Sam listened as John explained how he could form weapons from his body and then to show how proud he was of this he made his hands into claws.
He then explained how he could alter the biology of animals and frankly it was that part that made her nervous
That's quite an ability you have, it makes my own seem tame

"Oh I wouldn't of mine you resting your head on my shoulder." Keith said shrugging. " ... And I'll just have to eat the next one you order." Keith looked around the dining hall examining it inhabitant's." I bet there's alot of strong righteous heros in here that'll be a good fight." He said unconsciously loud for a whisper.

"I would have to disagree with you on that, if you can transform into someone else all the way down to their DNA then you could be the ultimate criminal and spy, just imagine how hard it would be for the authorities to catch you? You could be so stealthy that no one would be able to catch you" John replied to Samantha.

Azalea opened her eyes, down on all fours on the cold stone floor. She took a few moments to catch her breath and to let her headache to subside before she slowly rose from the ground. She glanced down, lifting the hem of her white skirt to look at her knees. On her right knee was a small misshapen circle, a bruise already beginning to form. She already always bruised easily. Azalea winced when you touched it, gently lowering her skirt before smoothing out the wrinkles in it. Her white hair framed her face as she stared down the fox boy who sat upon a throne. "Explain yourself." She spoke softly, nervously holding onto the boy's arm that had traveled into the other dimension with her.

Seth found himself staring at her pale white skin as she lifted her skirt to check a bruise. He gestured to her knee, "I can probably take care of that later if you'll let me." Seth then rose and noted that she hadn't let go of him yet due to her uneasiness.
"It's okay, I've got your back." He murmured to her, encouraging her with his support.

Vince looks up sudenly to see Azalea. "Azalea!" he yells, huredly. "I... I'm so sorry, I..." He looks over. "wait, I forgot to close it didnt I? DAMN DAMN DAMN!" He snaps and severs the connection to the real world. "Look, I'm so sorry I mean... Its just the master he told me I had to... and I'm not used to my master being wrong, I grew up in his relm after all... So when he told me I had to love you I didn't see what was wrong, you were so cute and..." Vince trails off, not knowing what to say...

So he had a master who was controlling him? Seth cocked his head in curiosity, wondering just exactly who our foxy friend was. He remained silent in the confrontation between the two, preferring to let her talk.
Seth looked behind him and noted the dimensional rift was gone. It appeared they'd have to have Vincent reopen it once they were done here, which also meant they couldn't beat him unconscious if that opportunity ever presented itself.

Pip, the overly dramatic waiter (Lilian's Parmesan Chicken Pasta order)

Our friendly neighborhood waiter appeared beside the table with an audible *pop*. He pulled out a noisemaker and blew into it Toooooooooooooooooooooottt!

He laughed and had a cheerful grin on his face as he set a huge plate of the pasta down in front of Liliana. "Parmesan Chicken Pasta! Prepared with aged cheese and of course, the chicken breast was pulled from our select group of poultry. It smells so good that even I had to resist eating the food! The chicken itself is baked with the cheese and the sauce and only when we deem it is ready, we throw in the spaghetti noodles. Thank you for choosing our daily special today! Bon appetit!" He also gave her a glass of water and with a bow, he disappeared once more with a *pop.*

Azalea frowned, a soft sigh escaping her lips. Her grip lightened on the boys arm as she reluctantly pulled her hands away, looking at the fox boy. She frowned, tilting her head to the side as she studied the boy with the strange tails and ears. His emotions were unclear. She didn't know how to feel about a boy, confessing his persuading love to her. This was love surely. He was just some puppet being forced silly feelings upon.

"Thank you, it's kind of you to say such things." Azalea spoke softly, bowing her head to him. After a few moments of silence she glanced up at him for a split second before returning her gaze to the ground. "But I do not wish to be loved like this." She took a step back, nervously tugging at the hem of her skirt while her lips formed a frown.

