i dont go outside so i don't know if you're being sarcastic or not, but yeee, it's cool. If he can somehow get into his car and maintain going dozens of miles above the speed-limit to keep up, then he deserves to follow 'em!

Weren't they supposed to have met already since they are in the same clan?

Ah, no, Dimitri came from Russia, and is mostly going through Greyville as a passing-by. He's only affiliated with Yvette and Thomas, who could be in the clan for all I know.
