Anyone else interested in a Fairy Tail RP? I was thinking it could be before the actual show, just to give us some leeway and we could have some different types of magics than what the show has. It would require more creativity, but hey, that's the best part.

My idea for a FairyTail RP was to have it set in the Seven Year Gap that the main FairyTail members were lost in time due to that defensive spell. It would be about a year after the disappearance of Natsu and the others. *shrugs* but working before still works.

I agree with Delta, i think during the Seven year time skip would be a suitable area to begin all of it all, like some new Magic ideas would be along the ideas of i guess, Hybrids? o-o Like a burning-earth [Earth+Fire] or. . . hmm. . . well im no good at Elements for Magic, but i can create some Kick ass characters, thats my Specialty. Very Interested.

That would work really well. But would we still be using all of the Fairy Tail guild members that stuck with the guild or would creating a smaller guild that looked up to Fairy Tail? Then would wouldn't have to worry about NPCs. Otherwise making it legitimately Fairy Tail would work perfectly.

Go with the original FairyTail. Makes things easier and would be a lot more interesting, especially with characters like Bisca and Clyde (I think that's his name...) or Romeo.

Or possibly something line when they had the doubles but have the current ft attack the what that have become. So present vs past. That way we could mix our own characters as well as the originals such as erza and natsu. I'll join that

Personally, I think using established characters limits creativity. What if Fairy Tail got too big and they had to split it? 'Tails and Fairys' technically one guild but not?

I had an idea of a seven year gap rp where a guild comes into power (kinda like Sabertooth) and takes Fairy Tail's mantle of defending Fiore from dark guilds and such, but due to events is disbanded/forgotten (maybe a memory spell) just before the seven years ends. Gives a good chunk of time for the rp to take place while fitting into canon potentially.