You could practically feel the emotion emanating from the boy on the throne.'He just wants to be friends...' Seth thought as he turned his gaze to the girl beside him. 'But she has a point though...How could this be love? He's very attached to the girl...but she can't possible reciprocate those feelings back to him, she's not willing.'

This can't be right...He couldn't take seeing him so crushed under his own emotions,

Seth taking a breath, he walked forward and approached the foxy boy, "Hey, you can't make friends by asking them outright like this. A friend is not an object you can force into your possession. They have to be willing to be around with you and joke around, laugh, play around, and share experiences with you - they're special people!" His voice slightly rose in intensity near the end as he grew passionate about the subject.

He calmed himself and extended a hand to Vincent. "But I want to help you out. I'll be your friend. You say you've never really talked to mortals, yet this school is full of them. I can teach you..."

"Yeah, no problem, my name's Seth--" Seth was surprised by the sudden hug, but he got over his initial shock and grinned, patting Vince on the back before they broke apart. "Well, buddy, I can't really guarantee anything because that's her decision, but I'll help out as much as I can." He said this as he looked at Azalea, thinking of how he should approach her.

"Whenever I talk to people, I try and make joke and get them to smile. If they see that you have a great personality and if you can get them to relax, then it makes the atmosphere a bit more friendly and it makes having conversations easier. For now, you should apologize for causing her trouble and embarrassment and then reintroduce yourself in a proper manner, tell her your name and just give her a handshake. Don't try to press anything, because I honestly don't know how she'll react. Just wait here for a second and let me talk to her so she won't hit you in the face or anything." Seth walked over to Azalea and smiled at her.

"Azalea, was it? The name suits you very well, but I'd rather call you Lea instead if you don't mind...I'm Seth and I'm sorry if I caused any trouble for you." He gestured towards Vince, "Now, Lea, my friend would like to say a couple things to you if you'd let him."

Hopefully it would all go as he hoped, with at least a good ending from this situation for both of them. Seth wasn't sure what he'd do if Azalea refused to forgive him and that was her right to do so, but he knew he would be there for Vince.

"I'll be right here in case anything happens again." He muttered the last sentence to her. "But I think I trust him, he seems like a good guy and he's still learning to socialize with others."

I can't be getting soft." He whispered to himself." Keith uncontrollably starred at Liliana thinking what made her different from everyone else. " Wait what did she just say....?" He grabbed another piece of chicken and glanced back at Liliana. " Um Liliana were you about to say something a second ago?"

Izo flinched when the waiter appeared beside him, this time the ice forming into a knife in his hand instead of just incasing his hand in it. He glared at the waiter, not fond of his over excitable behavior before with a shake of his head, allowed the knife to melt. He has remained quite during Keith's and Liliana's conversations, not wanting to intrude in it. He noticed they seemed to get closer to each other during this time frame, and Keith was seeming to get more unsettled about things that he is doing, such as right now. He finally decided on what to eat, a medium steak with some water. Ordering it, he leaned back, expecting the waiter to appear, as that seems like he does.

She stood in the back of the room silently listening and watching the two speak. Her foot lightly tapped against the cold stone floor as she became anxious. Azalea glanced down at her knee, which was now throbing along with her palm. She sighed softly before she lowered her skirt back down and brushed aside the pain. This wasn't something unusual. "It's a pleasure to meet both of you." Azalea nodded her head to the two and smiled sweetly for the first time. Her body eased slightly, knowing that Seth wouldn't let Vince harm her in any way. She looked up at Vince and waved slightly. "I think we got off on the wrong foot. I'd be more than happy to start over again....Just don't force another kiss upon me." She felt her cheeks get hot as she looked away.

Smileing Vine takes her hand and kisses it flamboiantly, then blushes, "Y-Yeah, I promise."

Seth stood beside the two, spreading his hands out in front of him. "And now with the powers vested in me, I now pronounce you..."
He paused for dramatic effect.
"...friends!"

