You're such peaches, I'm beyond thrilled everyone loves their banners, I love making them for others!
And great posts thus far, loved the bit with necromancy and vampires, Chip!

I'll be making my own introduction here soon, after work, had to think of a few angles for Maharet to start out with, but I have something.

@Lexicon Mhmm. They are clamping down on the data usage these days, prices going up, services going down. It's such a downer. I'll see you around when your internet gets better!

In the first four posts. The city is under attack by the Forlorn, or so it seems. Lilith is killing random people and our two skeletectives are on their own busy busting local crime. Ones' about to hit up the local information broker, Dahgmar, and the other is going to spend some quality time with a junkie. Really got the noir ambience going!

@Rockette Tnks! It pleasures me that you enjoyed it so. I was worried I got something wrong so I read/watched the Vampire diaries and other fangy works over and over again to make sure I got my lore right. Meheh, I await what you come up with. :>.

@DJAtomika Oh crud. o_O. I really did read your profile though, ...just somehow missed that part about being an assassin. Thought he was going to get the scoop on someone. Well, I'm glad you told me sooner -it'd have been really awkward otherwise if the story went on and everytime he hit someone and I'd be all 'What the eff?" while reading it.

Only thing I ask is that nobody, apart from the G.M knows about the Red Dragon living underneath Nightshade's shop lol. Other than that any information or stories people want to make up about her I would love to see what can be spread about throughout the various underground gangs etc.

I will hopefully have my post up tomorrow or by Saturday at the very latest. Am working out a couple ideas I have lol

@Mystic They probably know each other in the face sense, but not by name. Folks who've been around very super long, like undead or vampires, they probably know a lot of old players.

That being said, there are Nyctari here, right?

Maharet has been awake long enough now that she might have encountered some, or been previously associated with those before her slumber. I didn't specify an exact date of when she went into "hiding" and such so it's easier to work around for if people know her and all those bitty details. The wonders of plot work and time lines, heh.

Maharet is "associated" with the Nyctari at present, being an ancient vampire and all that [and having woke her up] - etcetera, etcetera.

@Rockette Well I'm assuming that Santa Somabra is akin to, say, San Francisco, in that it's a coastal city, on the east coast of this reality's USA.

Then you factor in that it's a mob town. 1920s, liquor ban would've made bootlegging the new money making scheme. That's when organised crime would've first sprung up. Mafia families from Italy would've moved in at the time. Nyctari would've set up a presence, as well as the predecessors of the Montavanni.

Those two families would've pretty much been rivals all through the decades until now, which I'm assuming is 2015.

Any people that worked for either family during the heyday would sure know each other.

For example, if Maharet were present during the 20s, then most likely Andy would know of her. So on and so forth.

I figure Dagmar knows of the more prominent members of the cast - probably even knows a few of their faces - but most likely hasn't associated with any of them personally. Yet, at least. Definitely knows of a few unsavory secrets, but not much else.

Sounds rather excellent to me then, I can work well with that and Maharet having been present during the 20s for a time. I assume her and Andy to be enemies of some sort due to family association and so on. We can work out the details, of course.

Also to other vampires of the cast, if you want to work out something with Maharet.

Max hasn't been in the city for that long compared to some (just seven years), but she is decently known by anyone who would need a fence's services. And I assume an information broker would have at least some basic information on her, but if/when Dagmar comes into contact with her, I'll leave it up to @Nightwarden to decide how much he knows.

Being a bar owner, I guess she also may be known by any characters that like to drink extensive amounts of alcohol.

In other news, I'm hoping to get my first post up tonight, but I may end up doing so tomorrow depending on how things turn out.
