I was having trouble coming up with a character that makes sense for this, but I think I've got it figured out now. Unfortunately I'm going to a concert tonight so I won't have time to get anything ready, but you can expect an application in the next few days.

Haha I'm going to a concert tonight as well, so even if I did want to get an OOC up tonight I wouldn't have the time! But yes, it'll be up within the next few days for sure, not to worry.

Meanwhile, please do try and get your submissions in when you can! And again, I did suggest making the characters based after yourselves (you, the person sitting behind the screen) so as to keep the reactions genuine and to help with the process. That's all. (:

I totally didn't go with someone who made sense for this. I'm throwing in a sunny, spontaneous, flakey, jock/artist xD But it's a character that is sort of based of me. More like based off my hobbies and what I would be in an ideal world.

HAIM and Sleigh Bells free concert thrown by Levi's?

Don't worry, the character will be an exaggeration of me, but my personality IRL wouldn't translate well into an RP so I'm making myself older and less needlessly existential, amping up my vices, and throwing in a dash a of whimsy. It'll be genuine though.

I felt like my personality would have done okay in game. Extremely anxious, neurotic, but forceful in a nervous way would be great for fodder in a horror movie, but I might get too attached to a character too similar to me >__> Then cry inside if I died, then stress eat.
So I needed to distance myself from the character in some way xD

@Callthecops: Ah, nice one! Mine was Panic! At the Disco at MSG hahaha.

Okkok I think I have a good amount of people now, so I'll get started on the OOC and it should be up sometime tonight or tomorrow!

*EDIT: Also, I think once the OOC is finally up, I'll include a deadline for apps so that I can finally decide on a cast and we can get this party started.

I know this is really fluffy-nothingness, but do you have any source photos for what Woll Manor might look like? Trying to picture it, but I've just got Downton Abbey in my head and I'm sure it's not quite like that.

I'm still accepting applications if you'd like to submit one, yes!

Update: Gonna get to work on the OOC now - it will most likely be up tonight. Deadline for character submissions will be Thursday night, and I'll choose the cast then. Hopefully that means we can get the game started sometime Friday!

Oh, how I'm glad I've found this little gem before the time ran out! I'm an insane mystery-thriller movie junkie and I'd absolutely love to see how a roleplay in the genre would work out.
And plus, most Americans here so I have a little bit of an edge on time-zones. Huzzah! I hope you're still accepting characters, too. I don't have too much of a problem with inserting myself into the roleplay as I am, and as I should be in any given situation. And even if I were to die, you seem like a daring GM to even me, and I'd love to be impressed with a past and whatnot. How does "just-graduated student sitting around doing nothing of interest" sound to you?
Again, dying to join. I will now proceed to check out the OOC and whatnot. Toodles!
