@Rakurai Alright. I'm thinking wings, horns, a small demonesque tail, and fire breathing (but mostly played for laughs). On the flip side, he'll be extremely affected by the cold, a la Pokémon's Dragon types.

I'll admit I'm a bit wary, but I suppose I don't have any concrete reason to reject the concept.
In terms of strength, I should probably point out that none of the characters will be stronger than three standard soldiers. This applies to all characters, I just didn't bother bringing it up since most seemed to be at the one soldier mark, or not be suited to combat in general.

While I can imagine a dragon being a worthwhile addition to the cast, I can also easily imagine things going down hill. (Things always do when I play with vampires, dragons, and other popular trope races... so hopefully this'll be an exception to the trend).

As for humans, the answer is unfortunately "No" as a human simply wouldn't fit as a character.
Human characters will almost exclusively be played as NPC characters fulfilling plot purposes.

Unfortunately there's two minor issues I'd like fixed, though I'm happy for you to post the character in the character list once the changes are made. (Aka you don't need to run it by me).
- The easier one is you've written 'Tanja' in the second paragraph of the background instead of "Tenne"
- The other is the mother's occupation. A human-certified nurse would be well out of a beastkin's occupational range even in downtown. I mean most humans don't trust beastkin around a cake stall, nevermind their lives xD I considered a caretaker, but again people wouldn't ask a beastkin to look after their elderly or young. The closest solution I could think of was ironically keeping the mother as a nurse an small illegally operating clinic.

Was a bit worried when Ozzy went down the "Knight in Shining Armor" approach, but the conclusion to the scene was an awfully fitting one. Going to have to admit I have hopes for Barnaby and Ozzy (in that order).

Edit: One thing I am curious about, what is the tech point in this, are we still buggy and horse, or is it set in modern times. Didn't see anything really pointing on away or the other, but may have missed it, I do have a habit of that.

As for technology the roleplay is predominantly set in a fantasy world where horse-drawn carts are the norm. So things like mobile phones won't be around... but at the same time the world does have magic, meaning that players are welcome to incorporate their own bits of technology. (Maybe a Magic Mirror opposed to a Skype Call).
Once a gadget has been implemented, other players are welcome to take it up as well, (unless otherwise specified eg; rarity). The Rotting Wheel inn itself doesn't have electricity, but most other places will either have appliances that hook up to a magical energy grid.
