You... Do have a good question there.

Gil could always just Gate of Babylon into Vimana. That's probably a last resort, though, but it'd certainly get them out without hurting anyone.
...
Miiight attract a whole lotta trouble in the process, but it's either that or everyone jumps/runs up the building... Or something. At that point, though, does it really matter anymore?

Vimana was assumption number one. But it's Gil, that would be the LAST thing to happen.

With the lot we have, simply intimidating a clear path then leaving the area through moving fast is also an option.

Get GR to post, maybe Koishi could hide the lot enough to wander out?

Well, I think that Gil and Accelerator should have that covered. Mainly Gil, because just dropping Gate of Babylon should work.
...
Alternatively, realize he's being fawned over and direct the fangirls to clear a path for him after said Gate of Babylon.

loljk. But in all seriousness, if you remember the prelude to the UBW Heracles v Gil fight, Shinji was more or less dragged around inside Gate of Babylon, so that is technically ALSO an option.
Technically.
I mean, he carried Shinji around. You don't dirty the place more than that.

But yeah, Gilgamesh uses Gate of Babylon to transport himself and Shinji to the Einzbern Castle for the fight. So, uh... Yeah.
