Violet

Violet stared out her study's window as leaves slowly began to decay and fall off the trees. She adjusted her glasses before glancing back down to her work. The Council was going crazy. The Coven was barely surviving and had so little members. It was likely that the next Supreme wouldn't even be in the Coven with all the oblivious witches wandering in the outside world, their powers ticking beneath the surface like time bombs. And when they presented, they either went mad, or the hunters got to them first.

What Violet needed most was a drink. A nice bottle of scotch or maybe some thick beer.

The headmistress let out an exasperated sigh and cradles her head in her hands.

A crush suddenly sounded from below.

"Fucking damnit!" Reyna's voice carried up.

Violet rolled her eyes and got up to see what sort of mess her students had created this time.

Reyna

This pie was going to be the best shit Reyna ever cooked up. Raspberries and blueberries mixed together with cool whip cream on top and chocolate ice cream on the side.

At least that was the plan.

Reyna woke up determined to try to make her fellow students and Ms. Violet happy.

The young student walked into the kitchen, tying her hair up in a messy bun. She wore an old, faded band shirt and sweat pants that were a bit too large.

"Alright," she said, staring down the icebox. "Fuck me if I don't get this pie right."

She grabbed out the necessary ingredients and set them out on the large table in the middle of the room.

Reyna noticed she was missing something.

"Where the hell is the flour?" She asked herself as she started searching the room.

She wasn't going to make something so special from a box; everything would be made from scratch.

Reyna spotted the large bag of flour hiding behind one of the bottom cabinets.

"There you are," she said, taking hold of the bottom of the bag. "Come on." She lifted with all her might. Reyna somehow managed to haul the bag up to her chest.

"Come on, come on," she groaned into the bag as she tried not to accidentally drop it while crossing the room towards the table of ingredients.

Reyna's muscles ached and her fingers grew slick with sweat.

"No," Reyna strained out as she realized what was going to happen. "No, no, no-!"

The bag lurched out from under her palms and crashed to the floor. A puff of white dust rolled into Reyna's eyes and nostrils.

"Ah-fucking damnit!" she yelled at the broken bag and the flour pouring out of it.

Reyna surveyed the scene.

"Violet's going to grind me into one of her voodoo shits for this," Reyna muttered under her breath, trying to rub the flour off her arms and out of her hair.

Alice jolted awake as the person whose dream she had been exploring woke up. She grumbled as she sat up. She had been enjoying herself. It was not often that she got to enjoy the dream that she was in without risking harm to the dreamer.

She got out of bed and made her way down to the kitchen. She was wearing a simple blue pj top and bottom. She was hoping that she could sneak in and steal a snack before breakfast.

When she entered the room she saw the mess. She looked around and sighed.

"Wouldn't it have been easier to just measure what you need instead of taking the whole bag."

Jarrod was sat at the small, wooden writing desk in the corner of his room, reading one of the many books he'd swiped off the bookshelf in a sleep-induced stupor earlier that morning. He had leafed through the pages more as a theraputic deterrent to the nightmares that had plagued his sleep than as a form of light reading, the feel of the thin substance between his fingers and the yellow-tinged glare of the light settling his nerves and steadying his heartbeat. He closed the covers of the book, about to pick up another, when he heard a dull but resounding 'thud' from a lower room of the house.
He sat frozen for a few moments, straining his ears, listening for an identical sound that might betray the presence of an intruder... An simple burgular, or a hunter?
Stumbling upright, legs numb and unfeeling from lack of use, Jarrod began roughly pulling on random pieces of clothing that littered the floor. Denim rousers, plain white t-shirt... where dafuq was his other sock? He searched under the bed, beneath the duvet, in the drawers and finally under the other pieces of clothing, but it was nowhere in sight. He heaved a sigh, spying the renegade fabric atop, of all things, the wardrobe. He grabbed it and proceeded to half-run, half-hop to the doorway as he pulled it over his bare foot - only to trip over his messy floor before he made it, smacking his face off the door handle with a sickening crack.
Everything went black for a moment as he was looking up at the ceiling, wondering if he was dead or not. Gingerly, Jarrod rubbed his poor nose with the back of his hand, dark liquid staining his pale skin. Great. He just hoped it wasn't broken.
Picking himself off the floor and making a mental note to clean his room, he opened the door, stumbled down the stairs and made his way to the kitchen, where he assumed the noise had came from.

