a lamp, and therefor, the holder of the lamp

**Spirits also vary between cultures as well as religions, the most popular examples being ghosts, dybbuks (malicious spirits of jewish culture), and loa (voodoo spirits of varying alignments depending on the loa god they serve)

**Paladins/shades Kudos to Kidd for coming up with this one.

I'm glad I could be of service ^^ It isn't often that I can actually bust out my knowledge of the supernatural for actual use. I forgot to mention something else though about the djinns if you decide to use them, their actual alignment depends solely on what the majority of their wishes are. Djinns usually start out neutral, if the wishes are often selfless and kind, then the djinn will be the same, if the wishes are malicious and selfish in nature however, then the djinn will become corrupted and evil. A djinn's ability to grant wishes is limited by a set of rules that strictly forbid granting wishes that have fatal results. Djinn are also known to be extremely mischievous and wishes that aren't selfless or are not extremely specific can have draw backs (say if you wished for a glass of water, the djinn may give you saltwater)

I'll explain my character's race-
It is a bit like a Crocotta mixed with a Siren. Kinda. Other than that it is completely original.

I have named them Firenze (pronounced Fear-en-zee NOT Fire-enzee). They look like humans normally, and feed off of human souls and sanity.
When feeding, Firenze hide behide something and wait. Whenever they see someone, they can almost read the victims mind. (In public this can get very overpowering, so Firenze like to be alone) Their voice changes so that it sounds like someone the victim knows. The Firenze then screams or beckons the victim over, using the voice of one of the victim's loved ones. (If this is confusing you, skip a couple sentences and read that instead) When the victim is near enough, the Firenze then captures and feeds from them. Usually, a victim is left with slight insanity or a mental disorder e.g. deafness, depression, hallucinations or anxiety etc.
So, if Bob was walking along, thinking about his son, Jimmy, the Firenze's voice would change to Jimmy's. The Firenze would then call Bob over and feed from him.
Firenze need to feed at least once every 72 hours. If they don't, they can get moody, malicious and even a little mad. They turn quite 'evil' and are unpredictable when they are hungry.

So which category?

Probably under urban legends, since their diet forces them to live so close to humans. The Suspension of Disbelief would have a chance of getting compromised with every meal, so they wouldn't be able to hide as well as a higher power race.

Agreed, that's definitely urban legend territory, especially since you mentioned Sirens- my Selkies have some Siren influence and they're covered under that catagory.
