Alright, assume anything made not in the proper way is trashcan

To make Bacon good: Prime, thick as fuck cuts at a part of a big where you get a 55/45 split between meat and fats
You have to cook it so that you get it in the right spot where it has some crunch but gives way to some chewiness at the middle of the strip. Fact.

Can it carry a dish on itself alone: yes for Breakfast, kinda for lunch, kinda for dinner.

Will it casserole?: Fuck no

How to make Sausage good: Good quality meat, doesn't require specifics between fat and meat. You only need to cook it where you don't burn it