Alistair sat in the front hallway, cross-legged and staring at the wall. He felt sensations that were not external, but internal. In his vision he saw several silhouettes, perhaps a girl, or an old lady; he could not tell.
"This memory is a little foggy-" Alistair stated to the thin air between himself and the wall.
"You may be right Zach... This definitely does not feel like the memories I had back then." Alistair slurred almost inexpressibly. He two more minutes staring into the wall without blinking, then he snapped back into reality.
Something doesn't feel right, right Zach? Lead me the way will ya? Alistair thought to himself. He stood up and stretched his arms and arched backwards.

Alistair found himself walking almost automatically down the hallway. He strolled down the hall with wide eyes, looking at the floor and watching his step as he avoided walking in any particular fashion or pattern. "Zach, do you ever dream 'bout back then? You know, before I met you? The darkness, was it? Can't remember, huh, that's totally fine Zach-" While talking to Zach out loud through the hallway, Alistair became startled as he heard a significant voice yell in the kitchen. His jumped up and shrieked out loud.

Reyna

Reyna frowns at Alice.

She had a very valid point.

"I-" Reyna's word were cut off by a sudden scream.

Reyna rushed towards the sound and found Alistair.

"Hi," Reyna said in a squeaky voice. "Um, sorry about that, I sort of covered the kitchen-and myself-" Reyna blew a stray hair drenched in flour out of her face- "in four."

Violet suddenly appeared around the corner, her glasses glaring from the rage in her own eyes.

Violet opened her mouth to scold both of them, but she closed it once she saw Reyna lathered in flour.

"Clean it up or you have bathroom scrubbing duty for the next two months," is all the headmistress said before wandering off.

Violet

Violet dragged herself down the stairs.

If only her students actually obeyed her orders and paid attention in class, maybe she could spend more time looking for more wayward witches wandering out there.

A scream erupted from a nearby hallway.

Hunters, was the first thing that came to Violet's mind.

The headmistress broke into a run and rounded the corner to find Alistair and Reyna.

Violet breathed again.

No hunters. Thank god.

Violet opened her mouth to scream at both of them and great some sort of punishment for them, but then she looked at Reyna, who was soaked with some white powdery substance.

Violet shut her mouth.

She didn't want to know.

"Clean it up or you have bathroom scrubbing duty for the next two months," she ordered.

Violet turned and trudged back into her office.

"These kids are going to be the death of me," she muttered to herself.

Alice followed Reyna to the source of the scream, but she decided to stay hidden when she heard another person approaching. If is was Violet she risked getting punished along with the two of them. She had no intention of cleaning int he morning.

She waited until Violet was gone and she walked right past them.

"If you use water make sure all the flour is cleaned up before it dries. You don't want to be cleaning dried flour." She said to the two of them.

She then returned to her room and got changed. Classes would start not long after breakfast and well she really did not want to attend wearing the clothing he currently had on.

Faeya groaned when she was awoken by a scream. "What is with this house and screams?! It's like a damn alarm clock!" She got up, threw on a gothic dress, and ran down to see what was happening. Of course, Reyna, Alice, and Alistair were at the scene. She also noticed flour everywhere and she said "so were you guys having a good fight without me?" She smirked as she leaned against the wall.

Reyna

Reyna kept Alice's advice in mind.

"So were you guys having a good fight without me?"

Reyna shrugged in response.

"I just wanted to make pie," the young witch said bitterly.

Reyna sighed, running flour covered fingers through flour covered hair.

"Does anyone know a spell that could get this done quick?" Reyna asked desperately. She was not going to scrub the floor on her hands and knees like some maid.

Faeya grinned. "Seems I came in at the right moment, but I think it'd be funnier if you cleaned it up..." She giggled mischieviously and acted as if she were weighing out the options. After quite some time she buckled. "Fine." She grabbed a napkin and a pencil and doodled a maid out, the maid appearing in the kitchen. "please clean this flour up. It's quite filthy." The maid nodded and she started cleaning the flour up. Faeya softly giggled at the gothic outfit she drew the maid in. "I might have to draw that outfit in pen." She smirked softly.

Alice changed into a simple blue sundress and made her way down back to the kitchen. She wanted to see how fat they are getting along. Hopefully there would be enough clean that she enter it without getting dirty. She walked down the stairs and back to the kitchen. She saw a maid cleaning the kitchen.

"Awe, that is cheating, but I won't tell," she said.

She leaned against the wall wondering what she should do next.