He chuckled as he put his hands back down to his sides and his stomach growled for the second time that day, reminding him that the last meal he ate was right before he had got on the bus...and that was a while ago! He remembered that lunch was going on in the dining hall and that the staff were going to address the students there.

"Vince, could you open a tunnel back into the school, maybe into the dining hall? I'm uh, quite famished and I hadn't had anything to eat for a while now. We can probably bond better over a plate of pasta and pepperoni pizza." His mouth was now watering at the prospect.

His eyes wandered to Azalea's knee where he had caught a small discoloration forming when they had first arrived in the dimension. He could take care of that when they were seated, he'd just have to sit next to her. Seth quickly snapped his eyes away so he wouldn't be mistakenly labeled as some sort of perverted freak who had a fetish for bruised knees.

Once he pulled his lips away she dropped her hands to the side and smiled at the two of them, studying each boy individually. Her eyes meet each of their for only a few seconds before she looked away. She didn't know whether to believe Vince when he said her gift was useless on him. How could that be possible? But as for Seth...She mentally scolded herself, shaking her head as she held her hands behind her back. Azalea remained staring at the stone floor silently. She wouldn't dare test them out on either of them. As far as she was aware, they were both genuine friends for now, and she wouldn't risk that for anything.

Her eyebrows rose when Seth had mentioned food, her stomach growling not shortly after. "That sounds like a mighty fine idea. Let us not waste any more time, I'm starving!" Azalea spoke with a grin and a soft laugh. Her mouth was practically watering while she thought about the food. She hadn't eaten since early that morning. Azalea smiled at both of them sweetly before she tucked a strand of her snow white hair behind her ear.

"Huh and he can create food as well?" Seth muttered to himself as he looked at his hands. Just how much power did Vince contain within himself?

Speaking of powers...

...He glanced at Azalea, wondering what she was really capable of underneath that fragile nature she displayed. She hadn't exactly showcased her powers just yet, but he got the feeling that she was a lot stronger than she had let on. Earlier in the hallway, she quickly transitioned from being a victim into wanting to tackle the problem, by herself of all things! She was also quick to trust people it seemed, as Seth had witnessed on himself and on Vincent just now. He promised himself he wouldn't try and abuse that trust.

"You're pretty willing to forgive him, Lea..." Seth noted and spoke to Azalea, "Maybe it's the fact that he really meant no harm in the end and was just trying to find a way to express his emotions, just not in the correct way. If I were presented with a situation like that, I would've beat the crap out of Vince with every fiber of my being and dish out a full course menu of suffering if I had the capabilities to do so." He shook his head, "I don't know...do you think if you would've gone alone, would this have ended up a different way?" Seth was just rambling and voicing his thoughts out loud to pass the time until Vincent was done with his sorcery. "Would you have had the power to steer the outcome in your favor?"

"Well regardless...it's a good thing we didn't end up fighting him. I'm not much of a fighter myself, sure I could throw a few punches and protect myself, but I don't posses any offensive powers. I heal people." Seth lifted his fingers and green orbs shimmered around his hands and then faded away. "I don't think I would've been much use if things came down to a battle. I mean what would I do? Heal him into submission?" He joked.

Pip, the overly dramatic waiter

*POP!*

Our wonderful waiter was back, with a cheesy grin on his face and a rather large plate in his hands.
"Hahahaha! A lot of business here I see! Now then..." He turned his gaze onto Izo, "...a medium steak for the frosty looking young man as requested!" He chimed as he set a plate with a still hot and sizzling steak on it. The man placed a steak knife and a fork next to the plate, a smaller plate of sauteed mushrooms and onions and a glass of water soon followed. But the waiter wasn't done....

"Might I recommend trying a glass of chilled oolong tea with your steak? I find that the earthly and bitter quality of oolong tea goes well with meals such as this and it helps with digestion" He also set a glass of brown oolong tea next to his water.
"Now, giving a shady looking man such as yourself a steak knife might not be the best idea in my humble opinion. But please try not to carve drawings into the table, they do cost a fortune." He bowed and smiled. "Enjoy."
