Do I have your consent to have the Baltic states and the rest of post-Soviet Central Asia, since otherwise those two areas are basically a void of nothing between players and because I have two huge all-of-east-asia and all-of-south-asia neighbors which combined have more than half the world's population?

The Unclaimed ones are Switzerland, Finland, and France.
And if you create an App before the guy who claimed Spain and Portugal appears, you can also use those two nations

Nonsense. Australia has one of the lowest population densities on Earth. South-east England is crowded, sure, but that 141 million figure includes everywhere from Newfoundland to Tasmania, the Falklands to the Shetlands and Wellington to Reykjavik.
