Castro/23
Faction: Pirate Appearence: copper skinned with stormy gray eyes, he stands at 5'11 with thick long dreads that brush against the back of his knees. Beads and gold jewelery are woven through his hair and jingle as he walks. He has a lean, muscle-bound build. He often darkens the areas around his eyes with charcoal. Bio: Castro was once a deck hand for the ship The Buzzards Mouth. The ship sunk, however, after a storm blew it into a coral reef and its stomach was perforated by coral. Much of Castros shipmates fell into the ocean while others were dragged down with the ship. He was somehow washed ashore in Neverland. Before this, however, he dabbled in the dark arts on his ship. He acted as a soothsayer and fortune teller. He predicted where raiding would be plentiful and read the stars for guidance on their journeys. Now on the Island he simply seeks to make the most out of the "shit turn of hand", as he'd like to say, of his situation.

Name Louis Dawkins. First Mate Dawkins Age 30's Which Ship/Crew do they belong to and their position The ship is the Plunder's Compass, though most do just called it The Compass. He is the First Mate Appearance Hair: Blonde, spiky on top but long at the side, over his shoulders. Eyes: one green, one brown. Built: slender but with muscle Height: 6 ft 2 Distinguishing characteristics: a scar from naval to nipple. Wears gloves and a light cotton canvas lafitte shirt, with black fitted bottoms and boots. Background The storm that his his ship was a harsh one, but The Compass had sailed through many a storm before. They had been fleeing the navy, who outnumbered them and were looking for blood. They sailed through the Bermuda Triangle and ended up in peaceful seas, with a perfect sky and smooth sea. No Navy ships about, just them, although later it turned out here were more ships than just The Compass. The crew, other than a couple, survived the journey, but many have perished since, been stolen away by Lost Boys or killed on the hunt for food, water... The First mate in always looking for fresh crew mates.
Name Captain Ferdinand Glynn of The Compass (will be the picture of Peter Dinklage) Age 30's Which Ship/Crew do they belong to and their position The ship is the Plunder's Compass, though most do just called it The Compass Appearance Hair: Brunette, floppy hair, a little on the long side Eyes: grey Built: normal Height: 1.35 m Distinguishing characteristics: well, he's a dwarf, which is quite distinguishing. Ansell Frock coat, cotton shirt, with black fitted bottoms and boots. Background Captain Glynn won Plunder's Compass in a card game. Up until then, he had not been a Captain, but another hired hand. He was a dwarf and known as a likeable lad, good in the crows nest ("because he fits so well" some joked) but never really settling for one Captain or one ship. There was only so many ways to become a Captain. One of which was to be first mate and inherit the ship on the previous one's death and another was to win one. Glynn wasn't stupid. he made sure he had the needed men to crew his ship before having one, and his first mate, Dawkins, was already well known and loyal to him. They came as a pair on hired excursions and though they had both been offered, many times over, to accept permanent hospitality of a ship, neither had been so inclined. Glynn needed muscle because he was a dwarf and wanted to keep his "likeable lad" image. He drank and womanised all through the game, laughing heartily and telling stories as the game progressed. But Glynn was not a stupid man, and nor was Dawkins, who stood still and silent by his side, moving only to allow one wench to leave the Captain or another to take her place. It was this acting that so often distracted the other Captains and crew members from Dawkins, whose had would be on Glynn's back, occasionally making pressures against it. It was their cheaters code, not for them to cheat but to spot cheating. Cheating and lying were part of any card game with Pirates, but only if you weren't caught. Then the dilemma started. If you accused another pirate of cheating, your brother pirates could side with you, especially if that Pirate had been winning a lot. After all, you'd split their pile between you. However, the declarer of such thing would then be seen as such and would be a dangerous person to allow to play again. Your brothers may also choose to side with the cheater, if you had been making no friends or if they too had been cheating and didn't want to be called on it. So you had to be a clevercheat. (ooc: still under construction) The storm that his ship was a harsh one, but The Compass had sailed through many a storm before. The Captain in always looking for fresh crew mates. Whilst he understands the needs for pirates to stick together, as they cannot sail away, without somehow coming back, they are pirates and therefore untrustworthy.

UPDATE: I have received a PM in which I was accepted aboard the Compass, so some minor changes have been made into my CS Character Sheet Name Kaya Age 23 Which Ship/Crew do they belong to and their position Kaya sailed in on board of the Compass, although she did not know the rest of the crew very well at that time. (I don't really know how long ago this has been) Appearance
Feminine is not the first word people would use to describe Kaya. Her focused eyes might seem harsh to a casual observer, and numerous battle scars adorn her face and suntanned arms. Those who know her a little better would know however, how much her face lights up when she shows one of her uncommon smiles. She stands at 5'10", and does not tend to make herself blend in into the background. She was born with a slender frame, but after years of exercise aboard the ships, she has gained some more muscle.
