Also, you don't get to be Master status just simply working on things on your own. Working with others in the Academy to learn more about your element, dual against others, study, read, and all that stuff. So, becoming a Master then arriving at the Academy doesn't really make sense.


I think you're confusing Florence with Sylvia. Florence joined the Academy at the age of 8, achieving Master Rank when she was 36. Sylvia is her daughter, who was accepted into the Academy that same year that Florence achieved Master Rank. So, it should be fairly obvious, that she's spent 28 years of her life studying etc at the Academy, not just working on her own. That would be stupid.

But if you guys don't want another Master that's fine, I just assumed it was okay seeing as you said you'd take 1-2 of them.

Wow, terribly sorry. My mistake, didn't notice you had switched the character till you said it and I reread it. Again, apologies for missing the name.

But yeah, unfortunately another Master wouldn't fit here, and I just double checked again myself, and I did just say 1 Master, around 2-3 Weavers, more Adepts, so on and so forth. So if you wanted to modify the sheet a bit for a little lower rank that'd be perfectly fine. If not, I understand. Wish you had come in earlier!

Oh, one last thing since I just realized it....if she wanted a mechanized arm, might want to go with the Mech style, not Ironworker. Since she'd always wear it, it would always be close to its power. Just saying, of course!

So I think I'll post again and get everyone in the ship at the very least, but I think giving people about a week is a good enough amount of time, especially when nobody bothers to say why they arn't around!

So, a little bit more time for them, but I can't have everyone being lazy the whole time.

Well, that sucks. Now the problem in which I can't wait too long cause then everyone is gonna be waiting too long for things to move, but I don't wanna leave them behind...

Well, depending on when they come back, I guess I'll see about working them in. Not much to be done about it if they are gonna be gone for another week, or a month or something.

hey, guys, i am so sorry! i had a surprise trip to visit family sprung on me and up until now ive had no wifi, and im unlikely to get any more until tuesday. when i get home, i can jump back into the IC. im so so sorry about this, and i hope i can still jump back in when i get back home.

Unless someone has a question for Ling specifically, I'm not sure what I can contribute right now. Writing some sort of 'gets on the ship with the others' post would be more... dull, I want to say, than anything else.

Certainly! It is more reliant on the use of propellors than it is of having a giant balloon, which I felt would not survive at all if it was hit by pretty much anything that we are flying through right now. For basis, I am grabbing a picture I feel is a bit more reasonably close to what I would like. Just figure it being overall larger than the picture. here. That means more propellers, more guns, and more space.

It does have the steel covers because it is a warship, but they couldn't make the entire thing out of steel, thing would be so damn heavy it would never leave the ground, and likely would never have to worry about the storm either! So, for the sake of not having an easy mode, ship is wood, but then metal plating around that, and also right now an ice covering as well.
